My dog was sick and sure...this place IS for profit. But they are fair on rates and will try to help you if possible(with the bill) they done good with my dogs diagnosis and most likely saved him for now. Heart worms are really no joke. The doc here is nice and done very well with my dog as well as my wait time was very acceptable. But at least hes home and slowly getting better. It's hard when your doggy is sick.

Love bringing my dogs here both for veterinary visits and overnight boarding. Our dog needed Medial Patella Luxation surgery, and Randall cost almost $1000 less than our other vet. The surgeon was extremely knowledgeable and amicable, and my wife and I felt very confident that our dog would get the best treatment. Included with our surgery cost was 8 free visits for post-op cold laser treatments. Our dog Dot has been feeling great since the surgery, and she and I both love visiting the friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My standard got attacked at a local daycare and I called around everywhere in Mooresville to get someone to look at him. Dr. Ellis took us right away. He did everything to make sure our baby was okay. Tucker had 50+ wounds on his leg, neck and head. Dr. Ellis and staff were comforting and checked my baby from head to toe. I am so thankful for Dr. Ellis and staff. Tucker got 5 stitches, powerful antibiotics and pain meds. He also treated Tucker for ear infections and suggested a new food. They were amazing. I am so thankful!

What a great experience! Everyone there was friendly. My 9 year old Golden Retriever hasn't been to a vet since she was a puppy and she loved it. They gave her lots of love. She is now up to date on EVERYTHING. They trimmed her nails and checked all of our concerns thoroughly. I definitely recommend Randall Veterinary Hospital. The price out the door wasn't too bad for everything she had done. They also take care credit so I took advantage of the no interest promotion.

Until yesterday we had a 15-year-old chocolate lab named Luke. We’ve only been in North Carolina a short time and he had been to see Dr. Ellis for some aging issues a couple months ago. The Staff and Dr. Ellis are all very kind and compassionate. Yesterday we had to make the decision to put our baby down. The staff was so kind and Dr. Ellis was amazing. I hope they read this I know that they made a hard day a bit easier. Thank you

My very large and stubborn dog, Sage, recently had surgery here. Dr. Ellis and his team have been nothing short of amazing throughout this process. They have been so helpful with answering my million questions and showing so much patience with Sage. When bringing her in for her suture removal, she physically refused to enter the building. One of the vet techs, Kaitlyn, offered to take care of the removal wherever Sage was comfortable (which ended up being outside). So thankful for this amazing team!

Dr. Ellis and his team are amazing! They are so kind, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and supportive. Our kitty had surgery to remove a tumor on her spleen and she did so well with recovery. She had the post op visit today and Dr. Ellis and his staff just loved on her. I did my homework before selecting a new veterinarian and I’m so glad we found Plaza Animal Hospital!

Front desk staff and vet tech were both awesome and super sweet. The vet listened to our concerns with a smile and her face. Everyone is so great and friendly!

Randall Veterinary Hospital has always been an amazing experience. I love how they list the pets’ names on the welcoming board as you walk in. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate how they try to make the entire experience as stress free as possible for your pet and you. Love it here! Of course I’m partial to Dr. Ellis. He takes time and answers all your questions and never makes you feel rushed. The entire staff is incredible. My little Lucy has auto immune disease of the brain and has to be seen in the parking lot. It’s a lot and a pain but they do it with a smile. Test results are returned quickly along with prescription refills

They were awesome! They took their time with my sweet puppy. They made sure they went over everything with us and made us feel very welcome as new patients here. They explained in detail of what we needed to do, any concerns we had as well. I really appreciated how calm they made my dog and how sweet they were when working with her. Dr. Ellis and Sheena were awesome!

Greasys first visit to the vet was wonderful. They were wonderful with our little kitten and made sure he was super comfortable! Terrific first visit! :)

Awesome as usual. There's a peace of mind with your pets that you leave with here that you don't get by using other vets around as in this place likes your pets as much as you do and it feels less like a transaction happened.

Brought my cat here for an ear issue involving a hematoma. They are taking very good care of her. Everyone is always pleasant when I come! Highly recommend!

Have had nothing but wonderful care and service here. Dr. Ellis is credited with saving one of my fur-babies life after a traumatic injury! Everyone is very caring and loving to all their patients. Highly recommend their service.

Staff was very friendly from the get go. We have a guinea pig and it is actually hard to find a vet who will see them. Receptionist went and checked to see if we could be seen and we were so glad to hear they would see us. Wait was short, and the Dr. explained everything and went thru all options with me. Thank you all for your help and making our first visit to the vet a great experience.

Although I was not present at the visit, my husband had the best experience there! I was so happy and RELIEVED to hear how wonderful the appointment went. Our dog is unfortunately a reactive timid boy who requires additional TLC and because of this, it can be quite difficult finding a suitable vet that can accommodate our special needs, and without judgement. This in turn has caused a great deal of anxiety for us. I can not thank this team enough for the care we received. It has lifted a weight off of our shoulders knowing we have found a phenomenal team that can accommodate our boys needs. We can now relax knowing our Loki has received the care that he was in need of. Thank you Dr. Ellis and thank you to the kind women that helped my husband and our sweet boy during his visit yesterday, from the bottom of our hearts!

Loved Jordan. She was really good with my Pops , she was good at gently nudging me on better ways to get my little picky guy to eat better … since he needs to loose a few pounds . Dr Ellis - I think - might be wrong in his name but we have now seen him a few times and I truly adore him. He does not rush the exam and listens and I can feel his compassion. He really listens to all my concerns and truly is very kind.

They seem very nice and treated my dogs well. I love their hours as it's more flexible to my work schedule. They also offer boarding which we use them for.

The staff is wonderful! Excellent care! We waited a very long time but it was because they took an emergency appointment- which, oddly enough, our son just had to take his Mastiff there last week for an emergency- they were THE ONLY VET that would fit him in! SO, I figure we had to wait longer just like the other patients did for them. So THANKFUL FOR THAT! 4 Very happy brothers on their Birthday!

Randall Vet's has been wonderful to work with. Staff was very kind and loving with our rescue Shepherd. Do recommend and will use their services in the future.

I can't gush enough on how fantastic Randall Vet Hospital is!! We moved our 4 pets (2 dogs, 2 cats) over from another area group and have been beyond thrilled with this beutiful facility, caring & kind staff, and 1st rate, top-notch care! I am so thrilled we discovered this little gem in Mooresville!!

Absolutely the most sincere, reasonably priced and patient vet I've ever experienced. I called on a day their schedule was full. My dog had been chewed up and spit out by another dog a few days prior.. but pain seemed to be getting worse. They told me to bring him in. As a 24 year old just trying to get by, i was terrified this would put me in a financial whole I would never be able to get out of. Him and I were a mess upon arrival and they were so sweet and caring to both of us. This vet IN NO WAY seemed to be the type to take advantage of your pain and use that as an opportunity to rob you blind. It was affordable, quick and kind and they gave me thorough answers. If you are looking for a vet STOP LOOKING and please bring ur fur baby here. I will drive an hour away to bring him here regularly because this place is one of a kind. 💓💞💓
