This was my first visit. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Made me feel welcome. Then Holly came for me. Very professional. Explained everything she was doing. I told her I was very nervous. She just chatted with me the whole time and I relaxed. Cleaned my teeth gently. The doctor came in and gave me through exam. I get nervous going to the dentist and starting with someone new even made me more so. I left happy and already have my next appointment booked with Holly. Thank you.

Super kind and sweet people. They have evening hours which is essential for me since I work during the week. In a world where most dentists offices are open 9am -10am 3 days a week it's nice to find an old school dentist with good hours. They're always booked up and busy, but if they get a cancellation will get you in faster. Bill and Doug are super good at what they do, they've both been in my mouth several times the past few months and have been fantastic. I have more confidence in their 'assistants' than I do most other doctors, they are fabulous. I feel guilty calling them assistants because they are so much MORE than that, maybe could call them 'dental partners'. Thanks guys, I hate going to the dentist, but you make it easier to do.

The office was clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. Jan was amazing with my cleaning and made me feel comfortable which is unusual for me during cleanings. The Dr. was nice and listened to my concerns and they didn’t try to upscale me for anything! I’ll definitely be returning and thanks for your great customer service!

I have been going here since I was a kid, so about 25 years on and off. I moved to Cincinnati for 8 years and stopped coming due to the drive. I had horrible experiences elsewhere (in Cincy) and developed high anxiety on dentist visits so I just stopped going. I moved back home and thought I would try this office again after sending my wife and kiddo, who had great experiences. Since I never had anxiety about this office growing up, I built up the courage to came back. They were very gentle with me and talked me through the entire cleaning. They watched my stress cues and took mini breaks on my behalf, which I truly appreciated. It was a great experience and I feel much better about going to the dentist again, and will definitely be back for regular cleanings. I highly recommend!!

I've been going to Dr. Gioiello's office since I was little, and my parents since they were teens. We love it there and they always do a good job. My teeth are clean and healthy and everyone there is respectful and gentle about dental care. I've never once had my gums bleed or had a horror story to tell after going there (unlike some of my friends). I'll always recommend them when someone asks for a dentist to go to, they are all just truly good at their jobs.

I like many others hated to go to the dentist. Had mad experiences with many dentist since I was a child but I have to say I don't mind coming here. Since my husband & I been coming to Wm. Gioiello's which has been over 30 years, we are always treated with kindness. I don't mind coming to him because too he does his very, very best to make sure even shots are not very painful. I would always recommended him & the people who work for him are respectful & kind.

I recently decided I needed a change in dentistry for my daughter and myself since we previously went to separate dentist offices. And because I dislike the dentist, I waited until the absolute last possible moment to make the call. Fully expecting them to be booked for the next decade, especially for new patients. Not only did they find an appointment for my daughter in 3 days, but they put me on a waiting list (My appointment was scheduled for 6-months out), at my daughter's appointment they told me there was an opening in 4 days. Kind of a blessing and a curse but a good thing they could get me in. They were incredibly sweet and patient with my child, which as a mother, is very important to me. My daughter was nervous about going to a new dentist but by the end she was totally comfortable. I'm very thankful for their effort to make sure my little one had a good experience.

Super thorough and professional. I have trusted the Gioiello’s for nearly 20 years. Never has there been an issue. Bill is fantastic and Doug is following in his footsteps! Bill fixed a broken front tooth for me over 15 years ago and it still looks as good as the day he did it. One could not ask for better dentists. Highly recommended.
