One of the few places that has kept up it's quality in food and service post pandemic. The staff is friendly as usual and the burgers are tasty like always. I love that no salt is added to your burger unless you specifically ask for it.

If you've been to one Five Guys, you'll see they're all pretty much the same. I had the little cheeseburger with cajun fries. Both were fantastic as usual and had great flavor. All employees wore masks and there's hand sanitizer at the register for customers. This place was clean and an employee was cleaning off tables as customers left. I'd return again.

2nd chance for this location within the past few months. Always go just for the fries and it’s worth the wait for them to cook them to order. . Usually they give you piping hot product, overflowing bag, ample Cajun seasoning. Past 2 times I’ve spent almost $12 for only fries and they hardly filled the cup. They were overcooked, almost burnt withered things, , and had hardly any seasoning. The most recent visit, the order was ready in less than a minute. Not freshly made.. I swear the cook just threw some old regular leftover fries from lunch in my bag and sprinkled a dash cajun over them. They were almost cold, and hard/ again overcooked. One of the food workers from the back rang up my order (no designated cashier), and did so with visibly oily, greasy gloves. Did not remove to handle the money and went to the back afterwards without donning a new pair. The dining floor was visibly dirty as well with large food bits under the tables. Yuck. I work too hard for my money to continue spending here.

It's not cheap and it's not gourmet. It's taste ok but for the price I could eat a burger in a steak house. Looks like there claim to fame is old reviews from newspapers and awards years ago. Time has continued with many new restaurants and places to eat since there last Award in 2018. The fries are greasy and oil soaks into the bag before you walk 15 feet to a table. Best thing about the place is free toppings on your burger. They have a steady flow of customers so I'm obviously not their average customer. Try it for yourself and leave a review of your impressions.

Honestly, this place is heavily overrated. I paid 16 dollars for a tiny cheeseburger and fries with a drink. The food tasted fine, but for 16, I could have had a much better experience. They do give a generous portion of fries, but they weren't cooked long enough and didn't have much flavor. I don't plan on coming back. On the plus side, the service is good. It's a little unorganized, but the staff is beyond friendly.

Waited 25 mins for fries. I like their fries but I'm going to reconsider buying here again.

The burgers are like home made with any topping you like. The freshly cut and cooked potato fries are so good and plenty. The style they serve every thing to you is different as well.

This is a clean quick casual burger joint. Staff was super friendly. Menu was standard Five Guys. Cashier was friendly

The guy managing this place now is awesome. Always pushing employees to work hard and give great customer service. My favorite five guys in Greenville by far. Well done 👍🏻

Every month I get a craving for a good bacon cheeseburger and awesome fries. This is definitely my go to place.

paid $37 for a large fry, a pb milkshake, and two bacon cheeseburgers. after i order and get my food i realize there is no bacon so i went to the counter and was told “we have no more bacon.” my boyfriend was gonna give me his and he literally had three little pieces the size of a quarter. our fries were soggy and had no cajun. and my milkshake had barely any peanut butter. just overall bad experience.

Always give excellent burgers, and will also do a burger bowl or lettuce-wrapped burgers for low carb or allergy diets!

I like 5 guys ! That being said, I rated them a 3 because they forgot my lettuce 🥬 on my BLT....and my 🍟 we're soggy ☹️. I will go back. Everyone makes mistakes 😃

No burger from this place is worth $10.89, let alone a single patty burger. I will go to a steakhouse before I ever think about spending another dollar here.

They would have gotten 5 stars if they had made my burger right the first time but they forgot the bacon. They remade it fresh and it was awesome!

Its 5 Guys, I was not disappointed. We had the small bacon cheeseburger and a small cheeseburger with fries. Our meal was good, more fries than we could eat. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. If you are in the mood for burgers and fries, this is your place!

Love coming here everybody's so friendly the guy with the radish hair has to be one of the friendliest employees you have which all of them are very nice but he speaks to everyone that walks in this restaurant I was really surprised. Burgers were great as usual still overpriced but everything else is. The only complaint is did not get my grilled onions are my mayonnaise on my hamburger boohoo but will definitely be back great place to eat..
