Absolutely love Vail Valley Wellness - the physical space is impeccably designed and feels like a full service retreat center. The care team is knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. I personally love the infrared sauna! In addition to the fantastic biomedical services, Vail Valley Wellness offers the best yoga class in the Valley. Dance Your Flow with Bliss is hands down the best class I’ve been to. No matter how I’m feeling going into the class, I always leave feeling limber, light and fully energized. Dance Your Flow is always a staple in my week!

My oh my, what a place & experience!! I absolutely LOVE all things Vail Valley Wellness, from the staff, to the treatments, and the retail - all are so wonderful! I started with Dr. Becky in my third trimester for acupuncture to try & assist healing my thyroid & energy levels & that is exactly what I got! (With so much love, care & understanding.) I just finished my first round of 10 acupuncture treatments with Dr. Becky. I have struggled for years with TMJ, anxiety and sleep. After having seen multiple providers over many years, from orthodontist to psychiatrist, with little to no result, I am finally getting somewhere. Dr. Becky truly listens, which is hard to find nowadays. You can tell she is so passionate about what she does, and actually wants to help you feel better. I was very sceptical about what acupuncture and herbs could do for me, and I have definitely noticed a difference in my overall wellbeing. I just signed up for 10 more rounds of acupuncture and I am excited to see where that will take me. Big shout out to the rest of the staff, Hannah, Kait, and everyone else.
