~6 visits so far since 2022, just walked out with no service. Seated in bar section, bartender looked right at us then walked the other way to shoot the breeze with other non busy staff. Apparently we had a waitress who was too busy to get to us after 5m, but not cool that bartender ignored us. Most food quality has been pretty good, but a few misses. Also, expected salty. Food is tasty and you can tell most things are homemade. Including the bowl of chicken noodle soup. App. Trio Sampler (pic) which everything came out hot and tasty. Vegetarian wife had the eggplant parmesan and said it's one of the best she's had. Her angel hair pasta and sauce were cooked perfectly. Next visit I discovered the Trio Chicken entree where you can have your choice of the different chicken entrees. I chose masala, chicken ravioli, and picante (pic), fantastic. But the price has gone waaaaay up. Now $28. Had a steak (pic) as part of a trio entree thing and it was terribly tough even tho it wasn't overcooked. Bad meat = bad dining.

Bread & Appetizers were served pretty fast. Server & the manager helped us decide our mains. Lobster ravioli's sauce was nice but the ravioli has very less stuffing. Apart from that, the salad, Eggplant parmesan & the cocktail were good. Their tramisu is a must try; soft & creamy.

Overall a good Carrabba's location, the food is good and consistent. Ordering online from here is also pretty consistent except sometimes they will forget to give you bread in your order. Dining inside generally is a positive experience, but sometimes they are very understaffed when it's busy.

The food was good, but the chicken dish was a bit salty for me. Other than that the flavors were excellent. Shrimp Linguine was great and the sauce was not super heavy. Didn't leave us feeling bloated.

Absolutely Horrid!!!! From the words of the server, "they have been cutting a lot of corners" On a Friday night at 830, there was zero customers until we came. Not 1 person at the bar either, that should have been a sign to leave, but I figured, I'm just getting a salad, can't be that bad. There was absolutely no AC, and it was hot AF in there. 80ish deg outside and extremely humid, I don't know how the workers lasted. Got my salad, and the once typical size scallops are now baby scallops that they charge the same amount for annnd giving you less quantity, 4. It took everything in me not to send the salad back and leave. If it weren't for our server, knowing he works off tips, I would have left. How are you going to overcharge customers for less food, like we're dumb, during an inflation/soon to be recession period and expect us to keep supporting. That's the dumbest business decision (s) I had to encounter. Great job on losing another customer. I will never ever, ever come back.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience. The Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. My veal Marsala was Delicious. Our waitress was very sweet . We had cannoli cake for dessert and it was fantastic. I want to give a special thanks to Shannon the manager for making it all happen. Shannon went beyond being amazing. I think if it weren't for her, I do not think that my wife and I would have visited your establishment again. Because of Shannon, we will definately be visiting Carrabba's again

Table for 4 We got sat the second we walked in. All the staff were wearing a mask. I ordered the Calamari and a side of Fettuccine Alfredo. The Calamari was very good but, the Alfredo wasn't giving Alfredo. Wasn't bad but not really what i was looking for. They were out of Dr. Pepper, out of Lobster, And forget to give us an order of Truffle Fries, it was on the receipt so when we had mentioned it to our server then immediately took it off the bill and gave it to us for To-Go. She was Very Nice Server & Attentive to the table. Atmosphere was Family Friendly i would say we had just happen to have caught them at a bad time. Overall the food was fairly good. Bill was about $85 for 4 guests so not too bad. I recommend this location.

My friend ordered the lobster ravioli for my birthday and I must say I am quite dissatisfied. The ravioli barely had any sauce on it and was 100% unseasoned! It’s like the cooks didn’t care or have any heart. I can actually tell that they HATE their job through this dish. Im sad because this was supposed to be for my birthday and while I appreciate my friend for trying to do something nice for me, Carrabbas did NOT do a thorough job of making a pleasant meal. Y’all please look at the picture. If this is how the lobster ravioli is made, please take it off the menu. I did call the restaurant to express my disdain but the young lady stated they couldn’t comp the meal. I understood and I appreciated her listening. Not sure about the other items on the menu but this item was a 1/10 honestly.

This place is just horrible. I normally order from next door as they ALWAYS have it together. I decided to give this place a try. I was quoted 23 minutes for my online order (through your own website) to be complete. My order was still not ready an hour later. The worst of it all, no one answers the phones. I called repeatedly for over 40 minutes to see where my curbside order was. I had my baby in the car otherwise I would have just went in. Finally after an hour an 25 minutes my food came out. No apology from the to-go specialist or anything. All I got was a “your order just came out” and he walked away. I get home and literally $100 worth of food EVERYTHING was cold. There wasn’t a single item that has hot. I had a similar experience 2 months prior to that and decided to try again. Don’t come here. Also if you look at their ratings on Google there a lot of 5-star reviews mentioning staff. It looks like they are running some type of contest to get 5-star reviews. What a joke.

The whole staff at Carrabba’s in Ellicott City was fantastic. From the moment we were seated, the General Manager, Shannon, came over and greeted us and welcomed us as if we were eating in his own home. After his welcoming, Sierra, came over and took our order and was thorough with her knowledge of the menu. My wife was interested in a glass of Pinot Noir, but, she highly recommended a bottle of Conundrum. She was spot on with her recommendation! The Conundrum was so delicious, we ordered a second bottle! My wife is deathly allergic to Gluten & Shellfish. We were hesitant about her eating out and had made up our minds that she’d just have the wine and the rest of the family eat. Shannon came over and asked how our apps were and inquired what my wife ordered for her main meal. After telling him of our situation, he assured us that our allergies would be no problem and that he would personally make sure everything would be sanitary & okay to eat. She ordered the Chicken Bryan and she was in ecstasy being able to eat out. She LOVED her meal. I ordered the Lamb Chops and they were a godsend! Unbelievably amazing! EVERYTHING at the Carrabba’s in Ellicott City, MD was top notch! Will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for stellar service and scrumptious food.

