I booked my stay for 3 nights. When I arrived to checked in the front desk told me the reservation is only for two nights and need to pay extra $50 if I want to stay 3 nights even after showing the receipt of the booking. The room was filthy the blankets dirty and the towels are black. Cops were here all night. Didn’t get any rest. Front desk is not answering my calls. Never going back here again. Do not recommend.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. There was no clean towels in the room. The bathroom door had no door knob and therefore was a massive hole in the door. We had some man knock on the door at 5pm claiming to be housekeeping which was extremely odd. We didn't answer the door and a few minutes later the man came back. We didn't feel safe after this especially since there was no peep hole in the door to see who was knocking. The furniture was old and stained and disgusting. My husband and I didn't even stay through the night and ending up leaving because we didn't feel safe.

Had a reservation to stay multiple nights! Stayed before couple years ago no problem! This time, horrible! Never again! Checked out early because bugs and son bitten up bugs! Place is dirt! With what looks like second hand furniture!

I booked this hotel at the end of the night then headed over. Once there there were two other people waiting as no attendant was there, no one answered the bell, not sure it worked and there was no answer when I called or the other guests called. I had a plane to catch in 5 hours so I had to get another hotel. I called Priceline which I booked through who could also not get through to them but I was not able to get my money back because they put me as a no show which isn't factual. I basically got ripped off and will never recommend this hotel or ever book with them again. Beware people!

Oh God no! Dont stay here this place is horrible! I made a reservation for 3 rooms for my family for 2 days and when i went to check in the guy in the front desk saw us and told us to go check out the rooms before we check in because he said we might not like them. So he gave us 3 key cards to the rooms. Dear God i should of taken pictures, all 3 of the rooms we dirty! The bed sheets, the floors, everything! We were afraid of going inside so we stayed by the door. The owner or whatever he was said he was going to give me a refund, since i booked thru orbitz i had to contact them. So the owner had to reply to the email they sent him in order to get my refund, he never did. I went back 2 times to tell him and he was mad everytime. I had to come back home so i couldn't go and tell him again. I never got my 350 dlls back, this was back in june 2021 and i still haven't received my refund. If you try to call they never answer.

***SCROLL THROUGH ATLEAST 15 PICS TO SEE REALITY*** the price is def what you "may" pay for. saw on one site, that it was as low as $45. needed a place and im cheap, on a friday. there was a festival and everything was ridiculously robbery expensive and the cheap places had no vacancy. called them at noon and said price would ve $51 but couldnt check in until 3. showed up minutes after 3 and was told price went up $15, so ended up paying $67.change. front desk was friendly and entertaining, totally joked around with her. THE ROOMS WERE AWFUL AND A DEATH TRAP! the lights and fan in the wall were exposed, the holes were patched with literally a paper towel sticking out of it. the AC/heat and water were good... if you want to be cheap like me, literally expect nothing because you'll get just above that. bed was comfy but dont want to know the history of each room because its would tell numerous horror stories!

Refrigerator hadn't been cleaned out had spoiled food inside. Toilet stopped up and nasty looking. They did reimburse me my money after I was told no more rooms was available

I stayed in this motel for a grand total of 5 minutes. I made the reservation on booking.com, then went to check in, and was told there was only one room left and it was smoking. I needed somewhere to sleep, so I said I'd try it out. The room smelled shockingly bad, though. The floor was very dirty, the bedspread was full of suspicious stains, there was a giant pile of loose tobacco on the night stand, there were zero toiletries or even tp, the bathtub was visibly dirty, and there were cockroaches scurrying around the bathroom...I've lived out of a car and a tent before - so I'm not high maintenance. But, this was just too disgusting, I couldn't go through with it. I informed the front desk I could not stay there and they said they didn't control the refund - that booking.com did. I contacted booking.com and sent them a video I took documenting the issues, and they said they needed to contact the motel for a refund to be issued. I called again awhile later after receiving nothing, and they said OYO had ignored all their calls and emails regarding the matter and that was all they could do apparently. OYO, you owe me $50 buddy. I will never forget. [PS I know you look at the pictures and think, "oh well that doesn't look bad" - I don't know what kind of filters they have on there but that is not what it looks like at all, it looks like somewhere people die daily of overdoses]

I would give zero stars if I could for the room and hotel itself. Management is a different story and was nice enough to let us stay the night and pay in the morning because we thought we booked it until Thursday morning. That was the only good perk of the hotel. The room was clean-ish when we walked in. However, when we walked in and the TV was just off the wall and barely standing up on the dresser, the wifi barely worked, and there was no microwave, the fridge barely stayed cool, the shower head was missing, a light was hanging down from the wall, and an outlet was stuck out of the wall. We also had a neighbor who would yell randomly at nothing and play music very loudly at 2-3 am. The next day is when I saw all of the issues come out. German roaches were everywhere, my daughter owns an bassinet that is an electronic and we might have to toss that because bugs have followed us from the hotel with our electronics. The last two days I saw bugs in the fridge. It reeked of a musty mold or roach smell. I could not stay in the room during the day due to the bugs. I also woke up with bites that looked like bed bug bites, however I never saw bed bugs in the room itself, so it might have just been mosquito bites. Definitely won't be staying here again. And let's not forget when I tried to take a shower at night, bugs were crawling in and out of the shower. We never got fresh towels from the cleaning lady when we asked. I also told the people at the front that we had bugs everywhere and they acted shocked and said they would send the cleaning lady up, however that never happened. We also saw hookers roaming around the hotel and a lot of guests there are drug addicts. Really disappointing hotel. I don't know how this hotel is still open.

Went there to visit from out of town, this place is a complete disaster, I guess for 65 bucks you can't expect much. My aunt had dirty blankets on the bed disgusting shower curtain. The housekeeper refuse to do anything. They were hanging out at the housekeeper room all night loud. Her toilet was broken hours before anyone actually came to fix it. The refrigerator was so nasty the microwave even worse. they refuse to give her refund after seeing how much of a dump the place was. They don't care at all just give them they 65 bucks and they are satisfied. There is no housekeeping, and the pictures def don't look near, close, resemble the ones they posting online.

Definitely won’t be staying again. While the room was clean and everything was nice, the owner just walked into our room around 10 pm without any notice. The lock had been removed from the door previously, and he did not try to explain himself. The next week I had reserved a room, and he would not let us check in. He said there were no rooms available when we could clearly see half of the rooms were available. He did not offer a refund either. Most definitely will not be staying there again unless it’s under new management.

The office staff was polite. That is THE only good thing I can say about this establishment. The room itself was horrible. It was filthy, with large dead cockroaches littering the floor. The bathroom door was broken, and could be neither opened nor closed. The shower head was at chest level, and the shower stall itself leaked all over the floor. The smoke alarms were pulled off, leaving the wiring exposed. The sheets had large, yellow and brown stains all over them; I was afraid to even sleep on them. The plaster on the ceiling was flaking off. I'm asthmatic, and requested a non-smoking room. The room not only smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, it set off my asthma. To add insult to injury, I was charged twice for a one night stay, and am now disputing the second charge with my bank. Avoid this place at all costs - you would be better off sleeping in the car!
