    The location is perfect. Studio is well taken care of and inviting. Workouts are challenging but can also be modified, if needed.     I've tried a lot of gyms in the area and there is something about Orangetheory that just stuck with me. The ability to go into class and not have to think about which weights should I do or how long should I do cardio is such a relief for me. I get a great workout and can definitely see mental and physical improvements since I have started Orangetheory!

    I have been a member at Orangetheory Sioux Falls for 4 years. I’ve never stayed at one gym this long. I love everything about the workouts. It’s a great combination of cardio and strength and the coaches motivate me in a way I would never do on my own. Some days I run on the tread mill, some days I powerwalk. You can tailor your workout however best suits you. The lift classes are also great for days you prefer to only focus on strength. Coaches are fantastic!!

    The energy, the versatility, the comradery, and the comfortability to start at any stage in your fitness journey. That's what OTF provides. The staff are dedicated to their members success (which comes in all shapes and sizes), I haven't met a group of people more well suited for their jobs and I'm beyond grateful to be a member.

    Having bounced around to several gyms in the area and not seeing the results I wanted to see, I was struggling to keep my motivation. My sister told me about OTF. The workouts are always changing, the music is awesome, coaches truly care about your progress. They have an app that tracks your workouts so you can see your progress overtime. 10/10

    Hands down my favorite workout in the Sioux Falls area! All coaches are certified, energetic and very knowledgeable. It's a fun and inviting atmosphere!

    I have been at OTF since 2019. I love the class format of cardio and lifting and the variety of workouts (endurance, strength and power). I really appreciate the coaching staff and their support in modifications as someone whose had two knee surgeries and tries to stay low impact - there's something for everyone here. And the community of encouragement can't be beat! If you're looking for a fitness fam and help with accountability, give OTF a try!

    I encourage anyone to give Orangetheory a try when you shop around for a fitness studio. Every day the workout is different. Every day I'm challenged. I exercise best when a coach tells me what to do. OT coaches are great: encouraging and positive!

    I am very happy with Orange Theory and all it offers. I can come in and accomplish my goals in a 1hour workout. The trainers are very helpful and keep everyone motivated. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to make there future self better.

    It was a very energized place with friendly staff and fellow work out people. The workouts were just the right amount of push and rest. It kept your heart rate up, but gave you the chance to get a small amount of recovery. I liked how the workouts and personalized efforts are based solely on heart rate zones. It's a very healthy and safe way to work out and would recommend this to anyone looking for a good workout to get that heart pumping.

    I like the flexibility in that it is both individually & team based workout. Floor or Treads and we are working together to meet our individual goals. I like the coaches and their encouragement and guidance. How they get to know each member and give them tips/suggestions for improvement and growth. I like that I can still feel comfortable at my own level while others around me are at theirs. Overall in one word: Encouraged!

    I love how every time I enter I’m greeted by a friendly face, spend time chatting with friends, and am continually pushed to do my best during the workouts. All coaches & staff truly care about members and consistently encourage us to go “all out” in our workouts & our lives.

    The orange theory studio in Sioux Falls is amazing! All of the coaches and front desk workers/managers create an awesome atmosphere. Every day is a new HIIT workout with treadmill running/powerwalking, water rowers, and weights. I also really appreciate the fact that they are posting free workouts during the COVID-19 pandemic online. I highly recommend this studio, and trying some of the online workouts before it opens back up again if you are interested in joining!

    Let me start by saying this is the only fitness program I've ever stuck with....ever! Ive been a member for two years now for several reason; 1. Staff is awesome and supportive, coaches push you while helping you achieve your goals, 2. The workouts change daily so you won't get bored or have to think about it, just show up and put in the work, 3. No judging, everyone is at their own fitness level and supports each other, yet it is personally competitive with the various benchmarks, 4. They are nationwide so you can still attend wherever there is an OTF. It is expensive but all good things are and this also motivates me to make the most of it. It is heart rate based training and as a numbers guy, I appreciate the analytics and feedback from each class.

    Orange Theory is an amazing workout every time that I go! It pushes me to my limits each class. The beauty of this program is that I can make it as hard or easy as I want. The coaches are great at encouraging me to push myself to the limit every single time. I can be running next to a person half my age and on the other side is a person 20 years older than me! Love OTF and all the amazing coaches and staff!

👍👍 Spent the weekend at Sioux Falls and visited here a few times. Highly recommend the Black Card so you can use the hydro massage beds. Location was busy but not overwhelming. PF has been a major tool used in my recovery and fitness while on tour.

👍 Friendly staff, clean and working equipment and locker rooms.. not a bad way to start off the day. Though there is a yoga room, if you're not there for the class, you can't use it. So far, I haven't found a good place out of the way to set up my yoga mat, hence 4/5.

😠 Doesn’t open on Sunday. It doesn’t matter how great the facilities are if you can’t use them. I enjoy taking my family to the pool but my time is limited because of this policy. Please do better.