Good food and attentive service. No wait which was a plus but came late for dinner (8pm). Love their special where you can buy an entree to take home for $10.

Honestly, I see a lot of comments on here However, far from my experience. Fortunately, there was no large crowd came from other restaurants who had 15 to 20 or more minute waits Unhappy customers and unhappy employees, along with late ones coming and explaining Themselves.... Something said to go elsewhere. And that's what I did.… came here first timer Nevertheless We were seated extremely fast. We got our food extremely fast and hot. Not only was the waiter very attentive. Her customer service was impeccable and I could not take my eyes off of their manager. I've never seen managers (other than a few places) Picking up plates checking on customers asking people if everything is okay I felt like I was going through a bar rescue stress test Everything was beyond expectation and the food was crazy good. I never finish all my food and not need a doggy bag and the new basal drink is out of this world. I don't even particularly drink unless it's my birthday or New Year's but I had 2 of these won't regret it. Definitely coming back, thanks again. Because Chick-fil-a now has competition🥰

Server was inattentive and seemed to rather want to bartend to her coworkers than check tables. Never stopped by the table after dropping 3 out of 4 of our plates. Had to go get her from the bar to pack up our 4th plate because we were done with all our food. No drink refills offered. Sat with empty glasses for the majority of our meal. Not worth the cost.

Just ... decent. Nothing jumped out. The pluses? Restaurant was clean, server was pleasant, price was reasonable. The minuses? Food was average, not very hot, service was slow. I've had much better experiences at competitors' restaurants. I'll certainly try this place again, as I hope I just caught them on an off day.

Quality keeps going downhill and no longer worth the price. Ingredient changes to staple menu items over the years so now it tastes below average. Service is hit or miss. Ingredients missing or small quantities. Tonight's delivery missing bread, sparse salad, and the final straw: food contamination. Found a piece of chicken in my garlic mashed potatoes. I don't eat meat so this is a significant issue. Won't be back. Will stick to the locally owned Italian places from now on

We reserved a large dinner for my Aunts 70th birthday. This is our second time here with a large group within a couple of months. They did a little better with attending the group, we had two, and they were only concerned about the larger one. We had a fan in the corner on a chair blowing as we sat at the table sweating. The bread was not fresh and hot. The drinks were melted and warm. They served me a dry partially burned piece of salmon and when I asked for it to be sent back, she said "oh I don't know about that, I will see about that". I just sat there patiently waiting for a response that finally came after everyone had finished their meals and was packing up to leave, "oh, we will get you another piece of salmon". It was brought in a to go container as if to say, here's your food, bye. They always take forever bringing the checks.

Stephanie went above and beyond to be most professional, on top of it server I think I’ve ever had. My standards are high since I served for 7 years and she just blew me away. She was overall pleasant and answered all of our many questions patiently. She made sure my dad's vegetarian meal was correct. We never felt like she was weeded and she brought everything in a timely manner (greet, drinks, apps, salads, entree) and everything was correct. She checked in on us at all the right times and boxed our food up for us. She’s a rockstar! Thank you Stephanie!

I got takeout so I forgot to take a photo. The short ribs were delicious and so tender they were falling off the bone. Likewise, the garlic mashed potatoes, although a bit lumpy, were good and the salad greens were fresh. As usual their salad dressing was on point. My daughter got the lobster ravioli which she said was also delicious.

Erika was great and attentive. Food was good, not great. Chicken parmesan had very little sauce and the garlic mash potatoes were more pepper than garlic. Too much pepper. The Mezzaluna was good. Slightly expensive. I did like the $10 take home option though. What was not acceptable to sitting next to the "crew"booth. A patron booth used by staff to store their personal items, i.e., McDonalds bag and cups, water bottles, purses, etc. One staff person just stood there sipping her McDonalds coffee while on her phone. Credit one staff person removing two McDonald's cups. Not quite the presentation I would expect. Maybe it's a perk to keep workers these days and having their stuff handy. I just think it took away from the experience. Pic shows booth at one point. That said, not sure I would return and just hit up Maggianos.

Absolutely amazing! The food was fabulous, the service was supreme, and the hosts were honorable! I especially liked my host Justin as he ensured the quality of our experience was nothing short of excellent. Tipped heavy and left happy. Would recommend to a friend!!

Food tasted like it was heated up, not good presentation, food came out cold. . Food was still raw in the middle, they forgot some of the food, stuffed chicken wasn’t stuffed. I used to love coming here, but they just seem like they have stopped trying with their food. Won’t be coming back here. Server was never around, left empty cups on our tables, saw servers sitting around taking up tables and just sitting on their phones.

Chips and salsa were fresh. Skirt steak fajitas for two were very tender. Portion size was good for us. Was only disappointed when I asked for hot sauce and all they had was Tabasco. I expected homemade.

Ordered carry out via the website tonight and it was seamless ... we pulled up and they came right out with our food. We paid. We left. Food was delicious - we had the Johnny Rocco salad - the scallops and shrimps were great and the pollo Rosa Maria -thought the chicken was a little over seasoned - but otherwise good. The website makes it hard to view the menu without ordering on a phone - but it was visible on a laptop fine

We visit this Carrabba’s location regularly and are always met with great service and great food! You get complimentary bread with an oil and herb dip. As for appetizers, we love the calamari. From classics like the Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan to their Chicken Bryan, their entrees never disappoint and are always delicious. We even get take out or delivery via DoorDash, and the food has been great then too! We love this location!
