I would be rating them one star if it were not for their customer service. I have had to send my LeVian ring to be repaired multiple times within the last six months. I have been without it since bringing it in because the repair shop they use has been returning it with poor workmanship. FINALLY the last associate I spoke to when picking it up AGAIN and having to send it back AGAIN actually sent it to the LeVian repair shop instead of the repair shop across the street at Jared. (That's right. They "send it off" to the Jared in Newnan for repairs.) I have yet to get my ring back. I have yet to be able to get through to them on the phone. Every time it comes back (which has been multiple times within the last six months) I have had to physically go into the shop to see if it has come back. I never receive an email or a phone call, even though they continue to assure me that they will email or call me. Now, I will say, when I am AT the store, most of the associates (excluding the one who tried to tell me the rhodium on my LeVian ring was "antiquing", whatever that is. I'm still a little upset about the gaslighting, but I digress) I've worked with are absolutely amazing. They're very sweet, care about my concerns, and try to make my experience better every time. I appreciate and love them. My only wish was that my ring was sent in to the LeVian shop before this entire fiasco. I've been dealing with shoddy workmanship from Jared for years now. (Hello, broken shank on a resized ring only months after I got it back.) If management had shown these lovely (and I truly mean lovely. No sarcasm here.) associates how to send in a LeVian ring to the LEVIAN REPAIR SHOP, there would have been no problem. Other than that, I really don't like to do business with this store. If you are getting a non-specialty piece of jewelry, there's no worry. But I would not purchase LeVian from here. p.s. I still have yet to receive my LeVian certificate. It had been four years of me asking for it every time I go in, which has been far too many times without making a purchase.

Rhonda was super friendly and helpful. This is the friendliest Kay we have ever visited. When time for next inspection we will definitely drive the extra miles to see them !

Jennifer was great. She was patient and took excellent care of me and my husband. We got a good deal and she even called to let me know an item I had been looking at was on sale. Great service. Would recommend!

We went in to see what we could do for my husbands ring that broke. Ms. Rhonda assisted us with a replacement as well as sending mine off. She was such a pleasure to work with. Very patient and a wonderful personality. We definitely recommend her and Newnans Kay to anyone who needs to make a stop.

Jennifer was so helpful and patient with me! I kept changing my mind and she was more than willing to let me look at every option for my wedding band! My fiancé also bought my engagement ring with her too! She’s been a wonderful part of our wedding journey!

Ronda is an absolute gem at the jewelry store! 😊 her warm and welcoming nature, combined with her incredible expertise, always has me coming back to the store at Ashley Park. She was able to fix my vintage watch to fit my wrist meanwhile other stores and other people couldn't! and I am more than grateful for her knowledge. Without a doubt she's awesome when interacting and always has answers to your questions, Ronda's customer service is top notch and you can tell she's been mastering her craft for ages!

We walked into the store hoping to find the perfect wedding ring for my fiancé. After trying many different rings we finally found the one but to our disappointment his size was not available anywhere. However, Avery told us to give her a couple of days to see if she could find it in other stores. As she promised, she delivered. She truly went above and beyond with her costumer service and patience with us. We highly recommend Newnan Kay jewelers. It was a true delight to have been assisted by Avery and the other ladies in the staff.
