I
have
been
working
out
at
Cuong
Strong
for
the
past
4
months.
In
that
time,
not
only
have
I
gained
strength
and
cleaned
up
my
nutrition,
I've
also
gained
a
ton
of
confidence.
Cuong
listens
to
your
goals
and
sets
you
up
to
not
only
reach,
but
exceed
them.
You
obviously
have
to
work
hard
to
do
that,
but
his
fitness
and
nutrition
plans
make
it
possible.
When
I
met
with
him,
I
thought
I
just
wanted
to
be
fit
and
gain
strength,
but
after
seeing
the
progress
that
I
have
made
so
far,
I
am
envisioning
even
bigger
goals.
I
was
not
familiar
at
all
with
weight/resistance
training
when
I
started,
so
having
someone
to
show
you
how
to
do
the
exercises
properly,
focusing
on
form,
was
really
important.
Cuong
and
my
trainer
are
available
to
me
for
questions
or
concerns
anytime,
and
scheduling
sessions
could
not
be
easier.
The
gym
itself
is
welcoming
and
easy
to
navigate.
My
trainer,
Crystal,
has
a
ton
of
experience
in
weight
lifting
and
personal
training,
and
is
an
excellent,
encouraging
coach.
I
can't
say
enough
good
things
about
Cuong
Strong.
