My experience living at USquare has been nothing short of amazing. Kathy and Alan really do a fantastic job of making the apartments feel like home. They continuously go above and beyond for their tenants. This is by far the best experience I’ve had renting. The location couldn’t be better for those attending MSU and offers quick access to businesses. As long as I live in Mankato I plan on renewing my lease!

What's there to say about U-Square? What ISN'T there to say about U-Square?! You got dining, you great balconies, clean hallways, all conveniently located right across the street from campus! I mean can you get a better deal? I sure as heck don't think so. Plus management is super reliable and easy to talk to. The only downside about U-Square is that I will eventually have to leave. But until that day I'm going to enjoy every minute of living here and I hope you do too!

Living at U-square was a great experience. Kathy, Alan, and the maintenance staff were amazing and always there to help. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted individuals. There was never a time I felt like I could not go to management for help. I lived at U-square for 3 years. It is hands down one of the best places to live in Mankato. And it is right by MSU campus! If you are looking for a place that is safe, affordable, modern, and convenient, U-square is the place to live. Highly recommend this place.

I've lived at Usquare for 2 years now, and it has been nothing but a great experience! The convenient proximity to both MSU and the multiple restaurants is unbeatable. The units are nice and maintenance is always prompt. Allen and Kathy in the office are super nice and helpful, they really make leasing an easy experience. As a student at MSU, I simply wouldn't live anywhere else!

I LOVED living here. I lived here 3 out of my 4 years living off campus. It’s great having everything included and just be able to walk to class every Day. I didn’t have to worry about parking my car or paying for a parking pass. Maintenance here was also great. If I put in a request it was done that day, I never had to wait. Most of all Cathy and Alan are awesome. They are always willing to help with anything they can. Lastly, it is awesome they are dog friendly. I highly recommend this place. I never had an issue with living here!

I loved living at U Square! The entire staff are so helpful and caring! I would recommend living at U Square 100%. It is the perfect distance from campus, especially during the winter. This is the perfect place to live if you are constantly running back to campus. I have had nothing but positive experiences at U Square :) Kathy, Alan and Pat are the BEST!

I LOVED living at USquare! Management is awesome there and maintenance was so timely with everything that I needed! The proximity to campus is perfect for college students! The apartments here are so nice and spacious. Such a positive experience living here and interacting with management! HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve live here for 2 years and I haven’t had a negative experience. Alan and Kathy are amazing and so nice. They’re there to help make renting an apartment easy. The apartments themselves are the perfect distance away from the MSU campus and have a lot of offer as far as other businesses underneath the apartments. They also have everything you need inside the apartment, which is awesome! Highly recommend living here!!
