I used to love this place but now there are much more rules. One of the best things my kids love to do is do flips and now there is absolutely no flipping.not sure why but I’m sure that’s why we sign the waivers for. All the employees here are at least under the age of 18 years of age! If your kids are under a certain height they can’t even be in the ball pit. I understand that it’s an obstacle course but definitely should have a more toddler play area. They have added much more Arcade games but are way over priced especially the entry fee to jump. Unfortunately since it looks like a new management has taken over seems like this place is more about money and being on a corporate level! Games are missed placed and and especially the boxing punching bag. It’s way to close to the way and if someone misses that punching bag they are definitely going to hit the post directly next to it. You guys should move that!!!

We visited the Urban Air in Westminster. This place is a ton of fun. We all had a blast playing Laser Tag many times which runs in intervals of about 10 minutes, heads up if you're playing Laser Tag, all of the guns have a name on them. Be sure to remember your guns name so you can see your score once you exit. On the bottom floor of laser tag there is a plaque like thing that you can hit with your laser and it will give you rapid fire. There are tons of trampolines, something similar to ninja warrior course, a mini zipline and an obstacle course. At this location there are no go carts. If you don't have socks with a rubbery sole they'll ask you to buy some. My biggest recommendation is to buy the Platinum pass so you and your kids can access all areas. Lastly the lockers are 5 dollars. You can pay with a card and you can digitally open your locker many times on the digital screen. There was no time limit when we visited, we were able to stay as long as we wanted, about 2.5 hours.

We went to a Jumperoo time (5 and under). My kids and myself loved it. It is so nice to not worry about big kids for once. The guy working was so nice and friendly to everyone. We will definitely be back! They also have food and drinks to buy a small arcade. Nice clean bathroom with a changing table.

Kiddos had a lot of fun climbing, sliding, jumping and more. Food was yummy. Nice and cool on a hot day. Only criticism was not enough staff, which meant some things only ran part of the time. The staff members who were there were courteous and helpful.

We had the best day ever at Urban Air Westminster!!! This was our first time as a family and is was a blast. The awesome manager hooked our boys up in a way that made today feel like Christmas and birthday all in one. Activity staff are smiley and kind. They keep kids safe without just telling them no all day. Food Court has a nice variety too.

My child lost a necklace there and wondering if it will be found other then that it was a great experience even for my 2 yr old

Have my grandson a birthday party on Friday night. It was a great experience. We went a little over a week ago, and a manager helped us set it up. She was so nice and helpful. (I don't remember her name 😒) Emily was our party host. She was so sweet and helpful.

Not only do my children love this place, I do as well! I can work while they run around, play dodge ball, laser tag and just burn off all of their energy! They always leave Urban Air happy and wanting to return the next day. The membership is so worth it and the staff is AMAZING. They are always kind and manager Dad is on top of things! Thank you Urban Air!

We had a great time and it was worth the price and time. You pay for different packages that include different activities and there is no time limit like other trampoline places. This particular location I find to be clean, organized and variety of activities to choose from.
