Wow! This Olive Garden was the best I've ever been to. Every employee I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The ambiance was welcoming, clean, and professional. The food was delicious! The staff even altered the temperature of our little alcove for 12. Eat here, even if it's a long drive. Seriously.

My family of 4 dined here just before Christmas and while they were packed, we were greeted and seated immediately! Our waitress Ashley was attentive and our food was delicious. Breadsticks and soup were fresh and the spinach dip was hot and pita chips golden and tasty. I ordered the Chicken Marsala over angel hair and it was flavorful.

I went here with my friends to try the never-ending pasta promotion, and ended up enjoying the salad and breadsticks a lot more than the actual pasta bowls. Our server Carsyn helped facilitate the experience and was very prompt with checking in on us. Overall, it was a nice experience.

First time there in years. Arrived about 3;45pm on Sunday. My wait time was going to be 30 - 45 min. Therefore, I sat at the bar and my server was John. He was knowledgeable and gracious. I ate the Tour of Italy with bread sticks , a salad, and Pepsi. The meal was tasty and the quick service was greatly appreciated. The restaurant and restroom were clean. TV's available at the bar showing football games.

Tonight I ordered takeout from Olive Garden, expecting a delightful meal as I have enjoyed in the past. Unfortunately, this experience was far from pleasant. To my disbelief, I found a grasshopper (or possibly a locust) nestled within my salad. This was not only unsettling but also raised concerns about the cleanliness and quality control of their kitchen. The rest of the meal was overshadowed by this discovery. While Olive Garden is known for its generous portions and flavorful dishes, this incident has left a lasting negative impression. I hope this is a one-time occurrence and that they will take immediate steps to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. However, for now, I am hesitant to return or recommend this location to others.

Yeah the food was really good, but the professionalism of the waiters was just awesome!

It’s been at least 5 years since I went to an Olive Garden. I went here for lunch with a friend and we both had the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks meal. It was very simple but delicious! Our waitress was very nice too. The Chicken Gnocchi soup was my favorite!

This was one of the our worst experiences ever at Olive Garden. The waitress was fine she did her best being understaffed. We placed our order which is simple: app: shrimp frittata, dinner: unlimited soup and salad with extra dressing well the soup comes out first my spoon was dirty, the second spoon was 30 minutes later and it was also dirty with dried food on them, the salad came next with old brown lettuce, the bread sticks were burnt hard and dry, the app finally comes it was over cooked. Manager came over he said he would fix it. The appetizer came back shrimp cooked perfect but the fried veggies were cold in the middle!! New salad still had brown lettuce finally was able to get a clean spoon after almost an hour wait. When complained to the manager his response was…… well I didn’t cook it I bought it straight to you all!!!! Wow what a response from the manager. Will not return to this location.

Lunch portions are small for the price. I don't think my lasagna was one piece it looked like two small ends. Ronil P the server was nice.

This particular visit was a day that I and two others went to Columbia for the day and decided on lunch here. Good thing we stopped here for lunch because everything went well. The server was absolutely on point and he was busy but managed to check on us and treat us as if he was not busy! Great attitude from eveyone I encountered as well. I have to say the food was good each plate was something different but each of us enjoyed it. I also managed to get dessert and tbh I had to wait to review because I took the dessert home. It was also very good and something I don't usually have. So with all that being said the server was tipped extremely well and I had the experience that everyone strives for when eating out and that is the 5 star dining experience.

On a recent visit my wife and I enjoyed at late lunch. Our server was Rondil, who was one of the best we've ever had.. very attentive and offer suggestions. Our dinners were delicious. Great service encourages repeat visits and Rondil will have us coming back.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was nice and tender, the broccoli was steamed just right, noodles had perfect texture. Our waitress was Natalie and she was very polite and kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything else. Excellent customer service 👏 👌

This visit was special to me . I literally had just gotten discharged from the hospital from a 6 day stay on liquid diet. So this was the first place i came to eat after being on liquids for 6 days. I ordered some type of shrimp and chicken Alfredo add broccoli. The salad they brought out was so delicious. It filled me truthfully. The shrimp was really good not hard fried soft and fresh. The Alfredo was really good and cheesy. The chicken was grilled a lil too hard but overall the meal was delicious. I truly enjoyed this visit. Will definitely return!

Delicious and beautiful presentation of the dishes. Fast and friendly service. I do have to say it needs to be a little bit more clean and not just the bathroom but the actual restaurant it self because I did saw trash on the floor and a fork. That people keep walking around it and nobody wanted to pick up. Someone did eventually. But those are the things that it makes you wonder. That’s why 4 stars.

