    Went to this location twice in a day. I thought after the 1st "issue" that I wouldn't be unlucky enough to experience another bad situation, I was wrong. Boy was I wrong. I ordered chicken minis for breakfast and the chicken wasn't nuggets on 2 of them yet then were like crumbles of the fried batter. I returned them, the guy also agreed that was unacceptable and made incorrectly. He replaced them...no big issue. I came back later for a sandwich and kale salad. The kale salad wasn't the best as that's my favorite item but I didn't make a fuss. I was 2 bites into my sandwich and behold a long gray hair, follicle attached...in my sandwich. I was too far to return and their only solution was to revert my redeemed reward.

    terrible service. to sum up my visit, the cashier messed up my order 3 times and was completely lousy. the manager was even worse, he had his arms crossed the whole time and had the audacity to say that it’s “my fault” that the order was messed up. Keep in mind that the cashier also charged me for extra items I didn’t even ask for. The manager even tried to make me pay for fries after the inconvenience of the cashier misunderstanding my order, even after making it clear to him I wasn’t substituting anything, nor did the cashier “Lionel” ask any questions while taking my order. i don’t know what kind of manager has an attitude like this. Chick-fil-a is known to have nice service, but this experience really threw me off because it was more than just disappointing. I don’t remember the managers name but he had glasses and was an older man, extremely rude and standoffish behavior.

    Go to get food for family. They mess up kids order misplace nuggets for a sandwhich and gave us a rottom sandwhich so we have screaming kids with no food for dinner when we get home. Take 30 minutes to get food. Sandwhich we did get had rotten lettuce and nasty tomato. Go back wasting 45 minutes fixing it. Refused refund only new food due to how old order was. Almost 1.25 hours due to their mistake. Unacceptable. "Claimed this what a sandwhich looks like after that long." Nasty food along with a manager who was rude. On top of messing up the order which was placed online. Pretty hard to mess up an online order.

    I came here to try the new sandwich/shake. The woman who took our order was an absolute mess. I couldn't hear a word she was saying as she read our order back to us (she had a mask on and a very thick accent, not totally her fault). I wanted a Dr pepper as well but didn't notice till I got back to my seat that she hadn't added it to the order, when they brought our food out she didn't have the milkshake I ordered with her so I assumed it'll be another minute on that (she didn't say anything to me). A minute later I get back in line to order a Dr pepper and let someone know I never got my milkshake (I just happened to get a manager cause she was on the register at the time) she talks to the employee that took our order and tells me it'll just me a minute, so I go back and sit down. A few minutes later I figure "maybe she doesn't remember where we were sitting" so I go to stand by the pickup sign within sight of the front, a few minutes later the manager I spoke to sees me waiting and talks to the employee again, who then comes up to me and asks what it was I ordered. Finally, 20 minutes after we initially ordered I actually get the shake, at which point my food wasn't hot anymore and the chicken patty I got was closer in size to a chicken strip than a patty and didn't have the honey the new sandwich is supposed to have. (I mean half of the bun was bigger than this thing)

    I've never experienced being checked on through out my dining experience until I came to this chick fil a. I was delighted the flowers at the table and how clean the restaurant was. I will return to this location❤️❤️❤️

    I order breakfast twice a week and my fries are NEVER right, either they are cold, undercooked, overcooked, too salty or mushy. I have to give them my fries back almost every time! The chicken minis are fine, but could be hotter than usual.overall my experience was mediocre!

    For a place that is so slammed with customers at certain times of the day, they always are top notch. I highly recommend either ordering ahead or parking and going in. The drive thru line can take 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day.

    I always do curbside. I absolutely love it. Order online and they bring everything to you within a timely manner. I usually order and then do work on my phone as I wait in the comfort of my car. Food is decent but sometimes the chicken tastes gamey and I throw it away. Only complaint is sometimes the app is wonky and it once took 70p points from me. I emailed customer service and got no response.

    I ordered the sandwiches, fries and sodas separately, I can understand the cashier wanted to make them into meals but she didn’t cancel the extra fries! I didn’t return the fries.She also missed one 12 piece nuggets. When I pick up my order, she forgot to give me my two soda. I asked one stuff for my soda, the stuff brought the cashier who ordered for me. The cashier checked the receipt and then only said “you want your soda right now?” Can I say she make the day even worse? I tried to not to give her any hard time even though I spend extra time and money on the simple order, but she didn’t say a single word for sorry. Very bad experience!

    Wow!!!!!! I have never been more impressed with a morning Chick-fil-A crew. I had two massive orders at short notice (think $150 combined) and the team put them together in the span of 12 minutes. Kudos and THANK YOU for the EXCELLENT customer service!!

    Chick-fil-A probably has the greatest problem on Earth as a business. They do not know how to scale their success. For it's popularity and praise, they never continue to operate efficiently over long periods of time. This results into low quality food and bad orders. This is not the first time I've been missing items from the menu that I paid for. The pickup area needs to have two associates constantly interacting with guests to make sure all orders are correct and probably need to add two to three other crew members in the back to help create and deliver the orders. There's too much business flowing through in terms of cash flow to not be properly staffed AND to have that staff not positioned to efficiently transition people's ordering and dining experience. Please do better!

    This location consistently comes through with good food and order accuracy. The only negatives are the tight layout where the drive-thru line backs up so you have to wait to enter the lot at peak times, and they used to have a play place here for kids but it was removed during covid and never came back.

    It was good. Only complaint is they forgot our drinks... but, gotta take a big of responsibility there too bc it's not like I remembered them either haha. (I got this food for family. I don't personally eat there.)

    The food is fine, it’s the parking lot and never-moving line that’s an issue. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, there’s always a line. Don’t think to go around popular lunch or dinner time because if you’re lucky enough to even get into the parking lot, you’ll be waiting 20+ minutes. I don’t know what it is about this chick fil a; I guess at least they’re consistent because their slow service hasn’t changed in 10+ years. Save yourself the frustration and go to the chick fil a on Dobbin or near Maple Lawn.
