I’m extremely pleased with our staff! They are kind and extremely accommodating for each other and our customers. It proves itself as half of our weekend staff have full time employment during the week!! We have such a great selection for a small town and we love supporting our community. We are blessed to have a place in our town for ever function such as date night or church event. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to represent Tickled Pink anytime or anywhere!

Great selection of trends now. Went in to look at gowns. Gowns were beautiful but in such a mess, hard to see, packed in so tight, unable to get a view of the true gown, pricey. Great arrangement of kids apparel. Front was attractive, easy to capture your eye. Kudos to the arranger.

Ordered online, the package wasn’t delivered (no fault of theirs, the post offices fault) it got sent back and lost in the mail (again the post office) they were incredibly helpful kind and responsive; they answered all of my emails they made sure i got my package they were quick and efficient they were apologetic, genuinely could not speak more highly about a company. I’m literally looking for other stuff on their website just for an excuse to support them again. I don’t ever write reviews but this is a great company truly recommend 100%.

If you would like to experience a negative, mean girl, high school experience in shopping—The Vault is for you. Snarky teenagers at the register making unkind comments, unprofessional employees not taking ownership of an error on a receipt and refusal to correct, cliquey whispering then this is the boutique for you. Very nice selection of clothing, but staff is unbelievably inappropriate and have a extreme lack customer service skills.

Tickled Pink Boutique is my favorite store to shop for. The Ladies that work there are always super friendly. From clothes, shoes to accessories, and some extras, everything is so cute. Especially, it's celebrity style prom dress is just WOW! Best of all, I always find my size and the style I wish for.

My mother, sister and I went there looking for wedding ideas. As we walked in there were 3 people at the counter talking, one of which welcomed us to the store. We broused the clothing and other things items before noticing the wedding dress/prom dress section. There was a note on the door that said we were welcome to look but to ask an associate to remove the dress from the rack. We no more then started to look and an employee came and asked if we needed help. My mother started to ask about the wedding dresses and appointments. The employee was rude and kept walking away while we were asking questions. We also asked if it cost anything to book an appointment because some places do charge. She said no and walked away, again! As we were walking out, the same 3 people at the counter were making fun of the questions we had asked and said that my sister has an attitude problem. I was considering making an appointment to look at dresses but that's not happening now. Very poor customers service! But you do have the "Hello" and "Goodbye" down!

Absolutely love Tickled Pink. Friendly and helpful staff. Great boutique products with a variety of styles, sizes and prices to meet everyone’s needs. We have purchased everything from bathbombs to jumpsuits to prom dresses and everything in between. Very seldom do my daughters and/or I shop here and leave empty handed.

Fun store! Great atmosphere! Beautiful, energetic, and VERY helpful staff! Best prom dress selection ever!! A fantastic shopping experience every time I stop by!!
