If I could give this hotel 0 review I would. The lady at the front desk is RUDE. I called to get transferred to a family member at the front desk and she asked me "Why do you keep calling?" I only called one time today. It's crazy that a receptionist would say that. Isn't that your job.

Never even got to book a room. The front desk smells like old rotten STANK. The man at the front was rude and walked off because I rang the bell two times because when I got in, there was no one in the office and the office smelled horrible. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are a crack head with no standards.

Zero star! Never go there! I found multiple bugs in drawers, on the carpet, and eventually bed bugs in the sheets! I asked for a full refund, they refused, and called the police on me!

We rented a room for 2 nights they appeared to be clean but the beds were not changed from the previous guest. There was hair on the sheets when I turned the back.bathroom appeared to have just been wiped down rather than cleaned. Room had not Ben dusted and I found a roach in the fridge door. When I brought this to the attention of the clerk we were Rudely told they dont give refunds so we had no choice but to move to another room in the motel. Die the Dept of health not check this place ? They soon will.

Wasn't allowed to check in until 1PM, door looked like it was beaten in, sewer being worked on, open outlets, stained And scratched up furniture, cracked toilet tank, cloth shower curtain without the lining, unable to drink water there. The front desk person was angry that I had to check out at 9am the next morning. Room smelled highly.of cigarettes and I requested a non smoking room. The only good thing was the bed and pillows

They give you one price on the phone and when you get there be a different price

I can't give this place a rating I know I wouldn't want to be therebut the rooms are $80 a night specially if you don't have a place to stay I guess it will be alright

Roaches all over. The service was horrible, she had attitude and all.

For the price what can you expect. The room was not that bad. It had electric wires hanging from the ceiling, but with caps on the wires. Certain details can be improved from furniture. Bathroom, AC, refrigerator, TV okay. The biggest problem with the room is the smell of cigarette in it. This should be solved by washing the rug and chair fabric which I am sure they haven't washed in a while. As you walk up the stair case to the second floor, their should be a sign identifying the room numbers to the right and the rooms to the left on that floor. You have to walk all around looking for your room.There is a fire extinguisher box without the extinguisher. A guaranteed violation of a fire department code. It would have been great to know when I arrived that there was a soda machine and ice maker underneath the stair case. Saw it the last day of my stay. Spacious parking. Great location, fast access to interstate, main roads, down town Columbia. Minute drive to hospital, stores, fast food, restaurants, supermarkets, 15 minutes to Fort Jackson, you name it, Great price and location. I would stay again in smoke free room.

Roaches everywhere..toilet seat was broken and I request for it to be fixed and they never did so I literally had to tape it down to have somewhere to sit..no clean towels daily or sheets

This place has had a face-lift on the inside. It's a breath of fresh air. I've been here when it was a Budget Inn now it's a higher class hotel. The only thing there missing is a breakfast bar.

You can tell that they must be in the middle of renovations. There was someone else's fake eyelash in our shower, but we needed a quick place to sleep and you definitely get what you pay for

Couch was broken and lopsided, room smelled musty, they said queen beds but it was actually 2 doubles, also they said no smoking but there was an ash tray in the room and it smelled slightly Smokey. Half a roll of toilet paper and no paper towels were given. It was one AM and everything was as booked.

The only reason we stayed here is because we couldn't find any other rooms during Hurricane Matthew. The staff was ok, but they had no sense of urgency even though we were told that our room was ready it took and extra hour! The bathroom was pretty gross, it smelled like mildew. Everything but the the television, and lights were either broken or missing pieces. I wouldn't stay here ever again.

Dirty, saw plastic cups and plates under the dresser Smoke detector started giving a beep every 10 minutes or so. Lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. Bedspreads, blankets and sheets had holes in them.

Her place to get used tires nice friendly employees good customer service I have no complaints

Me a call my children was tired from riding all day til night, got this room and its a ROACH MOTEL for $75, bathroom was dirty, Thank God, I had my own cleaning products, sheets and everything was stain, we had our own covers and we slept on top of it, never again, I will keep driving 🚗
