    The cashier was friendly , service was ok, management should do a better job with keeping the place clean. This was probably the filthiest Panera we've visited. Staff including the manager all seem comfortable hiding behind the doors and no one came out to follow up with ANY of the customers, which explains why the place is filthy. A manager went into use the men's room but didnt bother to tidy up the trash or mess in the restroom. This location was not busy. It'll be a surprise if this location is even open another 6 months.

    So update on my last review. The lady still works here and all they did was tell her to do differently next time. They refused to give out names of both the lady manager and GM and continue to be super rude. Sorry I was born Black and Hispanic and y'all don't value us as customers. If y'all had her go through training already then she should of known how to approach people. I was racially and gender profiled. She did nothing to my child's father when he was in the store but when I came in with my child and tiny dog it's a problem??? She asked me a question, i answered, she said ok, i thought that was all but she kept on giving me rude looks and talking to her mother about me in a low tone as if i couldn't hear. The GM informed me that i didn't need to purchase anything to use a charger to get home but yet the lady and her mother ganged up on me with my child to try and run us out of the store because i tried to get my child home due to a broken car. Stuff happens in life and now i know never to come here again. I guess she believes i should of went into Wingstop next door instead of destroying the image of Panera with our presence. She spoke on how i looked for no reason and threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't leave. So much hostility for nothing.

    The cashier was rude and disrespectful towards me and my girlfriend. I did not catch his name but he was bald and wore glasses. Not only was he wearing AirPods and not listening, but when we did not understand him and asked for clarification he said “isn’t that what is just said” very rudely towards my girlfriend. Because of this I gave zero tip and upon seeing this he gave a rude snark. The smoothies weren’t bad, and the atmosphere was fine, but I will not be returning.

    Great food! I'd recommend the pepperoni melt and the strawberry banana smoothie. The atmosphere is cool but needs a slight pick me up to the scenery because it gives me high-school cafeteria vibes but it's doable. The parking is okay for the flow of traffic and the food is great. 👍

    Been here enough times to finally review. Where are general managers, area managers, and corporate? If more authority was present I feel a change may happen. Firstly, active listening even under pressure is a must at customer service. Need to know how to balance. Went through the drive thru, stated my order clearly, at pick up it was again stated clearly, and got my order an item was missing. Its the principle, I had already waited for 20mins for 3 items. Drive thru service is supposed to be quick and efficient. Further, they are not very friendly, made me feel like I was a bother, asking questions. Every single time its something, it can never be perfect. An item missing, im out of this or that, we aren't servicing that right, and then its hurry up and wait. Then the food is smashed, or put together half ***, like Goodness! My last time ever coming to this location.

    I usually love Panera. Didnt get my order right, and never do at this location. Biggest reason I'd never go there, a hair was in my sandwich. Got halfway through and felt it in my teeth. Pulled out this long hair. I threw everything else out, turned my stomach too much.

    The staff did a fantastic job serving us. The food is typical for Panera. This location could use a bit more focus on dining room cleanliness, but overall a great experience! I would go back.
