I arrived about 45 minutes after opening on a Wednesday and there was one person ahead of me. Check-in was quick and easy, and staff were all super friendly. I waited maybe 2 minutes to be called back. Very good experience, definitely recommend.

Upon My Arrival, I Signed In Electronically. Though There Were No Other Customers; I Didn’t Like The Device Because Personal Info Could Be Viewed By Anyone In The Waiting Room Area. My Wait Was Only About 5 Minutes. The Phlebotomist Was Very Professional With A Pleasant, Warm Attitude.The Young Lady Proceeded With Giving Me A Pain-Free Stick. I Was Very Pleased Overall With My Experience. THANK YOU!

I went to the compunet clinical lab off of 201 in Huber heights oh. The girl I had draw my blood was fabulous. She was so patient and kind and very professional and soft spoken and well mannered.I wish I remembered her name. But yes. They were all great!!

Outstanding experience. Easy check in. Pleasant staff. I am used to having blood drawn but I still get a little anxious. The phlebotomist was very pleasant, efficient, and patient which made the visit great!

I went to get blood work done for my pregnancy. I’m not sure what her name was but she took me back, had an amazing personality, and treated me like a human. She made the whole experience so much better for me. I truly appreciate her. 10/10 would recommend getting poked here.

Coming to this location has always been an easy and quick process. Despite your encounters only being 5-10 minutes tops; the ladies here always introduce themselves, try to make conversation, and at least make you feel welcome.

Today must have been an off day for the staff at the Huber location. The front staff was complaining with the window open “ I hate doctors”. If you are unhappy bout doctors not putting orders in or the way they print the orders sent with the patient at least close your window when complaining. The girl that drew my labs was so rude. Never gave me her name. Gave important info ie: I’m a hard stick. I said oh I forgot to ask for so and so because I know they can get my labs. This girl flipped the band off my arm said well I can just get her. I said no it’s fine you can try to get my labs. It wasn’t til I was walking out the door that’s I was asked to verify my name DOB. I have never been treated so rudely at this location.
