I often go there and the staff are super friendly, efficient and so helpful. I'm sure the constant stream of customers can get overwhelming at times, but they handle everything and everyone with grace.

i'm in and out with 0 issues. the staff is fairly friendly, i quite like them. the only one i've maybe had an eh encounter with is the disgruntled bald man. i get it though, i've witnessed unruly customers and exasperated behavior. i'd be a bit on edge too. in fact, i have been that employee before so i don't fault him.
