I work at Express here, its 1 of my 3 jobs, very smart people work at Express, but its hard for us to be nice to everyone, because you have customers picking up and throwing clothes back on table in a pile as your trying to fix the pile, and then you have daily stealing by customers, so it's not that we are rude or ignorant, but rather fed up by corporate policy on how to deal with theft and messed up customers. But we have some extremely knowledgeable girls at Express Jersey shore premium outlets, not just pretty faces, but they know alot about the clothing and styles, and putting together an outfit. I do stock along with my boy Jerome The Rapper, and then on floor you have Amanda Skips, Alyssa Little Pockets, Skylar from London, Matty Ice, Brad the Kid, Kimmie aka Porcelain and Lukus aka Princess Leia, really good team of people, everyday can't be a winner, its about having a winning attitude that wins it. I enclosed a photo of staff wearing summer outfits that launched in May, its Amanda Skips and Lukus.

Jersey shore premium outlet is a nice mall with lots of stores . It is conveniently located on GSP. They have lots of events , sales etc going on at all times. It is well maintained and very clean. The food court is decent but could have more variety of food options. They have ample parking space. Also many play areas for kids. It is great for athletic gears and accessories.

If you are looking for affordable brand names, Jersey shore premium outlets are a great place to shop. I always enjoy going to this place. Most stores offer some kind of discount or deal. The place is not too crowded, which makes shopping more convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can find food places that are not too expensive. You can get pizza slices, cold drinks, and other quick snacks. There is a lot of free parking space around the shopping plaza. The plaza is mostly open, with rows of shops. Some rows have a casual cover in the middle to shield from rain and snow. There are benches in many shops where you can sit and relax. There are signs for disabled parking in each parking area.

It has best brands and it is a nice shopping area. I love it because it has Starbucks (huge inside) and Food Court (with 5/6 food restaurants) to take a break and grab a snack. If there are no special season sales it is usually not very crowded. Some of the stores will have sales anyways, as today, Levis has 40%off on all items. I would definitely shop here again.

This appears slightly large than the Philadelphia outlets. A good variety of stores and more corridors. The food court was small. Plenty of parking. Worth exploring!

Nice outlet mall catering to a few neighboring townships in NJ where there are no shopping malls.(Oasis) We got good deals at almost all the stores. Friendly people. Food Court needs to be extended though. Overall good experience 👍✅✅✅✅✅😎

Its fun here. Great discounts and good collection. Not that crowded so it feels nice to walk around and shop. I bought a nike shoes which cost me $48 after all discounts although its retail price is $80.

A nice mall, a good selection of brand-name products, found some amazing deals.

One of the best outlets near jersey city area to get discounted items! It’s a 45 min drive from jersey city. Good brand and some really cool discounts. If you come during a holiday there are chances for even better discounts. They have a lot of good options for active wear brands, Nike, UA, Columbia and more. Food court is alright and have some fast food options. I would suggest to spend 3-4 hours to really go through all stores and find some best deals.

The perfect collection of outlets here. Including some cute kiosks. You can find this one just outside the Loft store. They have the cutest handmade sweaters from Peru.

It’s fun shopping! Specially during festive times as they have good discounts around the time. It has plenty of factory outlets. Big parking area but mind you it is quite busy during Christmas and new year.

Great store selections. We came for 1 stop holiday shopping from Polo to Ugg. There was ample deals at these outlets. Dress warm as the lines can get long and you'll have to wait outside.

This place has all the stores that I needed in one place. Great prices better than the retail stores which are much more expensive. My order total at the Lacoste store was $450 but only paid like $238. I am really impressed

Interesting construction and layout make this, what at first glance, look like an indoor mall that had the roof removed partially. The breezeways are excellent against the ferocity of the sun in many parts, and the landscape seems well-manicured and functional. There are ample benches outside stores and the place has a pretty pristine appearance. I would like to have one of these nearer to where I live, but alas, we do not.

Awesome place to shop and I got great bargains. Went to the Nike store and purchased Air Max Bolt in black for $39.99. Stopped by Timberland just to look and walked out with nice burgundy Timberland boat shoes for $79.95. I think I did pretty good. Highly recommend.

I went to the Guess store few months back, I purchased almost 200 $ worth of clothes, there was a Hispanic lady at the counter who asked for my ID. I thought it was a regular thing. Today we went to the store again because we like the brand , a thin white lady with a store microphone was hovering around us while we were trying to sort through clothes, and the counter lady, she asked my brother to show his ID, guess what?? She doesn’t ask for ID to others… Never stepping in that store again!!! Bloody discriminative people.. and the irony of it is she was an overweight Hispanic woman herself!

