This is the worst Taco Bell in existence and is frequently out of basic items or any normal Taco Bell item that the employees don't want to make. 11am on a Wednesday, drive through was closed. 7pm on Thursday, dining room closed (doors were unlocked, employees refused to take an order at the counter). This location has MANY systemic problems. I'd love to speak with the owner. I'm quite certain that they know there is problems and are afraid to fix them. This Taco Bell location needs a clean sweep of management and employees. BTW…attached picture is the amount of sauce we received when we said “we don’t need any sauce.” 44 packets…on a 12-pack of tacos order.

Ordered a nacho supreme. Got this instead. It’s a taco shell with lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese? I mean, if you don’t have nachos that’s fine, but don’t take the order, charge me, and then give me this? Like I’m actually impressed at how offensive this was.

Now that Taco Bell has order kiosks, staff won't acknowledge you until you've ordered. I had a coupon that I could only use in person but I couldn't add it to my order. I waited at the counter as several staff members looked at me, walked past me, and wouldn't answer when I said "excuse me".

Never thought I would leave a google review for a fast food place. Much less a Taco Bell. This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life, I have no idea how they're still in business.

Today I came to this taco bell as an out of town guests. Upon pulling up to the drive through I was informed there was no beef. Picking up an order for half the family that wasn't in the car I was waiting to get a new order and wanted to add to my order. I was told I couldn't add at the window which I understand it hols up the line however there was nobody in line. Then all of a sudden they had beef in the 3 minutes it took to get one order.and order the next! Kids playing game and being short is the perfect way to lose business. Get it together!

I dunno, y’all! My burritos were gigantic and pretty good. They got my order right and it was quick. They gave me the sauce I wanted and got me out the door. I’ve been avoiding this store because, coming in, it has 2.8 stars. But now I gave a strong positive experience here. We’ll see if that holds next time. Now let’s discuss the parking lot. Completely bonkers! So poorly designed! I entered from Mayfield, and uh quickly discovered that is NOT an entrance, only an exit. So I jumped a curb and ended up in oncoming traffic. Then, the dumpster juts out into the drive-thru line, so that’s a nuisance. Since you can’t come in from the main road, you have to enter from the side street; and doing so leaves next to zero space for a line to form up. The drive thru line is also extremely narrow; I was worried to hit the curb again when I went around- which, by the way, you have to in order to go east on Mayfield. We’ll see if further visits change this rating. Maybe the parking lot situation deserves to lose a star. But for now I’m full enough to suspend my disbelief.

I’ve never given a review but the night shift sucks particularly one lady with chameleon eyes (ifyyk) and are so rude and only take mobile orders at night. If you hate your job and want to be rude quit. It’s every time I thought maybe she had a couple bad nights but no she’s miserable.

Worst taco bell in the area. Mexican pizza taste weird . Like there shells are old . Second time i orderd and felt this way. Waited 20 mins . Lady was nice but she was overwhelmed and wasnt taking orders.

I recently visited Taco Bell and unfortunately, I have to give it a 2-star review. While the food tasted okay, the experience was greatly marred by the haphazard way the food was thrown into the bag. It was messy and disorganized, with some items even spilling out of their containers. The lack of care in packaging the food made it difficult to eat and caused a lot of frustration. It also made the food seem less appetizing than it should have been. It's disappointing to see such a careless approach to customer service. Overall, while the taste of the food was decent, the messy presentation and lack of attention to detail made for a frustrating experience. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this particular Taco Bell location.

Gave us the wrong sauces, no drink, didn’t grill the burritos. Also the bean burrito was inedible. Dry and pasty.

Very Fast and Excellent customer service. They added lettuce and replaced it and was really nice about it. I said it happens and wasn't angry or mad. They're kids learning. Be friendly if that stuff happens.

I had to update this review, cause maybe a few months ago they had a huge turn around. Maybe new staff or whatever, but now when I show up they are actually open and not out of everything on the menu. Which is super great!! Everyone is now super nice and chill there Before when I showed up, I felt like the staff wanted to spit, and or poison my food for simply being there but nah, this whole reset is great and now they seem to be able to stay open. I hope it stays like that!

Ordered food using the app. Pickup was quick but one of my items wasn't completely wrapped and spilled inside the bag! Of course I didn't see this until several miles away from the restaurant, and didn't feel like driving back to complain. The next morning I saw there was dried Taco meat, cheese, lettuce and onions all over the arm rest area of my car. What a mess! I won't go to the Mayfield Road TB again.

Order was incorrect had to return to the store. Heard them laughing and making bets if my order was “actually wrong. Then proceeded to wait for them to stop laughing and actually re do my order. Was not offered so much as an apology for the inconvenience

Ordered two boxes, ones of the gorditas was just a eyelash crunchy taco, both boxes had the side potatoes missing, one of the gorditas wasn’t wrapped and fell apart in the bag. There isn’t a good fast food place on mayfield road but Taco Bell sure is competing for the worst at both of their locations.

I don’t know why I was waiting a long time I ordered the combo box for $9.49 with a Doritos loco taco I said no lettuce just cheese and meat there’s lettuce on it!! My taco didn’t come with tomatoes as promised!! After I got off the phone with the manager I had to use their kiosk and the woman helped me because their machine was down and then my nachos you forgot the cheese dip are you kidding me?? And someone got me this food and you could not even print out the receipt seriously?? And I had to find out mostly everything was incorrect?? After I got off the phone with the manager Horrible what a rip off!! And I spoke to the manager about the cheese dip missing and then after I got off the phone most of the order was not right!! Horrible customer service!! I am going to try and call customer service to complain!!

Ordered crunchy taco supreme. Shell was so wet it just fell apart. Lettuce was way too wet. Will not be eating here again. What a rip off.

Decided to go into store to order. There was no one to take your order. You had to use the touch screen kiosk to place your order. I can't stand doing that. This is why they only get 3 stars on service. The order was fulfilled promptly and was correct. The food was good for Taco Bell 🔔

While we can agree customers can be rude, tonight was the uno reverse card. We paid for our order via the app, then was notified at the drive thru that the system is down and we couldn't be refunded our order nor given the food for the order. The manager was aggressive and rude without the capacity to handle even the slightest stress or have the critical thinking skills to reach a solution, simply telling us to wait for over a half an hour then becoming enraged when asked if there was any breakthrough. Automation needs to hurry up
