    Dr. Olson and his staff at Sunrise vision are amazing. He discovered my cataract and following surgery he managed my post op care with empathy aside from his depth of knowledge in his field. I was going out of the country a few weeks after the surgery and he and his staff went the extra mile to make sure I would have my new contact lens. His eye exam is the most extensive I have ever experienced. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

    The worst possible place you can work at. Upper management makes sure you do more than your share of work without the pay. Veronica is a bully and I watched an employee quit because of this. Patients have been bad mouthed in front of them by Veronica. The phones are backed up because they can’t keep employees longer than 2 months so there’s always someone new trying to catch up. They kept me as the only front desk for MONTHS without even trying to get more help. Patient or worker, go somewhere else, literally anywhere else is better. I wouldn’t want to be trashed on as a patient

    I've been Dr. Olson's patient for 3 years. Doctors are great! They have a new extremely inexperienced front desk person, Alexis. She kept putting me on hold and disconnecting me so I went there to make an appointment. After my appointments, one of my prescriptions wasn't ready. She told me that she will email me with my prescription when I text their phone number. She never responded to my text nor messages. Even being unhappy with Alexis, I tried to understand their circumstances like short and new staffs. Putting patient/customers on hold and hanging up is not okay more than perhaps an accidental one time. I have never dealt with this unpleasant experience with Sunrise Vision Care before. Doctors are great but it is not worth and time to deal with this person. However, Tara (glasses center lady) was very kind.

    I am a longtime patient of Sunrise, over a decade, and I’m extremely happy to recommend them to anyone. Dr. Josh (and Dr. Jacinta from my limited experience) are fantastic and they always have great staff. In the years since they took over the practice I’ve never had a single issue that they didn’t take care of promptly and professionally, and they’re all super nice people! There were a few hiccups, especially with appointment booking through their group (Colorado Eye Center), but those seem to be all worked out and in fact, this week I even got a next day appointment after business hours. Talk about great service! Excellent product selection, and they work with your taste, your insurance and your budget to fit you with just the right eyewear. I hope I never have to go anywhere else!

    I have been a patient for decades at the Sunrise Vision Care. Dr. Joshua Olson was great and I was very happy with his care, treatment and recommendations. However, the management of the Sunrise Vision Care is very, very disappointing. I ordered gas perm contacts on December 23rd and they did not arrive before I returned home for the holidays. I live in Madrid. I was told by one of the workers that they would ship them to me in Spain once they came in. I have not received them to this day. I have sent numerous emails and rarely receive a reply. The most success I have had is when I have called and spoken to someone. I was told that they would send them out but still "nada." The worst part is that I paid for these gas perms $250 and no one seems to care about communicating with me where they are in the process. I have to say my experience there has been frustrating. I will NOT be returning there. I will look for another office where Dr. Olson works in Louisville or elsewhere.

    This was my first visit since they changed ownership. Everyone was very friendly, doc was great. Overall awesome experience. I highly recommend Sunrise.

    The visit went quite well. I was seen pretty quickly after arriving. The doctors and staff were wonderful. very helpful. I was in and out quicker than I had expected, which was helpful. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Vision Care.

    Excellent experience! Thorough, professional eye exam and helpful, patient office staff. Ample selection of frames. Warm, welcoming atmosphere and caring, knowledgeable service providers, everything you could want in a vision care provider. Definitely recommend Sunrise Vision Care.

    I’ve been going to Boulder Eye Center (Sunrise Vision) for years. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. My husband has made the eye center his place for exams, and eye care as well. I will continue being a loyal customer for years to come.

    I returned from a trip with a very red eye and was concerned about infection. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day I called and was able to do some of the check in on the phone. Dr. Murphy was both knowledgeable and thorough. She explained what caused the redness, using a model of the eye and was friendly, efficient and took a generous amount of time working with me which was a pleasure. I highly recommend her and her staff. P.S. There are some great glasses frames for sale in the office!

    Dr. Jordan and the professional staff at Sunrise Vision Care were just that; professional. I hadn't been for an eye exam in many years and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. I felt like the exam itself was comprehensive and rather enjoyable. Dr. Jordan was able to answer all of my questions and left me feeling confident about myself and my vision going forward. Great staff, great location, great experience!

    I really appreciate Dr. Josh's care, knowledge, time and effort with my challenging eyes. I trust his opinion and recommend him. The only suggestion I have for the office is that you don't use scents, fragrances and/or perfumes in the office. Some of us are very sensitive to synthetic scents and it can make us, including me, feel sick. It was overwhelming when i came in recently.

    They are a well oiled machine! Everybody very efficient, pleasant, friendly, and professional. My cataract surgery proceeded to utter perfection and I can see everything so clearly. No problems no complications would highly recommend.

    Although my original visit went well and the staff and Dr. were all personable, my experience with this office ended poorly. I requested new lenses to be put into my existing frames; when i went to pick them up I instantly noticed that the new prescription was too strong for my eyes. I was asked to try them for 1 week which i did and had to return to the office to have them re-done. 3 weeks later i received the call that my frames (Anne et Valentin $450 frames) had been lost. They offered a replacement frame which i declined since they are not the same quality. The office refused to refund me for my visit and refused to give me any type of monetary reimbursement for my lost frames.

    I have been seeing (pun intended!) Dr. Joshua Olson for at least a decade. I completely trust his skills and knowledge and, equally important, he is such a nice and good man whose company I enjoy, making every visit a pleasure. Additionally, his staff are knowledgeable they love their jobs … again, creating a wonderful and friendly environment! I highly recommend Boulder’s Sunrise Vision office on 30th near Arapahoe (one of CO Eye Center’s offices). Sukey