I really hate to write a bad review, but i have to share my experience. First off, the hostess was rude. When my table was ready, she pointed to my table and told me to seat myself. Then when i asked for menus, with a little attitude, she said that she’ll bring them to me. The waiter was okay, but he seemed bothered a bit. But what bothered me the most, is the fact that I felt like i had food poisoning. My stomach was in shambles. Which was very odd because my daughter and I had the exact same thing and she felt fine. But i was extremely sick after leaving. I usually get my food to go, always get the same thing and I have never experienced being sick to my stomach, so idk why eating in today was any different. Won’t be back, not for dine in nor take out!

Went today around 11:30. Wasn’t too busy and got seated right away. My waiter John was amazing! He was very sweet and he made sure I got my food right away. I want to say that I will be back just because of John. He is a great asset to the establishment. John keep it up!! You made my visit very pleasant and peaceful. Thank you again ❤️❤️

Grilled salmon and broccoli was delicious! Wife's steak did come out overcooked, she asked for medium and it came out beyond well-done. She sent it back and it was perfect the second time, however she did have to wait while everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals, which was kind of a bummer. Later that night, she noticed we had actually been charged for two steaks, but a call to management the next day fixed it. Overall, a good chain-restaurant dining experience; some mistakes were made but were resolved more or less satisfactorily.

I haven't been to Olive garden in sometime, yesterday was a reminder as to why. The wait was not too bad. Once seated, the server greeted us. Those of us who ordered alcoholic beverage had to request water. We also had to request salad & bread sticks. We asked if it was complimentary, as we hadn't been in a while. We assumed the items were not brought to the table because of such. The bread sticks were stale, dry , & almost burnt. The salad was okay. The appetizers: calamari & fried mozzarella. Fried mozzarella (was great)/ calamari(okay). The food arrived, outwardly it appeared decent. As we begin to eat our food, it was obvious everyone had the same thought immediately. The food tasted as if it was literally out of the microwave, dry (even w/sauce), & tasteless. Nonetheless, we tipped & paid accordingly.

First time I've been in an olive garden and did not enjoy the experience. I love Olive garden but this place was a mess. The service was a mess. You give me salad and I have to go and ask for a knife and fork cuz you just walk off and don't come back. I asked you for a straw. You say okay and I never get the straw. I usually eat it the bar when I'm by myself. The bar was a hot mess with plates and things scattered all over it. The service there was not good the breadsticks were dry and taste like they had no garlic butter on them. Won't be going back to that particular Olive garden.

Really disappointed in this establishment seems like restaurants are just as good as the quality of people in the community when you walk in the workers look really nasty in a rude I’m not saying this to be mean I’m just going by experience I understand not every county around South Carolina is the same but there should be a standards absolutely disappointing trashiest place I’ve ever seen McGuire‘s had food particles left over on that really scared me because of corona I am really really disgusted if I get sick and die from corona it is from the food industry that we trust in so much but let’s be frank you Really need to hire people with college degrees it seems like with upstanding qualities instead of bums that didn’t graduate high school I have pictures

Stopped here for dinner. Food was wonderful. We had an appetizer, 2 different soups and 2 different meals. The food was so good, we were stuffed and didn't have room for dessert. Very friendly service, workers were very friendly also. Wish I had taken pictures of the food, it was delicious! I would highly recommend here.

The food here is good, sometimes it is a hot and miss. But when I visited the food was really good and it's My bday 🎂. The only thing the waitress should have told me about the Bourbon shot (xxtra shot) is $7.50.. My bill was much higher than expected. I explained to them that the waitress should have told or asked Me if I still wanted the shot. It's not about the 750, it's about principal. Could have been paying her tip. Other than the every one is friendly and had a good time and meal.

JOHN is the MAN! literally one of the best servers i’ve come across, he made sure all the food was right & that my date and I were very comfortable, even complimented us❤️. John definitely made our night! Food and service was IMMACULATE! P.S. the cheese sticks are the BESTTT!!

I waited 10 minutes before I decided to go to the desk and order my food to good. The bar tender was sitting down the hold time. After I placed my order it took the bar tender another 10 minutes to ask me if I needed to order or if I wanted a drink. I use to come here alot but now I see why I quit. I just got my to go order a finally got a beer from the bar tender. Some of the staff were great. I left the bar to place my order Togo and they were great. I finally got my beer two minutes before I got my food
