The guy who runs the manga department is very rude and doesn’t leave the other patrons alone. It’s also poorly alphabetized in certain sections. I love the store in general, but I’ve had to start timing when I go to this store based on whether or not I know if that employee is working that day, since when I come in, he won’t leave me alone!!!

Very cozy store with a good book selection. It is well organized and pleasant to be in. They also have a nice children’s area. My only complaint is that prices are consistently high compared to other retailers.

It's so important to have a physical bookstore, where you can browse and find the unexpected. The giant advantage over Amazon, which, despite all the efforts of web designers has never been able to replicate the in-person experience. So sad at the deaths of local stores. B&N isn't perfect, but it's by far the best survivor. Good, interactive staff, competitive prices and their on-line ordering is almost as fast as Amazon. My favorite local B&N has a big children's section and also a great selection of toys, puzzles and games.

I go to a few Barnes and Noble locations but so far this seems to be my favorite of all of them. Feels organized all the time and definitely has a lot more inventory than the Southlands location. And the staff is super friendly.

So many wonderful and helpful employees! I would have wished the personal conversations (of employees) at high volumes wasn't such an ordeal. Overall, it was really wonderful!
