stayed here for 2 nights after a long trip from vegas, thought we could get some rest and its close to a lot of asian food around. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. It exceeded my expectations and personally, I have high expectations when it comes to service and room cleanliness. The rooms were clean and the big and had everything I needed. Before coming here, I took about an hour on google and 3rd party travel websites reading reviews and I’m glad I chose my stay here. Will definitely come again. ALSO, it would be the cheapest, and I mean cheapest IHG hotel you’ll find with the best value, so hands down to this hotel!

For anyone new coming this is what we seen ! Pros: Rooms are clean , Comfortable, perfect amount of amenities. Front Desk Very Nice. This is Me and My Husband’s Go-to Hotel When Visiting California. Cons: •The Water from the faucet is FOGGY if you cup ur hands together you will see it. •Walls are thin •if you come back to the hotel at night you will have to park in the way back especially on The Weekends so if you want near parking , come earlier

Always a great stay! Everyone is so friendly and the rooms are always clean. The front desk agent April was so nice and helpful. Customer service is excellent. The laundry room is very clean. It's definitely a great place to stay and enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great hotel. Staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good. Lots of options. No issues with the room, and they were nice enough to ship me an item I forgot there after checkout!

My daughter likes coming here she drives with me over the road and when we get back we spend two days in an hotel I'm saving to buy an house so she does school online this place is pretty good I guess it's just when we get breakfast it's almost uncomfortable like we don't belong because the ladies who make and prepare breakfast always seem to watch and monitor the food I hate that! my daughter just doesn't go down but I love breakfast lol

Hotel is located next to a rail yard, you hear trains all night. The hallways reeked of something nasty. The smell in the rooms was not much better. Carpet was nasty, counter tops in the bathroom had left over water and hair from previous stay. We saw many hairs and stains in the rooms. The hotel seemed old and grungy. I give this two stars as a couple of the front desk personnel were kind and helpful. The bed was also comfortable. I will not be staying here again.

The customer service was nice, the rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast had a vast selection and there was security walking around which is a plus. The elevator smelled like marijuana, someone used the bathroom in one of the elevators. There were people hanging out in the parking lot. I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again because there were a lot of sketchy individuals just randomly hanging out, but it was affordable for a last minute room and I definitely was not going to a motel 6.

My husband and I were moving to the area, and stayed there for a few days until our new place was ready to be moved into. It was an extremely stressful time to say the least. We had a 26 foot U-Haul, a 10 foot U-Haul plus our 2 cars, and there was more than enough parking to accommodate us. This hotel is safe, quiet, clean and comfortable. They offer extensive daily buffet style breakfast at no extra cost. What stood out most to us was the staff. Edgar went above and beyond what one could reasonably expect to provide us with a positive experience. I am extremely grateful that he was on duty when we checked in, because I don’t know that anyone else would have gone out of their way to assist us the way he did. Thank you, Edgar!!!

This is an excellent hotel. I slept like a baby in the extremely comfortable beds. The room was impeccably clean and the shower was exquisite. The hot breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection of bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, fresh fruit, oatmeal with berries and walnuts. Everything is nice and hot. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Stay here!!!

The ladies at the service desk were really nice and polite. The room is really clean and comfortable. May have to extend our stay due to unforseen circumstances.

This place is clean and nice. The people who work here are helpful. This was a last-minute booking due to a death in the family. It nice to get consistency across the Holiday in Brand. We use them all the time. Never really had a bad stay.

The neighborhood for this location has gone down a little. The property is fenced but I was still a little worried about leaving my car at night. The hotel was going through a remodel while we were there. you could see construction materials in front of the hotel and in the common areas. Not overly noisy but they were working most of the day. Food was excellent for a quick and filling morning start. We didn't get our room serviced the first night but the next night they did come but only made up one of the beds. I might stay again just because it is located close to family and the freeway.

We are in the Jurupa valley area at least once a month for baseball and we will NEVER stay here again. This was the worst holiday inn we’ve ever stayed in. We got checked in. Went up to our room walked in and the smell was so bad. It smells moldy and old. We sat on bed for 10 mins fully intending on staying there. But the smell became to unbearable that we called down to have our room changed. There was wrappers on the floor from previous guest. The front desk girl (night shift) was so rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience because we wanted a different room. Questioned if we used the bed ect ect. We finally got a different room and walked in… SAME ISSUE!! Room smelled moldy and old. This new room was also dirty. The bedding had hair all over it. We were so tired from driving my husband convinced me to stay. I almost canceled and drove the extra 19 mins to stay in the other holiday inn. This hotel is not in a great area. Seems like the locals rent out a room for the weekend and get drunk and swim in the pool all day. Pool had at least 15-20 people in it. People walking in with cases of beer, kids running and screaming everywhere. The breakfast bar was being trashed by little kids. Elevators all smell like weed. Last but not least the water was really sketchy!!! I noticed it was coming out very cloudy so I took a clean cup and put water in it and you can’t even see through the cup!! We refused to use the sink to brush our teeth, we just bought bottles of water and used that. Definitely shouldn’t be called a holiday inn, this is an overpriced motel 6. Save your self the headache and drive the extra 19 mins to the next holiday inn.

One of the most friendliest as well as professional Hotels I’ve stayed at in years. A special note to Edgar, Christine and Jonnie. They went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting while at the same time, making our stay comfortable. Each time I’m in town, I stay here and each stay is ALWAYS better than the previous stay. I feel like family when I’m here. I would recommend this location to any and all who have taken the time to read this.

