    Michael is a fantastic trainer. He takes a whole body approach to his training, not only with respect to how your body moves/exercises together, but also incorporates gratitude and being in the right head space. He has a great attitude, listens to his clients and is supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to make positive changes in their health/training!

    I have been training with Michael since October 2019. After a few months of learning proper lifting form and training, I signed up for the Amazing 12 program. I've done other gym fitness plans but this one exceeded all others by far! Michael is very knowledgeable, instructional and patient during the program, kept me on track and the results did not disappoint! This is the best I have felt and looked in years! Commitment and dedication is a must, but our group made it fun during the tough days. He is now setting me up for success on my next set of goals. Michael, is my trainer, friend and consider him family. Love you Michael!!

    Michael is truly an outstanding trainer! Regardless of what your fitness goals are, Michael has endless knowledge to help create unique and personalized programs that build you not only physically but mentally as well. His innovative workouts make each day fun and challenging so you never have to worry about getting stuck into the same old routine. Plus his never ending enthusiasm and energy always makes for a fun and inviting workout environment! I've been working out with Michael for almost two years now and can honestly say I don't know where my life would be without him! When I first started training with Michael my top priorities were to lose weight and be healthier. Within the first 10 months I lost close to 90lbs and I'm keeping it off! Now that Michael helped me reach my goals my priorities have changed to focusing on building strength and continuing with this healthy new lifestyle. Michael is truly the best!

    Michael is by far one of the best trainers out there! I have been training with him for over 2 years now and can honestly say I am a better person for it. I had back surgery almost three years ago and thankfully Michael reached out to me to help me through my healing process. He was very patient with me as I was anxious to get back into weight training and working out in general. He caters each training session to what your goals are and how your body is feeling. Michael is very knowledgeable and continues to further his education which is comforting knowing he is driven to push himself as a trainer! There is not a day that I train with Michael that I don't leave smiling, laughing, and feeling really accomplished! He is just an amazing person!!! I can say two plus years training with him has changed my life...I am stronger than ever and feel great about how far I have come since my injury. Michael is such a blessing to me and my family...we are forever grateful!

    I have been meaning to write this for some time, I have been a client of Michael’s for 3+ years. Results are just part of the story training with Michael. The way he puts together a program using your goals and scientific methods is life changing. If your goals change or you happen to strain a muscle or two rock climbing or playing with your grandchild, he is extremely knowledgeable on how to get you back stronger than before. The best part of training with Michael is that he keeps the workouts fresh and always challenging and believe it or not, makes me look forward to going to the gym. I highly recommend Michael.

    I have been training with Michael for over a year now and I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I train 3 times a week as part of a group session and I really enjoy the variety and challenges that he puts into each class. Michael is focused on helping me achieve my goals and always pushes me to do more than I think I can do . I would recommend Michael in a heartbeat to anyone looking for great quality personal training.

    After working out with the same trainer for two years, I was put in a situation to find a new one. I took the time to research and interview several gyms and trainers before selecting Michael at Sixth Union Fitness. Michael took the time to listen about my past work out sessions, goals and performed a movement assessment. Out of all the interviews, he was the one who displayed genuine care about me as a person. Three years in, Michael has worked with me on strength training and reinforcing form techniques. I've noticed considerable improvement in my lifts and squats and achieved new PRs. I look forward to continued progress and new goals!

    I happened to stumble across Sixth Union Fitness and Michael, and I can't believe how lucky I got. As a former college athlete and with my upcoming wedding, I knew I needed someone who would really push me while making the gym fun in the last stretch before the big day. Michael does both in spades, and I honestly look forward to training every day. I have been hesitant about hiring a personal trainer as I have quite a few injuries that have made weightlifting and cardio difficult. Michael, with his background in physical therapy, could immediately pick up on some of these old injuries and has designed a program that is specifically tailored to my history and goals. Finally, the fact that Michael designs not just workouts but also meal plans really sets him apart from the rest. He genuinely wants you to hit your goals, have fun, and make lasting life changes. I know I came to Michael with the expectation that I was probably going to phase out after my wedding, but he now has a new client for life. Thanks Michael!
