It was a great place, open space and plenty of wood, of course. We had a pleasant experience, especially working with Casey and Zach. They made it fun both working hard for us while accommodating all needs while making it entertaining and as speedily as possible.

Love this store, the staff is always willing to help. Good variety of most all you'll need inside. Then a vast lumber yard and tip-top people out there to help too!

I needed help getting a screw out of a clamp for my monitor stand. Casey got in out (free of charge) so I didn't need to figure out a whole different solution. He provided guidance on a number of other projects (this would have NEVER happened at Lowe's or Home Depot) which not only was helpful but also saved me a lot of time. Moore Lumber has a great showroom for decking. Casey is a Certified Master Deck Professional and provide great advice on what materials I should use. I HIGHLY recommend Moore Lumber & Hardware and Casey Reich!

Great experience. Purchased $900 worth of Fiberon decking from here. Their lumber yard workers were great - spent considerable time helping me load it into my truck. Looking forward to purchasing from here again.

We had tried to get service through other Milgard representatives to no avail. Becka gave us a contact number and viola.. problem solved. Milgard honored their warranty. We are so thrilled.

Great service! They were able to copy/make a couple of keys for me that Home Depot in Castle Rock got wrong, True Value in Elizabeth couldn't do, & 2 "locksmiths" in Castle Rock that wouldn't do unless it was a mobile service, re-keying my locks & making new keys. I absolutely recommend!

Needed a bolt for my control arm on my suv. Went in and the staff was kind and very helpful. Explained as we looked for the bolt about strength of metal etc. Also found out he was also from Erie, PA where I am from which was crazy but nice. If your in need of something definitely check them out. Prices were great! Thank you.

Friendly people and a good selection of hard to find hardware and tools inside the store. Great availability on the lumber yard, and the guys running the yard are qualiand helpful . The paint department is associated with Benjamin Moore so the material is high quality but overpriced. You won't save any money when shopping at Moore Lumber, but you will save a bit of time and find what you need.

This was the company used by our builder, so we went with them. Since we finished our home, we have had additional lumber needs and we decided to stay with Moore Lumber. Absolutely love the support I get at this store. It takes me 20 mins to get anyone’s attention at a big box, but these folks are always right there to answer your questions. I recently ordered a Weber grill and since I ordered online, they assemble and deliver for free. The delivery is “to the door” but Matt (the man who delivered mine) made sure we put it on my back deck, which meant I didn’t have to beg a neighbor to help me. That’s how service is done, and that’s why I’ll go back!

Great lumber yard they will design your deck with you, down to every bolt. Becka went above and beyond to help me with my order, and worked out every detail. It was a real pleasure doing business with this company, I couldnt be happier with both the quality of materials and professional and friendly staff.

Seems like a nice facility, but I called to ask if they were like every other ace hardware and had gas fittings. I was told yes and when I went in there they did not have a gas valve and nobody there even knew what a gas valve looked like.

Great service! Went in with a hardware need that couldn’t have been smaller (single screw replacement). Dan helped me identify two alternatives and pick what was best for my situation. Couldn’t have gone better.

I ended up buying a Weber smoker through Moore Lumber/Ace. Crystal, the assistant manager was extremely helpful and kept in contact through the whole process. A nice part about Ace is they assemble and deliver certain grills. During initial assembly Crystal called to inform me the grill received had a pretty nasty dent and sent pictures to my phone for review. They were able to send the dented grill back and assembled a new one without any issue. Overall, I would not hesitate to use Moore again and highly recommend them as this level of customer service is not going to happen at your big box stores/Amazon. Also, Juan the delivery driver was helpful and on time. He helped get my grill situated on our back patio.

Everyone here is helpful and friendly, and it is easy to find someone to help you. The store is well stocked. Plus, if they don't have it, they often will order it. They even deliver pallets of pellet stove pellets right to my garage for a delivery fee.
