So glad to see Phish Tales make it thru the pandemic. Food is always fresh and delicious. They always have a great selection of spirits and tonight was no exception our Great server Lacey pulled me a great local cream ale from Halpatters “support your locals”! Fish sandwiches were great with huge portions. With Lacey’s fast attentive service great food prepared perfectly I highly recommend!

The owner (James) is so kind and attentive to my needs. He serves his meat in large portions and it always fills me up. The tossed salad is great too. Best atmosphere in town.

I had the grilled mahi and broccoli which was cooked to perfection. My other half had the fried shrimp which he said was a little overcooked, but not enough to complain or cause him to not clean his plate.

Phish Tales is an awesome local restaurant that has been part of the community for many, many years. They have an extensive menu as well as frequent specials. My fave is the spinach salad with blackened shrimp, but really everything is so good! We always have great service and are treated like family.

Shrimp, 1 lb, hot with old Bay seasoning with butter and cocktail sauce..was superb. So fresh and tasty. Fried fish basket was good. Blackened shrimp tacos with slaw and pico were delicious. The shrimp on the bloody Mary was mealy and old. Waitress was awesome.

My family has been coming to Phish Tales for 22 years. Never once have we had anything but positive things to say. Their salads are particularly delicious, and the staff is always very kind and accommodating!

Awesome place, went here at 9:15 when they close at 10. We were those people who showed up late after a long day, but they didn’t make us feel unwelcome. The food was excellent and the service was even better. Angie took great care of us and went above and beyond helping us with shirts and come up with a plan for messing with one of our buddies. If you find yourself in lake city and want a place with a good atmosphere and amazing staff you should definitely come in! We got burgers and a fish cheese dip? Not entirely sure heard a regular ordering it and asked Angie to get the same thing as they said it was incredible (it was).

Excellent food.. wings are off the chart... never A bad experience in this Lake City Pub. I was born and raised here and been here lots of times. Enjoy your own experience with Phish Tales.

Colleen took great care of us. Gator basket, drinks, and phish tales stew were all very good. Nice to take a little drive to somewhere different and meet friendly people.

Very reasonable prices & large portions. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault. We had a large (15+ people) group & couldn't have asked for better service. Our waitress, Lacey did an excellent job of taking our orders & serving our meals. We will definitely be back again.

Food was really good 👍. They could use some help behind the counter. They were nice, just that they could use more people. It was busy so I'm cutting some slack. They also could use some sprucing up outside the building. But it was good. We'll likely go back. So that's a compliment right there!

Daughter (27) and I stopped by on our way to GA and loved this joint! It was relaxing and quiet and had fabulous food and our server Debbie was wonderful! We had a late lunch and did not feel rushed at all. Enjoy!

Love this place! Even though I don't like to be in places without windows, this restaurant doesn't bother me at all...atmosphere is comfy, inviting, and the staff are relaxed and friendly. My new favorite small eatery in Lake City. And they have French Dip! Yummy!
