No greeting no acknowledgement at all as I stood at the desk. Two employees looked at me and never even said hi. Disappointing.

Coming here is always a mistake that I regret (and it’s usually just to return only orders- since they charge to ship returns back). Because this store is such a miserable experience, I’ve completely stopped getting my jeans here for good.

The girl with short hair ringed up my one pair of jeans and the total came out to be $64. I asked there not on sale? She replied “no they’re not” when clearly the entire store is 40% off. Terrible service.

The store was out of an item I wanted, but the associate was able to help me order it and have it delivered for free! She was also able to pull up my account and apply a coupon I previously earned. I was also able to pickup an online order, all in under 5 minutes! 10/10 awesome service!!

They were nice enough to let me try on some stuff right before close. But it's no surprise, Hollister is incredibly overpriced. I'm gonna stick with Aeropostale for most stuff.

Love the quality but in recent times it seems like expensive clothes that aren't that good looking anymore.

I for one hate shopping,but the clothes here are okay.But the staff is amazing,always happening to help and very emphathetic to the customers,which makes my experience a whole lot better.

Got a super nice winter coat for like $60 on sell. I haven't been to a Hollister since middle school and I'm 27.

Went in today to return two items and the girl said she could return one item but not the other one because the other one didn't have a tag on it. I had my receipt for the purchase so I couldn't understand why she was trippin. I looked up their policy, and it doesn't state that you have to have the tags on the item to return, just a receipt. Terrible customer service, I'll be going to another Hollister store, and not returning back to this one. My first time in this location, and my last.
