I’ve
been
coming
to
this
location
for
the
past
two
years
and
half,
and
I
will
not
visit
again
starting
from
today.
Here’s
my
experience.
I’ve
been
waiting
for
a
pickup
order
for
over
20
minutes,
then
I
told
the
lady
who’s
making
coffee
that
people
who
came
after
me
already
got
their
coffee
and
I
haven’t
got
mine.
The
lady
did
not
seem
to
care
at
all.
I
have
to
tell
her
AGAIN
that
I
need
my
coffee,
then
she
started
to
find
my
order
from
the
system.
After
she
found
the
order,
she
still
did
not
start
making
my
coffee.
Now
it
has
been
half
an
hour
since
I
came
into
the
store.
When
I
told
another
lady
I
need
to
speak
to
the
manager,
she
simply
told
me
sometimes
this
happens
and
ignored
my
request
of
seeing
the
manager.
I
have
to
tell
her
again
that
I
NEED
TO
SPEAK
TO
THE
MANAGER.
I
eventually
complained
to
the
store
manager
and
the
coffee
is
on
the
store.
That’s
why
I
gave
a
two
star
instead
of
one
star.
I
understand
that
sometimes
the
pickup
order
might
be
forgotten
when
they
are
quite
busy.
But
if
the
customer
has
let
them
know
and
the
customer
has
been
waiting,
how
can
the
employee
just
ignore
the
request?
In
this
place,
customer
needs
to
reiterate
the
request
otherwise
they
will
just
ignore
you.
The
customer
service
overall
is
terrible.
The
employees
are
seriously
lack
of
basic
work
ethic
and
need
to
be
either
retrained
or
fired.
