I took my son their for a trim. He has long curly hair so I made sure to specify that when making the appointment and asked if their stylist were a blue to work with that type of hair. They assured me the he would be placed with a stylist that knew how to style his hair. When he got there , he reiterated that he didn’t want any length taken off. The stylist ended up cutting it so short that it no longer had any layers. Several inches were removed in the front and sides and about 6 in the back. I would describe it as a Dora cut. He had spent years growing it out and an amazing stylist at Pleij Salon had put nice layers in it. I don’t know why I trusted this place. I guess it looked nice from the website and said all the right things. I feel so bad for my son. He is devastated by his square dora bob and it will be months before it looks normal again. If you have any hair on your head or even a single curl, I implore you to find someone else to style it because they will chop it so fast you won’t even see it coming. Rest in peace to my sons long gorgeous curls. ✂️✂️✂️💔

I look forward to my regular haircuts, here. Every cut I've got has been on point and everyone is nice as can be. I really have nothing bad to say at all. I'm glad I tried this place out, I'm not planning on leaving any time soon

Got a very horrible haircut. I have never seen this kind of bad service in my whole life. What I told her is completely different than what she cut. The price was very high but the quality of service is very bad. Need my money back.

Google maps says open 10am-5pm on Sundays. Sign on door says the same thing. Call after 10am on a Sunday - no answer. Arrive at 10:50am on a Sunday - door locked, nobody there. Lost my business for good.

Been classic member for 6 months now. Love it. Barber stylists are all very good. Had a manicure in big easy chair, while watching my own TV and enjoying a rye bourbon(complimentary). Scheduled a pedicure for next week.

Beats the heck out of Great Clips. It's a little pricey if all you want is the occasional haircut, but the membership allows me to alternate between a classic cut and basic pedicure one month and a premium cut the next. Staff is very friendly and I never feel uncomfortable here. Highly recommend Kelsey, though all of the barbers are great

Great atmosphere, good prices, and awesome people. Haleigh did a perfect job on my bald fade and she will be the person cutting my hair from now on. Oh, and a free drink every visit with the membership? Yes. Please.

I brought my 16 year old son here to get his hair cut. He was paranoid that they were going to buzz it all off because it has barbershop vibes. Haileigh was amazing and the kid loves his hair. He was also happy that he got to watch the Buckeyes play while getting his hair cut, since he thought he would miss the game.

I’ve been enrolled as an ‘VIP Member’ for about a year now. Excellent quality service, easy booking and payments, great selection of whiskey, fantastic communication and really awesome subscription service! Highly recommend!
