I went in early Friday to check on some congestion and cold symptoms. From receptionists to initial evaluator to PA, everyone was cordial, kind, knowledgeable and just plain pleasant to work with. Best experience ever at an urgent care. Some may have to do with small wait time, but I am confident that the workers here are always like this. Thank you to Jasmine, Jenai, Sloan, Savannah, and Alicia. I feel better than when I walked in and you're a big part of it. Take care and thank you again.

Great staff! I came in the clinic and tested positive for covid and I was very sick. They were attentive with my needs and concerns and took great care of me. Thank you to Alina, Candy, Savannah, Maria, and Samuel!

I came in not feeling well and all of the staff was so kind. They made sure to get me seen quickly and Kristen was wonderful! She not only had a great attitude but she made sure to get me out of there as soon as possible. I will definitely be back for any necessary care myself or family may need in the future.

So far so good! This is our first time visiting here me and my children and everyone is so Friendly and super sweet! Kristen assisted us and I love her sweet soft personality. This will be our go to office for now on 😊

I arrived at 10:15a for a 10:20a appointment for my 5 year old son. Mind you that I had already called and pre registered. My kids have been seen here on numerous occasions, so I know they already have my information, I'm asked to register again. Now it's 11:09 , I am going to try to avoid this AFC urgent care because I now am feeling that I needed to be a few shades lighter for us to receive urgent care here. 11:11a is the time we are being seen. The ladies in the back are very nice and helpful , my problem arose after I had been waiting and I witnessed 3 walk ins that were seen before my child.

Everyone was great! Candy, Alina and Rachel. The wait was short even though they were busy. They were all helpful and they listened to what my explanation was as to why I was there. I feel I was diagnosed properly. Super glad I went there and would highly recommend them. I would give more stars if I was able too.

Lab XRay most services all under one roof. I was treated promptly. The whole staff is friendly. Dr Kaitlyn and Becky were compassionate and kind. I had extensive testing due to my my age and medical history. Tested positive for Covid 19. Clean environment. I was quite impressed. This is the first time I’ve used an urgent care clinic.

I had to go to the AFC Urgent Care on Broadway because I tested positive for COVID and wanted to know what my options were for treatment. It was a Saturday, and my doctor’s office was closed. I called first and Mary answered the phone and was very helpful. When my husband and I arrived, Mary greeted us cordially and got us checked in. I didn’t have to wait long before the nurse, Becky, called my name. She was friendly and efficient while she took my weight and asked me why I was there. It was just a short time until the PA, Melanie, arrived and explained my options. She was kind and knowledgeable. My experience at this Urgent Care was extremely positive and I highly recommend it. It’s just minutes away from my house, so I’m glad it’s in my neighborhood!

Lady at the front desk on the right, Becky and Kaitlyn were awesome! Very kind, welcoming, especially Becky, efficient, friendly and helped out with my foot issue. Will highly recommend them and this urgent care!

A big shout out to Shylee and Dr Kylie, These two were so very kind, professional and caring. They made my experience a very comfortable one. I was very nervous about going to an urgent care because of a previous experience that wasn't so good. They changed my mind about that and answered any questions I had and seemed concerned about my well-being. I wish every Dr's office/Urgent care had wonderful Dr's like them. We have been coming to your urgent care location since early this year for X-ray from a fall I took and we have not gone anywhere else. Shay, love your sense of humor. You were wonderful.

I am very impressed with this facility. When you don’t feel good, you really want the team and staff of wherever you go to have compassion for you and this facility met that expectation in all levels. I highly recommend this urgent care if you are looking for one in this area. The doctor was very caring and very thorough which was very important to me.

Went in at 7:50 pm on 10/17, they close at 8 pm. My son needed a stitch in his face. Knowing they were getting ready to go home, we felt terrible but all 4 women in the office (that we saw) were absolutely amazing. They made our rough night end on such a good note. They were all so caring & kind. The nurse who stitched my son, was patient & explained every single step she was taking. Made sure my son was comfortable. They were all amazing, even after what I'm sure was a long shift for them & we come in right as they were minutes away from going home. This will be the urgent care we use going forward but will hopefully never need too.

Sabrina was incredibly sweet and helpful, as well as the whole staff! Best urgent care experience in a while! (Yes we’ve been to a lot) Kaitlin our PA was also amazing, you can tell she genuinely cares!

