Hated this place. Busy, rooms unbelievably dirty. You have to argue to get soap,shampoo, conditioner... our room didn't even have a garbage can. Our 2 night trip became a 1 night... would have been 0 nights if not been so late. Also cockroaches, phone didn't work ... do NOT recommend this place at all. Best thing is no argument over 2nd night refund

Absolute health hazard. Hallways smelled like urine. Mattress looked like someone was murdered on it because of all the bloodstains they tried to hide! Window had obvious crowbar damage. Other windows were broken out. Roaches under the sink. This place needs to be condemned! Owners said they were “under remodel” 11 months ago according to other reviews. They gave me the same excuse. DO NOT STAY HERE.

As a travel agent I try my best to accommodate my clients needs. I understand remodeling and updating issues. This place is being ran by immature and disrespectful amateurs. I called as my clients were given a room we reserved with NO working lights AND NO furniture in there living room area. When I called to inquire about the situation the gentleman on the phone proceeded to hang up and block my calls. I will be making corporate calls in the morning. BUT BEWARE

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights in April. I have been trying to get my monies fully or even partially refunded through my third party provider with no resolve. This place should be condemned. It is actually filthy. Nothing works in the rooms, the rooms walls were damaged, no head board etc. We had toilet paper stuck in our peep hole cover it. I have never felt more unsafe with the people who are living there on a regular basis as apartments. We tried to change hotels, but there was nothing available for those dates. I want everyone to know to never book this place. It is unsafe, and not sanitary.

The room was terrible: bugs in room, stove dirty, broken towel racks, no toilet paper and card key reader barely worked. Front desk service was efficient but no after-hours staff on duty. (One smoke alarm missing and second was taped over.)

This place has really letting itself go. Used to be so nice and clean but hopefully under the new staff things will get better. There was trash everywhere on the outside of the building and inside the hallways. The rooms were decent inside. I used to live in these so I have high hopes that the new staff will tidy things up futurely

There was BED BUGS in our room. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work so I had nowhere to keep my daughters milk. Cigarette burn holes in all of the sheets. When I called the front desk about the bed bugs she didn’t seem to care and just told me to call back in the morning. I told her I was leaving and would need a refund (we didn’t stay there more than 3 hours). When we called the next morning we were told that we would get our deposit back and a 40% refund until they could prove it was actual bed bugs in the room. I took pictures of the bugs.

Told me and my family sleep in our car!! This hotel is not in a safe location and has jo regulars for anyones safety. I purchased a suite one week before arriving. When I read the notes it said they would be closed at 10pm so if you would be a late arrival to let them know ahead of time. I informed them in my notes and called twice the day of arrival- I explained my flights wouldn’t even arrive until 12midnight so I would. It arrive till around 1 maybe 2 because I had to get my luggage, land, find an Uber. The women I spoke to kept repeating everything I said and explained that it was all taken care of. There would be a security guard and a person that lived on the premises because they understand people come in late from flights all the time. When I arrived at 2am - No one was around and it was extremely overwhelming because it is not in a safe location. I called the on-site security an no answer. I saw this plain white car driving around the hotel- So I approached it (Scary) and it was the security officer, he knew nothing of what I was talking about. He tried calling his boss because no one could get ahold of the owners or help desk. No response- Now it’s closer to 3am and I finally get the security officers boss to call me and he said.. They waited till 12:30 and no body lives on the premises to help you. They told me at 3:23am to come back at 11am to talk to someone and 3pm to check in for the next day. I explained everywhere was booked up.. I had been calling this whole time around Columbia, Camden and Sumter and everything was booked. They said- You have a car and it’s not our problem. I have not heard from anyone to apologize or even make sure I get my money back. I’ve been hung up twice when calling the hotel. Please do not go here.. it’s unsafe and they have no reliable people that work there to actual help you.. Worst Experience Yet. I'm a frequent flyer, however..... 1. Shower Nozel had to repaired to take showers, by me. 2. NO ice bucket upon arrival, had to use a freakin food strainer to procure ice from the lobby ice machine 3. With no ice bucket or freezer ice maker bucket, listen to random ice dropping from the ice maker, to include ice piled up in the freeze bottom 4. Our neighbors didn't observe neighbors consideration, LOUD UNTIL ABOUT 2:30 AM. 5. THE good: Breakfest, and Very Welcoming Staff

Highly disappointed we get to the room and our sink is clogging up back into the dishwasher so the dishwasher starts leaking and it's leaking onto the carpet in the floor and is stunk because water had been sitting in there for a long time. So then they move us to another room oh my God the amount of roaches I seen in this room was so disgusting they were coming out of everywhere when I sprayed that room when I first got there another customer said oh here you might want to use this and it was bug spray that should have been a sign right there and I asked the owner do y'all have roaches and he said no well that was a lie they have a ton of roaches I'm not sure who's living there or not I don't know if it's customers living there if they just the roaches that live there but that place was so dirty and gross water was leaking in the laundry room it was just I would never stay there again it just look like you were going to catch it disease from staying there. Highly disappointed

I have worked in hotel services for 5 plus years. My room is what I call a offline room. The TV is broke, bathroom door has hole on it, the room was supposed to be non smoking but all windows were up and the room smelled of cigarettes, there was a broken lamp in one room and the lights didn't work in the other. There was no shower curtain or comforters on the beds and the pillow had stains on them. The mattress looked like someone found it from the dumpster. I asked for refund was told there were no refunds but hotel does not look anything like pictures. Area is great. I would like a manager to reach out and refund my room. False advertising is worse than being bullied. I have pictures and will be seeking litigation.
