    I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service I received from a sales associate in this store (wish I knew her name but all I have is her employee code KK0P). I visited the store in order to receive a repair on my bag purchased in 2020. The bag is in nearly perfect condition, but the leather handle straps were attached to a heavy thick chain which caused the leather on the strap to sever where the connection was. This associate repeatedly blamed me for the damage of the bag. Stating that I “poorly cared for my purse” and that I “probably left it in the car where it received heat damage.” She proceeded to tell me that it would cost me $400 to repair this minor fix that was not even a centimeter big. Additionally, gave me no other option but to “replace the entire chain.” I am absolutely disgusted that such a “high quality” brand has 0 accountability or any want/effort to accommodate their customers who spend thousands of dollars on their product. This was clearly a manufacturing defect and had nothing to do with the way I treated by bag.

    Bought my first Louie! Wonderful experience! The store was nice. Service was great! I really wanted to have the full experience, recieve my bags, the explanation of my purchase and walk out with my own bags. ...I went to the restroom and my bags and explanation of my bags were given to my friend that I was with. I came back from the restroom, saw him walking out with my bags that I (alone) purchased and felt robbed of my full experience after spending a large sum of money. ...Sad, but still loving Louie. 😟

    To start off I hardly ever make my purchases in store I’ll usually do it online or over the phone. This is my second time going into this Louis Vuitton store. The first time everything went great the SA was super helpful and kind I wish I knew her name. But today I went in trying to exchange a purse that I received and when I let the SA know what purse I was trying to exchange it for she IMMEDIATELY said “oh I’m sorry we don’t have that in store” she didn’t bother looking whatsoever so then I told her I literally just called client services to make sure you guys had it and he said you did. And she still asked “did he check this location”? Like yes this is the only LV store in Denver. And only after I told her that she started looking and sure enough they did have it. All throughout this process she did not say one word to me. She was not polite AT ALL. I just don’t understand why she would do this or if I was being judged on how I looked and she didn’t want to help. I don’t understand. I didn’t get her name. She was an African American lady. I’m sticking to purchasing online this was not a good experience.

    Buying an LV should be a wonderful experience. I came in to return a very expensive online order that just looked creased and cheap . The manager was just not very understanding or kind , almost made me feel like I was doing something wrong by not wanting this rough looking speedy . I mean i ended up buying a way more expensive version. Honestly I’m just not happy with the whole vibe in this place . I think the era of buying overpriced LVs is over . So many other cool bags out there . Plus the other girl helping me had super bad breath and it was distracting . This did not feel high end . I’ve spent enough money here . I’m over it .

    Great service...my LV client advisor, Chase Byers, was sensational. He showed me several different options and suggested just what I needed.     Unfortunately the Cherry Creek staff will just treat you like trash. I bought an LV purse and wanted to exchange it for something different and I was dressed pretty casual. As I went up to look at a purse, I didn’t realize I was behind a counter I shouldn’t have been behind, I thought it was just a show case, but a sales associate comes up to me and is just all snobby towards me and he goes “excuse me do you mind!…” and just points me away from the bags. Like treating me as if I can’t afford a LV bag. Unfortunately this is not my first time being treated like that at that location. Sorry but as a luxury brand regardless of how you look you should never treat customers in such a way. Maybe I shouldn’t have been behind the counter but there’s a respectable way of saying things. Anyways after that encounter I felt rushed and like I was a waste of time, I ended up returning the bag because he just ruined it for me. 😒

    The WORST company and the worst store ever. Placed an order online for a one day pickup at the store. They claim that they can not have an otder ready over weekend..even thought the store is open! Called customer service, and he says I should cancel an order and place another order for the store. Requested for canceling the current order and 3 days later received pickup is ready message. Went in store to pickup, and as everyone else here said, snobby representative did not address us initially. After sometime, got the ordered item out and put it aside and arrogantly asked us to check if it was fine and she would bill it afterwards.. and walked away! We decided to refuse it only because of her service. No thanks, if this is the service you offer. Never LV again!

    If I could give this place no stars, I would but unfortunately I have to give them at least one to write a review. My experience was horrible. The merchandise they sell is absolutely great. However, they give absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The sales associates were super dismissive and lazy. When I asked someone for help, she had an attitude and acted like she didn’t want to help me and told me to wait for another associate, who also had a bad attitude. When I said I was going to complain to her manager, she changed her tone and tried to be fake nice. It was a Caucasian woman with glasses and an older dark tan skinned woman and they both were working at the display shelves to the right if your facing the store. I will NEVER go there again. It’s a shame that such horrible customer service can ruin a business.

