The sales associates were great, however, make sure you look online first before buying!! I would have paid full price if I didn’t see the 30% if I order online. The girls said they were not allowed to tell us when we asked. If we mention it, they can give us the discount!

Maurices has been a store I loved shopping at for awhile. The atmosphere is usually welcoming. However, at this store particularly, the service sucked! The two girls working there did not acknowledge me or my mother at all! It didn’t take long enough for us to walk out and take our money elsewhere.

I love Maurices and normally I would rate this place five stars but the last two most recent visits which were a week and a half ago and today the employees there were rude!! When I was there almost two weeks ago the two girls working didn't acknowledge me and my mom for 30 mins. I got us the dressing rooms, got the clothes and went back and forth getting different sizes while they were chit chatting by the registers and when other people came in they were greeted and helped. And today same thing they were rude and didn't care that I was there so I didn't even shop and I wont be going back.

Walked in and two employees were at the desk talking-they looked up at me-but I was never acknowledged or greeted or asked if I needed help the entire time I browsed the store. It was a really unwelcoming atmosphere. Didn’t purchase anything and walked towards the door and was again glanced at but no communication at all from any employee. I’ve never encountered anything like this in a clothing store-terrible customer service!

have to update my review — used to love shopping here and I WAS a regular until today. Today I attempted to return an item I purchased online and picked up in your store. I don’t have the debit card I purchased with ( it had been damaged and I’ve ordered a new one ) and the only option your sales reps gave me was a merchandise credit. They literally wouldn’t offer any other type of refund and told me to “just come back when you get your new card” honestly this turns me off from ever shopping here again. your own receipt states that returns can be made for any reason, at any time basically and I feel I was denied that today simply because the sales reps had bad attitudes and didn’t want to spend the 2 minutes it would have taken to process a cash return. lazy and unprofessional staff will drive me away from this location and likely Maurices in general in the future

The girls are always helpful. I wish they had better coupons though minus not having to get their credit card. They use to send out good coupons monthly

Store Manager Jordan and Associate Sophia provided amazing customer service. They went out of their way to help me feel welcome and to find the pants that I was looking for. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend shopping here. My favorite Maurices in all of Colorado.

They can get a little expensive sometimes but you can usually get a good deal. I like the styles they carry and the people who work there are really helpful and nice! I love going in there once in awhile just to check out the clearance section, that's where you can find amazing deals!

Good store for a variety of women. Staff immediately greeted us and asked if we needed help. Clearances are pretty awesome.

I have been to MANY Maurices stores and this one is my favorite. The selection is fantastic and the folks that work there are so sweet. Plus, the view when you finish your shopping and walk outside is amazing!