I just had my appointment today and have already told 3 people how amazing they are. My exam was more thorough than expected and I was treated so kindly. I was very sick. They called in my prescriptions immediately so they were ready when I got to the pharmacy And I received a personal call from the MD with results from my X-rays within 15 minutes of leaving. Highly recommend

My daughter tripped on a rug and fell on her hand coming out of school on the last day. We couldn't get her in at our regular doctor's because they were already closed for the holiday weekend. AFC Broadway is right around the corner from us, so we took her there to get an x-ray just to be safe. I was really impressed with AFC, which we'd never been to. It was a nice facility, and the staff were all really nice, especially the front desk staff. Ben was friendly and encouraging to my daughter, who as it turned out had fractured three fingers in the fall. She was pretty rattled when we got there, and feeling so much better when we left. They splinted and wrapped her hand, and gave us a referral and a copy of the x-rays to take to the orthopedist the following week. Thanks AFC!

Jackie, Savannah, and Kaitlynn- thanks for taking care of me quickly and getting me back to work! I came in to this location for an X-ray of a broken finger and had a great experience. The office was lovely, the staff was kind, and the provider was present and very attentive. Kaitlynn offered great care and I left with a good understanding of next steps. More PAs like Kaitlynn, please!!

Kristen and Zanib welcomed us into the room quickly and were very friendly and courteous. We were pleased with the service we received and although no one enjoys going to the doctor we would feel comfortable with them seeing us again in the future.

Could not of asked for better care when my husband became very ill the day we were scheduled to fly home from vacation. Minimal wait time, attentive and friendly staff, quick but thorough care. They got him feeling better and on a plane the next day!

Hands down one of the cleanest, most efficiently run urgent cares I have ever been to. They get you in and out quickly and are incredibly friendly. Shout out to Savannah, Caitlin, Savannah, and Laura for turning my not-so-good morning into a great one. I’m so thankful to have this location with these people in my neighborhood!

This AFC location has friendly staff and prompt service. Abby at the front desk was helpful, kind and got me checked in quickly. The medical technicians and PA were friendly and thorough. They listened to my complaints and concerns that prompted my visit. They addressed my issues quickly and advised me on the treatment plan. I am glad I trusted AFC Broadway with my care.

The entire experience was as great as an urgent care visit can be. The front desk staff helped me with my insurance questions. Savannah was super friendly and made easy conversation as she took my vitals and medical history. Rachel was friendly and efficient with her questions and testing strategy once I relayed my symptoms. I would definitely come back here in the future for any urgent care needs. Also very clean!

From start to finish was fantastic. I loved being able to register online. I was greeted warmly by Angelique & Kasandra. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Andrew & Nick were great at checking me in, and Kaitlyn the PA was great. She took the time to listen to me, let me leave while my test results processed, and even called me back when she said she would. The whole team was great! Will definately be back for my urgent care needs!

Fantastic, knowledgeable calm service. I came in really sick and they gave me tips and prescriptions that actually helped instead of doing nothing because it was a virus. Doctors were attentive, calm caring and nice sense of humor to lighten the mood when needed it. Angelique, Allie, Lynda, and Nick all helped me get the care I needed. I highly recommend this place for health needs.

I had a great experience here! As good as someone can have when they aren't feeling well. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I was seen right away and the whole process only took 45 minutes including test results! Andrew was very thorough and friendly during my pre-exam. Katlin the PA was great, everything you want in a Dr. Savannah made the tests I had to go through quick and painless. I will definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need.

Great experience at this clinic. Angelique and Yvette at the check in desk were both very friendly and helpful and really set the tone for the rest this pleasant experience. Also very convenient that I could fill my prescription at the clinic and save a trip to the pharmacy.

Came in at the tail end of the day and the ENTIRE staff (Yvette, Candy, Jacob, Savannah, and Alicia) was awesome! Got my wife in immediately and quickly and helped any way they could, including getting her comfortable as soon as possible.

I was there in June to get a Covid test. I felt safe there, no one bothered me about not having had the vaccine. This made my visit pleasant for me. In the front Jasmin and Savannan and in the back Sloan all made my experience a really welcome change from the norm. All in all, a nice clinic and wonderful employee’s. Sorry it took so long. My doctor was not able to see me quickly and I’m so grateful Urgent Care was available with no wait! My insurance was being a bit frustrating but the woman at the front desk, Candy, did an excellent job getting the information we needed and getting me seen as quickly as she could! If I need fast care in the future I will definitely come back.