    It’s Louis Vuitton, good selection of bags in this location, but a lot of the people entering the store feels a little questionable when I was there. Customer rep is nice, she’s very friendly and knowledgeable compared to the guy reps. Next time I’m there I’ll look for her again. Why 3 stars and not 4? Because it’s Denver and the location where it attracts more ‘weird’ window shoppers if you get what I’m trying to convey.

    Do not shop at this store if you are African American, they are racist. My daughter, who is 24 was in the store shopping for her birthday. She received the worse treatment and it was clearly because she was black. No one greeted her and she was followed through the store like she was a criminal. All she received was weird looks and a bye ✌🏾 when she left. Im sorry but you do know that black ppl have money to shop at luxury brand stores too and even if she had zero money in her bank account it does not give you the right to treat anyone like that. Mind you other races of people who walked in after were greeted and treated like customers..interesting!!! Ill be reporting this to the corporate office, as much as we spend with this brand, I am sure LV doesn’t want this type of publicity. The whole staff needs to be fired immediately!!!

    Tom, their client advisor, was phenomenal to work throughout the past few weeks. I had a collection I'd been hoping to snag a piece from, despite knowing it'd been sold out worldwide for months. He gave me his personal number and said we would do our best. Sure enough, a week later he texted me that he'd found one of the items! We were both so excited! It was like the 2020s version of finding that rare beanie baby in the 90s. 😂 Anyway, Tom is the BEST!!

    Requested samples, was immediately told I could simply purchase. When I re-stated that was not what I was requesting (anyone familiar with perfumes understands there are layers to a scent) the rep stammered and still did not fulfill my request, or acknowledge her position was irrational and elect to help me. Having purchased afternoon swim and météor previously without having a chance to use a sample and see if I enjoy the layers; I was seeking to avoid this again. If someone is requesting a sample of anything, telling them to purchase the product is beyond inane. I was eventually helped by a lovely woman who provided me two samples of other perfumes, which I am delighted to say I’ve already ordered online. If you go to the store, there is a shorter “round” woman who is insufferably rude, I would highly suggest avoiding her if you can.

    Rude and condescending customer service. After only 13 months of wear the straps on my bucket bag are tearing, otherwise in mint condition. Salesperson told me it was my fault because I use it too frequently. When I asked what that meant and how often would be appropriate to not have this happen again next year, she refused to give me answers. If I buy a bag of this quality I have the expectation of excellent customer service and quality of product. Unfortunately, Louis Vuitton is not that. She “graciously” waved the $400 repair fee and said next time I would have to pay that. What?! Isn’t this a quality or design issue? So disappointed. Waste of money.

    Went here to get my last cologne loved the scent and service that time, but this time employees were standing around doing nothing didn’t offer samples like last time and they were out of afternoon swim which is the only scent I wanted to try. Order online the store is not worth it now. Don’t know what happened since last time but everyone was standing around and said nothing no welcomes or questions to assist at a high end store I truly do believe employees need more training

    Love the staff here, they're always helpful, not pushy, and not pretentious at all. Wait-list system makes it easy to shop elsewhere while you're waiting to get in, then you can take all the time you need to browse. Staff are also great with recommendations for colorways and styling.

    We’ve been to this LV store a lot of times and have bought a lot of things. Usually, the SAs are very kind and attentive. But today, this Asian woman ( we didn’t get to know her name), was kinda rude. (PS. My mom and I are Asian as well). Wasn’t attentive at all. Didn’t even bother to properly show us the bags that my mom wanted to look at. It was very obvious that she didn’t want to help us. Looked like she was in a bad mood and was grouchy. I’m giving 2 stars because even though we had a bad experience today, our past experiences were amazing. We’re now sticking to Liz and Kim. They’re really nice and helpful 🥰

    Great experience. I do have to say, their bracelets/jewelry doesn’t seem to be very well made as the bracelets that were gifted to me for my birthday has fell apart. Regardless, I am happy with my experiences. I was able to get my old wallets serviced. I love my new baggie/stamping. Thank you to Chase and Viv.

    I was finally ready to splurge on a luggage set at this store but the security guard was so incredibly rude that I refuse to shop here. Never again will I give this store my business because of him!! I recommend hiring new employees that will treat customers with respect.

    I bought my first LV bag from this store. I was really nervous at first because I hadn't shopped in a physical store before, and I was afraid I might look lost. Vivian Ma helped me a lot trying out the bag I wanted and comparing it to another model! It took me some time to decide which one to buy but Vivian helped me make a decision and I have already got so many compliments from my family and friends! I also wanted to buy a pink bandeau and Vivian literally brought everything in the store that was in pink color haha :) She also taught me how to make all the different knots. That was so so nice of her - I thought that I should learn it from Youtube but it was way better to actually see and take pictures of every step! Now I can see myself coming back to this store every season <3 It made my day!
