    I’ve been coming to this location for the past two years and half, and I will not visit again starting from today. Here’s my experience. I’ve been waiting for a pickup order for over 20 minutes, then I told the lady who’s making coffee that people who came after me already got their coffee and I haven’t got mine. The lady did not seem to care at all. I have to tell her AGAIN that I need my coffee, then she started to find my order from the system. After she found the order, she still did not start making my coffee. Now it has been half an hour since I came into the store. When I told another lady I need to speak to the manager, she simply told me sometimes this happens and ignored my request of seeing the manager. I have to tell her again that I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. I eventually complained to the store manager and the coffee is on the store. That’s why I gave a two star instead of one star. I understand that sometimes the pickup order might be forgotten when they are quite busy. But if the customer has let them know and the customer has been waiting, how can the employee just ignore the request? In this place, customer needs to reiterate the request otherwise they will just ignore you. The customer service overall is terrible. The employees are seriously lack of basic work ethic and need to be either retrained or fired.

    I just don't understand why they can never make my drink right!!! I order my drink with no water and no ice for a reason! My nerves in my senses were damaged as a teen in a car accident, so everything has to be strong for me to taste it! I have ordered this drink the same way for over 5 years now all over the United States but this is the ONLY Location that has a problem with the way I order my drink! I always get the trenta strawberry refresher with no ice and no water! But this location will only fill my cup up half way and STILL PUT WATER IN IT LIKE I WANT NOTICE!!!!! My refresher is so light colored because of all the water they add! I have to pay for a trenta and get the quantity of a grande with water still added! Tell me how that makes sense! But thank you to corporate for always trying to make the situation right and refund me my money that I waste on a drink that is completely useless to me since I can't taste it!!! I have added two photos light colored one that is half way filled up is from this location and the other one is at the location on 280 in Opelika to show you what it's suppose to look like!! This has happened more than 5 times at this location and I will not be returning!!

    The employees are rude and didn’t do my drink right. I have been ordering this drink for over a year and this is by far the worst one I have ever had. I watched the girl make it and she didn’t put a syrups in it which I always make sure I order. This is the absolute worst drink I have ever had. It is bland and doesn’t taste right at all. Worst costumer service at a Starbucks.

    AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were able to help me order and make two drinks in less than 5 minutes. I have traveled all over the U.S. This is the best Starbucks HANDS DOWN!

    one of the worst starbucks that ever existed!!! There are 3 locations near where i live and work. Please do not go to this place to waste your money. go to the one by near tiger town they always mess up your order, take long as time . Employees need to be retrained please dont take an advantage for the location Starbucks HQ should be ashamed of this place I would rather go to krispy kreme next door or circle k for coffee

    Ordered my drink at 7:30 on the mobile app. Got here at 7:50 and it still was not ready. When I asked, they said it would be another 20 minutes before it was ready. The employees need to get some better time management skills, especially for the rush hour in the morning. This was a terrible experience for me and my sister.

    Everytime I come in to pickup a doordash order the employees don't say a word. They will look at me and others that come in but still say nothing. Most of the time I will wait 5-10 mins then finally have to try to get them to help me. There have been a few times an employee hasn't ignored me but for the most part they do. I don't know if they are hoping the customers will just go away or if they would prefer to continue there laughing and joking with other employees on there headsets. Regardless it's very unprofessional. The employees at this location need to go through some customer service classes for sure.

    This Starbucks is my go-to, with most orders made via the app to pick up on my way to work. I always receive great service, but a few days ago something especially good happened that prompted me to make this review. Last week I made a mistake and placed an order for another location. I didn’t realize it until I went to pick up my order and it wasn’t there. The kind barista (wish I got her name!) asked me the details of my order, and the workers quickly made my drink and breakfast so I could still get to work on time without a rumbling stomach. She could have easily said “tough luck”, but she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It was such a kind gesture and it made what could have been a disappointing morning into a great one.

    After coming here almost everyday, ordering the same thing! This morning the young lady tells me that my total was different because I am getting my oat milk steamed. Which I have gotten for the whole year🤔 When telling her she may have hit the wrong button she got very angry and defensive. Not so great experience with my daily coffee spot.

    I Don’t understand WHY I had to sit in the Extra Long drive through line just to get a tall Pikes place! It’s just the regular coffee nothing added! Just a cup of Black coffee! The workers would NOT take my order Inside just drive through only! This is the second time I’ve had to sit in the drive through for them to simply PUT THE COFFEE IN A CUP & hand it to me, the coffee is already prepared! I normally just run in Oder at the counter & they hand it to me at the counter!!!!! I’ll just Stop coming, this drive through line is way to long & slow!😡😤

    Stood inside waiting for our order for 20 minutes(+) : I can understand prioritizing the drive thru(since it is short and poorly designed to block traffic and parking spots for other businesses), but eventually people sitting inside need coffee and stuff too (without having to reorder/remind people about it).

    This place is a pitiful excuse for a Starbucks. They had at least 10 workers(the most i’ve ever seen at a starbucks) yet it took them over 30 minutes to make ONE drink. I asked for an iced shaken espresso with no classic syrup and add sugar cookie syrup. They did not add the sugar cookie syrup and my drink was absolutely disgusting. Even more, the workers were rude and did not bat an eye at any of the in-store orders. Will not be returning and I encourage all of you to do the same. What a horrible world we live in where we have to wait 40 minutes for $7 less-than-mediocre coffee.

    Employees have no idea what’s going on and always a ridiculous wait time esp for door dash orders Editing to add that it’ still hasn’t gotten any better. 30 minute wait on orders. And employees are extra rude. This isn’t an issue at any of the other location, so I’m assuming it’s the managers here

    If I could give negative stars to this location I would. They do not prioritize drink order given in the restaurant. They made 28468262 mobile orders. After waiting 30 minutes I was forced to abandoned my order.
