Wait time not long. Staff friendly. Doctor was good. My only con was my doctor that treated me was nice however made me feel like he was so in a rush. I know urgent care can get busy but still take time to listen to patients and give advice to help them with their condition outside of just diagnosing them. Make patients feel like you are concerned and care.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We did not wait long and were seen by a PA almost immediately. She was very sympathetic and quickly dismissed our little one. The best part is we were able to purchase his medicines there and head home! Will definitely use PUC for all of our family.

I was taken care of quickly each time I went which ironically happened to be 2 days in a row. Once for Covid and the following day I rolled my ankle. The staff was courteous and took great care. However, they did not explain things very well such as they were putting the brace on my ankle but didn't show me how to do it so I could remove it and put it on myself. They are so busy there but they just need to take a little bit more time to explain what the patient should do when they leave to go home

I had a very painful Bladder infection. Was seen quickly, interviewed throughly, tested and given antibiotics and prescribed other medications that have made significant improvements to my condition in the first 24 hours. I fully expect as I complete my medication to be cured of this very serious and painful condition. The staff was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and caring. I could not have asked for a better outcome. When choosing an urgent care facility I highly recommend Piedmont Urgent care as your first choice. Sincerely Daniel Hebert

Urgent care Not that I want to go but being that it was Urgent to get medical Attention. From the girl at the front desk ,the Nurses, the Physicians Assistant, What a bunch of professional , nice, courteous and caring people. This is where I will always go. Scheduled an appt for my husband who was having an allergic reaction. The entire staff was very friendly, thorough, and quick. We were in and out in less than an hour. The nurse who helped us was very patient, as my husband is not a fan of needles. Nothing but nice things to say about the whole experience.

Piedmont urgent care is always a pleasant experience. The nurses, doctors and staff are always pleasant, kind and caring. Whenever I’m not feeling well that’s the only place I go too. I highly recommend this urgent care.

This was hands down, the best urgent care experience we have ever had. We ended up being there for almost 3 hours-not their fault. My son was seen for cold/flu symptoms and had some severely impacted ear wax. It took a lot of time and patience to remove it in order to clearly see his eardrums. The ladies who took care of him were professional, patient, kind and caring. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this location.

I have had to visit this urgent care twice in the last five months and both times the staff have been extremely kind and met all of my needs. Thankful to live in a community with such wonderful doctors. Also, Heather Warren is one of the best Physician Assistants I have seen in a long time. She is incredible and did my last screening here at the urgent care.

Book online for a specific time. Was in the examining room with no waiting. Saw FOUR professionals and had my diagnosis, prescriptions, a shot, and lots of handy printouts in less than 20 minutes. Thank you for the awesome, cheerful, skillful service! Also I’m feeling much better just 24 hours later.

Had a great experience today at Piedmont Urgent Care in Newnan. I was feeling dehydrated and felt as if I needed IV fluids. I'm pregnant. They took great care of me. Staff was very friendly at the front desk and the provider listened to me. The nurse starting my IV was wonderful. Thank you!!!

Recently we brought my toddler in for a small laceration to her forehead after a fall. The team was awesome and helpful with her. Then I just had to go in for flu like symptoms and everyone was super nice, attentive and what seems like an eternity since I didn’t feel well, I really was in and out. What really was exceptional was the PA who works there, Michelle. She did 2 follow up calls over the weekend to see how I was doing and her recommendations if things got worse. Exceptional care!
