I want to be clear. This review is about an ER Dr and 1 Dr in particular (Dr Hamer). I had surgery previously in the week. Something had happened and I was in an extreme amount of pain. I was unable to move and needed to be brough in by ambulance. By the end of my stay my faience was told that it was a possibility that I was faking my pain. During my visit my Fiancé tried getting ahold of the Mayo where I had my surgery. Dr Hamer told my fiancé that he got a hold of my surgeon and was told there wasn't much they could do for me. This was a lie as I talked to my surgical team on Sunday when I was home. No one from GRH contacted the surgical team. He just called an on-call Dr. Yet Dr Hired insisted that he talked to my surgeon many times.

The hospital staff are friendly and I've had good experiences here for scheduled appointments. But... I have had nothing but trouble when it comes to medication. My pharmacy sent an order for a med refill and did not get a response for over a week! I had to call the clinic multiple days in a row just to get someone to fill it. The withdrawal symptoms hurt.

My boyfriend went to the ER last night believing he may have been having either a stroke or very severe panic attack, and seeing as young adults in his age range have died from strokes due to covid-19 he felt it was best to come Into the ER and get seen. I could not go with due to being pregnant, but he was updating me through text the entire time. The nurses were great, but the doctor he saw "Dr Ann Terese McIntosh" was absolutely HORRRIFIC, and instead of treating him like a patient, she treated him as if he was just there wasting their time and resources. She asked him what he wanted to accomplish by coming to the ER, and the second she found out he isn't vaccinated she lectured him like a child and instead of treating the PANIC ATTACK, just lectured him about how its basically his own fault he's in this situation. He is still sitting at home feeling the exact same way he did last night, except now he will have a massive bill just for being treated like a child.. this doctor needs to learn a few things about being professional. The clinic staff has been amazing to us during my prenatal visits, but this doctor is terrible.

Some of the doctors are ok. But Dr Peterson outright lied to me. I went in for some problems and he told me he'd get my CPAP info to make sure it was helping like it should be. He then sent me a letter a few days later that he read my CPAP machine virtually and all the settings were good, it was working correctly, etc. There's just one problem. My machine is so old that it's not connected to the internet and I have to take the memory card out and physically bring it to a Dr to get it read. That's what I was told to do from the beginning and I even confirmed with my medical supplier that reading my machine online is impossible due to its age. I'm not sure why he felt the need to lie about something so dumb but regardless it's unacceptable. If you employ people who lie to give the illusion of care while actually avoiding providing care, that says a lot about your clinic. I will never see him again and I'm avoiding this place unless I have no other options.

What I really need to do is contact an attorney and sue this place, I went 1 1/2 months with no answer to why I was not getting over my pneumonia several ER visits and DR appt later I found a compitent Dr, what was wrong is I had blood clots in my lung and a very large one my left leg well into to my 3rd month lungs still hurt leg keeps swelling, I could go on and on about this place with nothing good to say a 1star rating for this hospital is to nice, go to Waconia, unless like me your kinda stuck going here

I unexpectedly got sick 200+ miles from home and had emergency surgery here. It was scary to have to go to a medical center in a town I’d never been to. The staff were all amazing. I had great care and they were all super friendly. It made a very nerve wracking experience so much better. I highly recommend this hospital.

I only give one star because it belongs to the Emergency Room unit where patients stay overnight. Those nurses, CNA's, and bedside help make patients feel safe.. Unlike the bottom floor. They do not take patients who overdose seriously; furthermore, someone I know had to wait 1+ hours to be seen while almost fainting in the room. After being interrogated by a doctor, they could be heard making fun of the patient and laughing with another nurse outside of their room who then wouldn't believe the patient of the medications they took thus taking action of giving them an IV only if they OD'd on Ibuprofen which later causes hives and trouble breathing. This could've been prevented if the pt was taken seriously. This place needs to reevaluate the first floor of nurses and doctors.

this place is terrible!! My wife and I went for an emergency checkup because the primary doctor suggested she go to that hospital because it was close to the city where we live today!! The visit was to take certain tests of some reactions of my wife's body due to being approximately 9 months pregnant. In the end she was hurt in the stomach by the nurse if you can call it that way!! I think its name is henna!! or something like that!. We had never had fatal care in any hospital! Because the doctor didn't even come to the room where my wife was!! It was a terrible experience..

I’ve been going to this clinic my whole pregnancy. I’m 2 weeks from being induced, and I’ve never been happier with my OB, Dr. Johnson. I haven’t even thought of seeing another Dr. I highly recommend this clinic, especially for pregnant women looking for an OB they can trust, and who is experienced. Dr. J definitely knows what he’s doing, no questions asked. Every one of my appts has been quick and thorough, and I haven’t met not a single staff member that wasn’t friendly. I’ve never had any issues.
