I can’t explain how amazing this company is. They saved my life and I’ll be forever grateful. Darcy Tellep is my counselor and really understands and listens to what you have to say with giving great advice and feedback. HIGHLY recommend going here!!!!

I'm currently a patient here and receive IOP treatment. It really helps me with my recovery and the counselors are really caring and dig deep to find source of why we do what we do. I love coming here would recommend anyone who needs treatment to get an assessment and give yourself a chance at a better life. What's the worse that can happen?

This place has a high turn over with their staff. I have yet to find that going here is helpful. They built a wall inside the reception area that looks stupid, and the receptionist was not very professional. She could not answer my questions, and she wore sweatpants, like she was going to take a jog. They did get rid of the creepy music, some time ago, but it just keeps getting passed onto and into other areas of the community. (and in lorain) This is not my kind of place to help find support. They need a psychiatrist.

The courts only use this agency and they don't care if someone has issues they don't care and they don't deserve my tax money to continue !! These people do nor care they definitely don't listen and why is thete only one hateful woman that the recovery court uses I'm sure there are plenty of other counselors out there that would genuinely care about people and there feelings this place is a joke had 2 kids go thru this hole

I have been attending Psych n Psych on and off over the years and have been to multiple facilities for treatment and counseling. Nothing compares to how well I have been taken care of at Psych n Psych. I have Darci Tellep as my councilor and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be able to be where I’m at today. She has helped me work through my troubled dark past, overcome my addictions, and continues to improve my mental health. I have achieved gainful employment, long term sobriety, improved family relationships, and a positive healthy lifestyle, and reached new levels of confidence and appreciation of life due to my sessions with Darci. Her attention to detail, deep understanding of substance abuse disorder and mental health, along with great passion and exceptional care to her clients/patients makes her the quintessential councilor/therapist for anyone in need of help. I highly recommend going to Psych n Psych, and requesting Darci Tellep as your councilor.

I have been coming to Psych & Psych for a few years having Suzann as my counselor. I was seeing her at a different mental health provider and chose to follow her when she came to Psych & Psych. The reason I chose to follow is she is very understanding, always has great suggestions, is very positive and just a ray of sunshine in my life. I value our sessions. I am very glad that she was placed in my life many years ago.

I absolutely love this place everyone in the entire staff makes me feel comfortable coming and all of them do an amazing job listening and doing things to actually help patients i feel its not all about the money with them its a feeling of genuine care for the patients wellbeing and ability to do better in life shout out to all of them for their amazing work

Mandy and Jason have been irreplaceable in my recovery. I enjoy my time with them.i look forward these encounters, 'tis truely an honor to have met them. I making great strides, not only here but my personal life as well.