Friendliest staff, good breakfast selection, free parking. Allow you early check ins too. Location is close to railroad and freeways. The trains have to follow rules and even though it is 2:00 am they still blare their horns and you do have 2-3 trains a night for good 18 blasts

After driving 7 hours for a doctor's appointment in California, coming home to my room was heaven. The bed and room was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and so many choices, I felt like I was at a buffet. The Staff is helpful and extremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This place has the worst staff at the front desk starting from the manager. They don’t clean rooms everyday until you beg them 3 times and give you torn towels. The breakfast sucks. They charged me $50 for soiling a towel. They also wanted to charge me $50 for asking if I could check in an hour early. So, do yourself a favor and find another place to stay. Holiday Inn in general has their quality going to the gutter.

Great price and great accommodations were made for me. Not the cleanest or the nicest Holiday Inn I've stayed in, but you get what you pay for. Not too much noise but the hallway reeks of weed and the people smoking outside my window just so happened to be smoking the same thing. Just a HUGE tip if you get a room with the same shower... PULL BOTH KNOBS. Jesus Christ, it was almost impossible to figure out how to take a shower. 😆

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location. If you are looking for a place to stay that’s close to the highway and central between Riverside and San Bernardino, this might fit the bill. I’m writing this review after one night and have tonight to reinforce my thoughts. Standard Holiday Inn arrangements for breakfast and a cash pantry for emergency needs. My HVAC unit was loud and squeaky but I turned it off without getting hot or cold. This comment is local to the room and not the hotel. Three and a half thumbs up 👍 👍👍1/2

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and very helpful when I needed a little space to have an online meeting in a separate space, and the free breakfast was great. My only thumbs down is that the windows don't block much sound, so if a car alarm in the parking lot goes off, you will hear it for sure and that the doors are not very sound proof, at least in the room we were in, so you hear any late night arrivals or 630a wake up folks walking down the hall easily.

It's somewhat hard to find if not using a GPS device. The room was cleaned and very comfortable. The shower knob needs adjusting. When you are on hot, it takes a bit for it to get hot. The bed was very comfortable. Many TV stations to choose from.

It’s 4am in the morning. The next door guests are still super active, talking things that I can hear clearly in my room, screaming and laughing. I asked front desk to switch room, they refused. So we suffered this noice for the entire night. DONT BOOK HERE if you want a good night sleep during your trip. Plus, shower place is broken, no room change either.

For as much as this hotel cost, you’d think it wouldn’t be so dated. Permit parking only, maybe room for a bobtail or a hot shot. Few amenities & breakfast isn’t bad, but it’s hard to keep the food stocked when it’s insanely busy during the whole breakfast time. TV selection was horrid. What happened to streaming availability in the rooms or even having a guide to watch & see what’s coming on? Mediocre at best.

Edgar and Yearly front office associates were unsympathetic to my situation of my family arriving one day before I arrived when I cannot make it until Christmas day to spend with my family. As being in Hospitality to be sympathetic during the holidays to be able to accommodate guests needs is vital in this line of work. Also my aunt would have paid for the reservation on her card and I would just need to show my ID when I came in one day after as our travel plans did not go as planned.

We stay here for 6 nights. So far so good. Nothing really alarming. There is strong smell of weed outside of hotel last night but Cal is a green state. I guess I will have more when we checkout

Love this place. The breakfast is great and they have a nice staff. Had to get a room for a few days and was at the days inn at first but wanted something nicer so I came here and everything was perfect and clean!

Typical Holiday Inn Express, they are redoing the 3rd floor at the moment, but didn't notice any construction noise. Good location for most everything around the inland empire. Breakfast is typical for these. Rooms are the same. They do have and outdoor pool which looked like it had a hot tub too, didn't use. Exercise room had a nice stationary bike i used. There is an active train track nearby, so expect that horn, lol. But i slept great man!

The breakfast is stupendous, they have a big variety of food for your morning breakfast. The room cleanliness was amazing, and they use name brand soap and products, had a great night sleep the nights we stayed. The staff is very friendly and nice as they make you feel welcome when you come across staff members. Easy acces to the freeway, gas station and restaurants for dining in the evening. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel was so awesome. And a life saver!! My family and I came in from Vegas. We got kicked out of our original hotel because of my twins making too much noise. My twins are 2 and autistic, they don't know how to control their excitement so it comes out however it comes out. So at 5 in the morning a younger lady answered our phone call and our prayers. Said she had an opening but we had to check out at 12. We said ok. We went got some much needed sleep and rest. My mother went down to check us out at 1( the younger girl extended the check out time for us) and an older lady had told her they had a room for us if we wanted to stay another night, it was on the first floor (which we wanted because of my twins), so it was perfect for us. We transferred our belongings to our new room and we were able to enjoy our weekend finally!! Everyone was so nice and we appreciate the flexibility they had for us. Thank you guys again!!! From Vegas with love 💜💜💜

I've been to a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this one is definitely one of the best. Clean, well appointed rooms. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff, and a very decent pool and jacuzzi area. For this price point, you really can't do better. Oh and the beds are surprisingly comfortable for a hotel in this price range.

Great staff, clean NEW modern rooms. King size bed room has a sofa bed that could accommodate another couple, and or children. House keepers are great at their work, but most importantly they have a night security guard buzzing around the parking lot at night in a mini scooter red and blues lights. Makes you feel extra safe at night. Room has it's own pod coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator. Also of course a air conditioner unit with programmable temperature control. Lastly the front lobby aren't afraid to call colton police department if needed. I guess something happened during my stay and safe to say it was resolved.

Older Holiday Inn feel. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The breakfast was wonderful. They made a to go box with scrambled eggs and a cinnamon roll. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The rooms could have been a little more cleaner, and the room smelled stuffy. # And my vacation was to short!!.. PS: Thanks Jim❤

Rooms are clean, with plenty of pillows (good fluffy pillows, not those flat useless ones). Reasonably priced, with a pool and jacuzzi that gets nice and hot. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
