The service was spectacular and so were the employees energy. I took a friend here for the first time and he loved the amazing variety of foods and the freshness of it all. He absolutely loved and said he would definitely be returning and is sad he hadn't known about this place sooner. Amazing food and refreshing margaritas. Thank you so much

Food is fine. Ordered a margarita to go. See photos....in comparison, a to go marg from Torchys comes in a 16oz ready to drink cup. Previously these were coming 8oz, but now it's down to 4oz. Not worth it, won't make the same mistake again.

The food is really good and economical in these crazy inflation times. But the customer service is second to none! I went with a friend and the people who work there - particularly the manager - went out of their way to see to our comfort. It made the dining experience that much better. Well done, Wahoo's!

I have been going to Wahoos for 22+ years. They typically hang on to good people, but it appears that they lost the leader that was at this location. The food quality is suffering, the service is sliding and the experience just isn’t the same. It’ll be a while before I go back. Spending over $100 at wahoos to feed my family, disappointing.

This is our go to place for a great casual dinner. I love the Mahi Mahi Banzai bowl and they give very generous portions. The service is top notch and friendly, even when we customize. Phil, is a stand out here. Always friendly and he goes above and beyond to give us great service!! Highly recommend!!!

Definitely check your receipt before paying. The price that rang up was 14% higher than the sign advertised. Food was decent and service was good. I likely would have ordered the same thing at the real price but it feels really dishonest to have a “surprise” price at checkout. I didn’t discover the issue until after I paid. I verified with the cashier that she hadn’t included any up charges. It was just wrong on the sign.

Hard not to compare this with Torchy's which is the same concept and not too far away. While they cost about the same, adn both have pretty good food, the difference here is that Wahoo's gives you more for your money. The tacos are bigger, and while you need 3 at the other place, you really only need two here, unless you're REALLY hungry. This makes the whole value thing work MUCH better. Staff is friendly, and lots of seating inside or out.

Our family was in the mood for tacos so we headed for Torchy’s, but the line was too long, the music was too loud and the place too dark. We got out and headed to Wahoo’s. Best decision ever. I had been to Wahoos in Santa Monica, CA and had fond memories but had not been back for 15 years. Here in Colorado, the experience was recreated perfectly. Let’s start with the chicken taquitos, perfect beginning! Crispy with fresh cream, guacamole and salsa. Let’s continue with my son’s burrito: the carne asada was perfectly seasoned and it filled my growing teen. I had the ceviche tostadas which could have used a bit more protein but since I had devoured the chicken taquitos first, were a good balance. The husband had an assortment of tacos, fish, shrimp and carnitas and he was supposed to share, but didn’t, which speaks about the quality of the food (and maybe about his husband’s quality as well). We paired everything with a classic margarita. They made it faster than my son pouring his lemonade from the fountain, so my hopes were not too high. But the server explained they make it fresh in house with a combination of tequila and rum, and sure enough, it did not disappoint! We proceeded to the salsa bar and tried every single one of them. The chipotle one was extra flavorful, the Maria’s salsa was creamy and sweet, the green one was refreshing and perfect for the fish tacos and the spicy one… let’s say I’ll feel it again tomorrow. Everything was delicious, fresh and home made. We also discovered that on Thursdays, kids 12 and under eat free. So we will be back!

I had a great time here, the staff was so inviting and the food was delicious. The manager (I think her name was Amanda) recommended the steak and potato tacos and the citrus slaw tacos. She was NOT wrong! I had the steak and my friend got the citrus slaw with shrimp. So amazing! We will be coming back!!!

I've been ordering the same thing from Wahoo's for 20+ years. It's consistently tasty and pretty unique to Wahoo's. I like that you can get a beer and the atmosphere is always relaxed. I normally order a smothered, Cajun Bonsai burrito, but last time, I had a Hawaiian onion ring burrito, and it was really good!

They made a table of 4 so happy and the environment put us in a relaxed friendly mood. Our server was this friendly energetic shorter gentleman who checked in on us. Amazing food. All of us ate all our food and even ordered appetizers and ate them also. Great sugary drinks for the kid in you like this pineapple cream soda. Great all around. I’m from fort collins and we went here for a late Christmas dinner. Could not be more happy with them and their care here.

First of all, I love Wahoo's. However, this location needs to up their game. I ordered a meal to go. The person taking my order, as well as the kid who brought it out, was cordial and professional. The thing is...the receipt stapled to the bag was smeared with guacamole, which I failed to notice until AFTER I took it from him (How did I get guacamole on my hands??) Yuck! When I went to the salsa station to get condiments, l found metal cups and remnants of whatever they contained dumped in the bin meant for the plastic cups and lids. I went back to the cashier and asked for them, which she brought out with an apology. When I opened the bag to put in my condiments, I noticed that utensils and napkins were missing. I asked the cashier how I was supposed to eat my meal and she said she had forgotten to ask me if I wanted them. Her fault, she admitted. They don't automatically include them, citing a desire to "Save the Earth." I'm not an environmentalist, but I actively participate in recycling programs, only eat with plastic utensils when I have to, and do what I can to minimize my carbon footprint. However, it is not because I am trying to "save the Earth". The Earth is doing just fine. It is the environment I am trying to preserve for the benefit of the human race. I left the restaurant thinking the staff needed a better manager. But I know the cooks showed up because my food was delicious!

I love this place, specifically because the staff is so welcoming. They easily accommodated a gluten intolerance, and happily remade my order when I discovered the sauce that came on my tacos was unexpectedly spicy. The food is solid, especially at a fast casual price point. They also have a nice little patio area.

The staff was very nice. Our group spilled a drink and they were quick to help. The food was good. We enjoyed the environment.

Wahoos is one of our family go to spots. Food is great and actually has vegetables , so it's possible to eat healthy! Margaritas are delicious, and if you haven't you should try the fries smothered in green sauce.

Saturday 4:30 pm. No other customers. We ordered 2 Fish tacos each and a cheese quesadilla for the dog. Got a number. Sat to wait. Watched a few people come in and pick up online orders. Watched the employees and we assumed the manager having a really fun rip roaring good time. After 40 minutes I had to change my order to "ToGo" because my dog was in car. At 50 min. + they brought our sack of food. The employee verified the order when handing us the bag. Drove home 30 minutes.. Unwrapped our cold $40 fish tacos. All four tacos were chicken. I gave 2 stars because the guy who took our order was really trying to do his job. Go here for cheesy drama from the open kitchen. It would appear they are out of fish tacos.

Love Wahoos! Been craving fish tacos all week and this hit the spot. Mike is the best. Such amazing customer service. I manage a restaurant and if you don’t give this guy a raise I will steal him from you. Just kidding… kind of.

enjoyed various menu items and all were pretty good! we really liked the salsa bar and that they bring your food out to you if you dine in. staff was friendly and gave suggestions as we'd never been here before. also has lots of outdoor seating which we enjoyed since we had nice weather

Is this called street tacos? No taste nothing. I have seen reviews that people post incredibly wrong. Unbelievable if you not know what is the food taste and how it represented and served. People had a very poor taste I clearly saw it there.

We had dinner at Wahoo’s Highlands Ranch last night and I was SO impressed! The kid who took our order was passionate about his job and excited about delivering a high level of service. (He and his parents should be proud! I would hire this guy in a heartbeat!) The food (we split a smothered Bonzai burrito and I appreciated how they double-plated it for us) was delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The manager, Phil, was very welcoming and showed appreciation for our business. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a restaurant since before the pandemic started. If you have also noticed an overall significant drop in service everywhere you go lately, take a break from that mess and go to Wahoo’s Highlands Ranch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