Awesome shopping place with a lot of premium brands and factory outlets. Since it had a lot of factory outlets there are good discounts round the year. A heaven for shoppers.

The outlet is created in an open area, so Get ready to walk around if you have decided to visit the place, you can search for your shop in the maps to park your vehicle 🚗 near to that. They have Many shops but my first visit didn’t go well as many shops say 80% discount still the prices were high with no stock of the items. Ample parking space and small food court with 4 to 5 restaurants.

This is a great mall, my favorite part is how it is basically outdoors, and there is a great selection of stores, but one warning is that if you have older kids like 6-11 they may not be as enticed to stay due to the fact when it comes to things for kids to do there is only a little play area (but that too it is for very young kids) and there is maybe one toy store there. That is just for kids, for adults however they have some of my favorite stores like Lacoste, Nike, and a lot of great stores. They have some pretty good dining options as well and I think that if you wanna go on a sort of a shopping spree this is the place to go.

Great sales on major holidays.

I am a vegetarian and allergic to garlic and onions. It is very difficult to find food that I can eat and tasty especially at food court. My husband and I went to the first fast food and asked staffs if the tofu dish contained garlic and onions. They stand there didn’t know anything and didn’t bother to ask the cooks until we requested them to. Finally someone came out and rolled her eyes up said everything has garlic and onions. That was not what I expected to get from and I would never go back to them. Negative five stars for this one. We looked around and went to Bubbakoo’s Burritos. We asked the same questions and the tall guy with glasses explained what foods I could eat patiently. He even went to the back and cut up some fresh tomatoes for me. Now this is what a call service. Highly recommend. I barely had a weekend off and wanted to spend some quality time. We picked and drove half an hour to Premium outlets. Our day almost got ruined. Thanks to the Bubbakoo’s Burritos glasses guy and we enjoyed the day at this outlets and shopped what we like.

Not terribly crowded compared to other outlet malls, and had a lot of stores worth visiting. There was ample parking and the area is very walkable. The outlet is outdoors with plenty of seating, partial shade, and restrooms, but a very small food court. Overall very positive experience for an outlet mall.

Really good place to buy some stuff for the family and friends

This place does have some good deals and brand outlets. Our visits always end up purchasing something. I would certainly recommend people to check out the outlet stores for good deals in this place.

Love the stores selection and the outdoor walkways. Wish the food court had a few more options. Many stores had outlet pricing. Others seemed to have close to regular pricing.

Brilliant layout of having standalone outlets of different brands with a variety of food and drink options. You don’t get tired roaming around as you do in mall and have little festivities and occasions specially on weekends and public holidays which makes it a more fun activity to shop around and taste different foods from the local vendors. You have all sorts of brands from different price ranges to suit all your needs and budget. Definitely a visit for thanksgiving offers!

This is our usual go to place for outlet shopping. It has an array of stores, almost all you would like. The only issue is cleanliness of the premise. The sitting areas are always dirty, especially the couches. But you would always get good deals.

Easy parking, and easy shopping. It's nice to see at an outlet area the coverings that don't get you rained/snowed or the sun beating you up. The Woodbury commons on New York could learn from a little ingenuity. The stores were also easy to find and shop in.

Nice shopping spot!! All the major brands at one place !!

If you like to window shop or just see a lot of different brands in one place this is the place to go. I went specifically for the Beef Jerky store. Unfortunately the prices were very high, not what I was expecting. I asked if they had sales or promos and the answer was no. Better off ordering jerky online. Didn't shop any other brands and will have to say there are a lot here.

It has always been my favorite place to shop for kids as well as for myself. Nice environment. Good to see the crowd again after a long long time.

I love the outlets in Tinton Falls. Your best bet is to go when the weather is nice because it's outside, but the selections of stores is great & if you're a savy shopper, you can find really good deals. Wear comfortable shoes! It's larger than it looks and if you're a true shopper you'll be there for a few hours.

Great place to shop! They have great designer stores. The food in the food court is just ok. At times, the lines to go in the stores like Nike can be long. I would suggest to go early. There is a lot more parking in the back near Coach. They have great selection for all ages.

A good selection, especially for women’s clothing. Enough for the husband to be happy too. Fair prices at the outlets and everyone blasts their AC. The only qualm I have is the outlets are open till 9pm on a Saturday yet many of the stores within the outlet are closed by 8pm. It is also completely outdoors so if it’s raining like it was when I went, be prepared to get soaking wet.

Not a lot of good stores remaining at this location. Most of the stores are offering some discounts to offload a lot of the older stock items. You may have to search around for a good deal.
