    I use to love staying here at these apartments, and I miss the old crew Whitney, and Ken and his maintenance crew. It’s not how it use to be anymore when something was wrong in your apartment you call them and they would be here quick. But nowadays this new management team sucks they don’t care if your apartment is falling apart, all they care about is rent and forget the rest. Guess I’ll be leaving when the lease is up 😏

    I decided to update my review. It wasn't fair to post those disgusting pics of the plumbing issues. Anywho my apologies Estates on Main. Now leasing Management is awesome, the one bedrooms are large and worth the $$$ . Balconies are an awesome size and my building is quite just the way I like it. You have to decide where to live by researching, so do your due diligence.

    Estates on Main is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here almost two years and I absolutely love it. The maintenance team and leasing agents are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. They take pride in making sure that you have a great experience each time you interact with them. Maintenance requests are always addressed within 24 hours and the leasing team has called to follow up and make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. The floor plan is very spacious and worth the amount that I pay in rent. The complex is very quiet and clean (people can litter, but it is usually picked up fairly quickly). I would definitely recommend giving Estates on Main a try if you are looking for a new home!

    I’ve lived here going on 5yrs. Estates on main has become like family. Let’s start with the most important part. The living quarters are spacious to be an apartment. I personally have one of the largest units. Luckily they have different sized units to fit all family sizes and needs. I have an updated kitchen, new carpet, the kitchen is immaculate with new counter tops, and marvelous cabinets. The units have amazing walk out patios, and a full basement with washer and dryer hookups. The staff do their jobs, anything I’ve asked for they have accommodated: such as prompt service requests, security monitoring, emergency maintenance, events for the community, a park that’s always clean, and a pool that is open every summer. We have thoroughly enjoyed living at estates on main. We will continue to make this reasonable and friendly community our home 🏡 Can’t forget the most important part no critters, clean neighbors=happy neighbors

    The new owners of the property sucks. We are now being charged $10 to use your debit card to pay rent. Thats not fair and I refuse to give you my account information to pay rent.

    First, Savannah who works in the office is very condescending. Not a nice individual. Lacks customer service skills. Second, I've been waiting for months for reasonable accommodation for trash pickup as I'm disabled. My Dr. even sent in a disability reasonable accommodation statement. Still no help. Dumpsters are extremally far from buildings. Since trash pickup is a private company, they refuse to help the handicapped. Think it's time to call the Health Department, show my trash collection, and have my apartment inspected. One good thing, maintenance is very nice.

    The office staff has been professional and works with their residents to make living in their complex pleasurable. Any concerns I've had have been addressed timely. When I moved in, the process was seamless, and I felt welcomed! My apartment has been nicely renovated and I love being at home because of how chic it looks. I feel safe and my neighbors are great. There are plenty of complex/community engagement opportunities for residents.

    I’d avoid this place if you can. When I first got there I believe there was different management but things got done and I had no problems the first year in my “newly renovated apartment”. Once I started having problems things just kept getting worse. My bathroom sinks clogged so they took apart my kitchen in order to fix it. Covered my fridge but didn’t cover the white couch they were working over and a pipe leaked over the arm of the couch. Didn’t say anything until I saw it and asked if someone was going to fix it. The then told me to use renters insurance instead of cleaning it themselves. It was my first couch and I only had it a year at that point. Water tank went out not long after that. My cabinets were a mess after they left and during all of that, I had a mouse. No matter how many maintence request and phones calls i made, nothing ever really got taken care of. They were short staffed and I understood that but destroying property and never having solutions became a big issue my last few months.

    I feel so sorry for the families that moved to Estates on Main in anticipation of having a pool. For Management to have the nerve and audacity to send everyone a notice stating that the pool will not be opening and you will not be compensated for it. That is disgusting and reprehensible. As I stated. I don't use the pool. I feel for the families. But my unit overlooks the pool and now I have to look at that cess pool. At least have enough integrity and professionalism to cover and close the pool properly.

    Estates of main has Been wonderful. My very first apartment i love it and they made My move very easy. My apartment was Clean and ready to go on my move in date with a nice move in gift.Any maintenance request i have always get acknowledge or completed Within 24hrs. I work with Amanda i have a number where i can directly reach her which is very convenient and important to me. Any questions i have she is always there to answer quickly. I also love how they keep up with the property on the outside no trash and grass stay cut. Office and maintenance team is very sweet and nice to work with. So glad I chose to move here !

    Estates on Main started wrong on day one. First day I came to move in they were not done fixing my apartment. The maintenance was just wheeling my oven in the door. Down hill since then. Holes in ceiling. Water leaking everywhere. Dishwasher stay backing up. Maintenance take forever to come out. One time they closed my request without even completing it. Its old and ran down. The pics they show your are not up to date don't fall for it!
