These guys are fantastic. Very professional and responsive. I put in an order at another company and waited 3 weeks to get my business cards. For some reason my last review wasn't publicly showing and I want to give these guys the credit they deserve so I'm rewriting it in hopes that it doesn't get taken down: Ken and his team are A+ professionals. I had an experience with another print shop where the employee wasn't very communicative with me and the project ended up being a huge disappointment. I have NEVER been displeased with Ken and Mimi's hard work. In fact, if they aren't sure how to proceed with my request they always, always asked me and I cannot thank them enough! I've had multiple instances where I sent documents that didn't quite fit the description I sent them (which was 100% my fault!) and I always got a call or an email from Ken or Mimi for some guidance. It means a lot to me that they do this because that means that they take the time to make sure I'm getting what I paid for. I thought I was going to be that annoying customer that asked too many questions but they have always answered all of my questions without being condescending or rude. In fact, Ken literally sat me down once and explained to me the different types of paper, which one would work better for my projects, and what all the numbers on the invoice means—which to me is complete jargon. The fact that he took the time out of his busy schedule to do that made me feel like a valued customer and human being. Ken is also always transparent with me on prices and the process of certain printing jobs. Because of this, if Ken or Mimi gives me suggestions on how to proceed, I will always default to their professional advice because I've never been steered wrong. All of my printing requests have turned out top notch and EXACTLY what I needed! I've gotten quotes for the same projects at other print shops and they're always double the price. Ken looks out for his clients and looks for ways to cut costs. Whoo hoo! Also, their turnaround time is absolutely phenomenal. I try to give them enough time to finish projects and they always hand it over earlier than expected. I've mainly been using these guys on a professional level for my job, but if I ever have a personal project I will always default to these guys. Ken and Mimi are rockstars! You don't need to go to another print shop again. This Minuteman Press is the jackpot of all print shops!

Ken and his team are amazing! I went to them today with last minute envelope issues with a misspelling of a family name on multiple envelopes and they were truly a lifesaver! I called multiple places asking for help and because it was only 12 envelopes they wouldn't entertain that idea but Ken and his team did! I am so thankful and Ken even showed me a few tricks that I needed help with on my old envelopes. The customer service was above and beyond what I ever expected and that truly goes a long way with me. I definitely will be going to them for future needs and already looking into my next project with them! I highly recommend them!

I had heard about Ken Koch of Minuteman Press from my brother, who could not say enough about Ken's integrity. We named our holding companies "Integrity Holdings" and our operating company "InTechgrity Automotive Excellence" because we take integrity very seriously. Ken spent about a half an hour working with me to understand our company printing needs, and went out of his way to help us find organizations that could help with some pretty unique issues we have with our printing. Amazing service! We were stuck in a situation in which the stickers for our trade show hadn't arrived. We spent the day calling over half a dozen shops around town. No one could do them. Somehow I chanced upon Ken at Minuteman. He understood the predicament we were in and said yes, he could help. Sent him the file and he made our job the priority and turned it around in hours. Exactly what we needed. Then we realized we needed additional business cards. Again because of our urgent requirement, he turned this around and even delivered it to the hotel. Wonderful person.
