Kay Jewelers in Arbor Place Mall has given me a wonderful experience. They are willing and ready to serve you the best way possible to fit your needs. This is based off of my own personal experience. All the Staff Members in this store have been very kind and professional, yearning to give the customers a great experience. This is also my thoughts after visiting the store 3 times. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for the right Jewelry for anyone else or yourself.

Chris and Kate were working there when we arrived and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in us choosing a wedding band. We absolutely loved them and left the store extremely happy and confident in our purchase.

Beth is the best!!! Hands down. Period. She put me at ease and let me take my time. She wasn't your typical sales person, she is honest and down to earth! Both me and my husband got our rings from her & we couldn't be happier. BTW... get the warranty. You'll thank me later. I lost my center stone. I would have lost my mind if I had to pay to replace it, but it is covered. Not all stones are covered, but diamonds are which is why we went with a diamond instead of a morganite.

This was my first time seriously shopping for a ring and it was absolutely amazing ! Everything i could’ve expected and more ! I went inside the store very nervous, on edge and to be honest a little stressed ! But i was treated like family, with love, care and support. They were so friendly and made me comfortable from the moment i sat down to the moment we said our goodbyes ! They were honest and very helpful. I didn’t have my bestfriend by my side to help me but they helped in the same ways she would’ve ! They gave their honest opinions and i needed that support. It was done in a timely manner and with great energy and great vibes ! I definitely recommend coming here ! They also accommodated me and my needs to assure i walked out the store with a purchase and a purchase i desired ! This experience was everything to me! Job well done !

Good afternoon, going into Kay Jewelers, last month, I bought my wife’s wedding band, however, as I bought it, and my wife was with me, the band was a size too big. However, as we were sitting down, Mrs. Beth informed us that since the wedding band will be under the engagement ring that we won’t have to get it sized. However, we mentioned that we should get it sized, but she insisted that we would be ok because it was under the engagement ring. I bought a lifetime warranty to go along with band. And trusting what she said we left the store. Last week my wife and I were out at the arcade, and playing a game, my wife noticed that her wedding ring and band had flew off!! Spending 30 minutes searching we couldn’t find the wedding band, but we did find the ring. We went into the store to see what we could do, so that we may be able to get that replaced, but they informed us that there’s nothing they could do, but get us one reordered. Without discount … the discount was hoped for because it wasn’t our fault that we trusted the specialist with telling us that we don’t need to get it sized, because we expected that she knew what she was talking about! Even The young lady that helped us yesterday informed us that the engagement ring is even the wrong size, so we had to get that resized too… I wish something differently took place!

On 11/26/21 my husband and I came into the store just to get my ring cleaned. We had been talking about getting me an upgrade bc our 10 yr wedding anniversary was coming up in February. Dayle who promptly greeted us as we came in the store showed us some rings that they had black Friday deals on. I fell in love with 2 rings and couldn't make up my mind. We left to take a stroll for me to think about what ring I wanted more. We then returned and because Dayle was with another customer Beth was more than happy to help us and let me tell you that this wonderful woman jumped through hoops to get it to where we could purchase the ring i wanted! BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD! Thank you Dayle and Beth for your impeccable service!!

Went to Kay’s on 10/15/21 to get my rings resized. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and waited on. Employees were very helpful in making sure I selected the best size. On 10/22/21 I was informed my rings were ready for pickup which was before the estimated finish date. Very pleased with my rings and service provided by this location.

Beth is the best!! She takes her time and talked about every option with us when we were on a budget and showed me exactly what I was looking for in my very picky style. So thankful for her! She made the process so comforting. Thank you Beth!
