I was looking into a doctor who was refereed to me by my network. The first person who answered the phone was not sure of some of the questions that I had but she quickly and politely found the answer and even offered other information. The second time I called the person whom answered the phone was rude her tone was also rude. Not on the phone with her more than 10 seconds and she says we are not excepting new patients at this time. I I formed her that the lady I had spoken with not even ten minutes ago said otherwise her rebuttal I don't think that is true let me check places me back on hold and when she does get back on the line she says with an attitude what is your name. Her customer service skills are terrible. Wish I could have gotten her name

I went to Doctor Oxner. This doctor was the only reason I was at this practice. Dr. Oxner has decided to leave the practice and the individuals in the office have become so rude to her patients. They refused to send me a medical records transfer form, when my mother went in to get a form it took them 20 minutes to place 3 checkmarks on the form and then they stated that we would be lucky if it got sent out before the end of July if at all. I am glad Dr. Oxner is leaving and I am glad to be leaving with her.

I was a patient at this establishment for several years. Pam Sutherly genuinely cared about the patients. The others are about the money. Nurse practitioner Danielle diagnosed me as prediabetic. I never received a follow up appointment from my doctor, Dr. Morman or Danielle. After waiting on hold for over an hour (nobody answers, patients are automatically placed on hold), I requested to speak with Dr. Morman's superior. The receptionist said Dr. Morman's boss was working from home. I waited a week and never heard anything from Denise, Morman, or his boss. My question is as follows: If your nurse practitioner diagnoses a patient as prediabetic, shouldn't the doctor schedule a follow up with the patient to discuss the prevention of diabetes??? Or at the least, have the office manager give me a call and not blatantly ignore my concerns. If you want low grade patient care, this is the place to go. Like me, you will end up in the e.r. before they ever return your phone calls. Worthless is a nice way to describe this so called establishment.

I've been trying to get a consult placed since October. The clerks keep giving messages to the lady that does consults... I have tried to speak to her directly because it still hasn't gotten done. I waited on hold for 17 minutes earlier this week and still nobody picked up. Called twice today and waited on hold for about 10 minutes each time. I cannot believe how hard it is to get ahold of someone... doesn't matter what time of day. Do I need to mail a letter to get an appointment, consult or message to my provider?

Dr. Morman has been my Dr. For 10 years. You couldn't ask for a more caring attentive Dr. He takes the time to listen to me and is very thorough and caring in every step taken toward my care... You couldn't ask for a better friendlier staff. I would never trust my care to anyone else! Thanks Doc for being the best!

I made an appointment for my yearly checkup and lab work. My appointment was at 3:15 and I arrived on time. Apparently their lab closes at 3:45 and I couldn’t get the blood draw. They gave me two other locations to get the blood draw done. I arrived at the first place before they closed, but no one was there. I went to the second location and the hours the doctor’s office gave were incorrect and they were already closed. The entire purpose of the appointment was a checkup and lab work, they scheduled me at a time when their lab was closed, and then sent me around town with incorrect lab hours.

Went to have lab work done today 6/28/23 but no lab tech to be found waited 40 min. Office manager did not know that they didn’t show up said made call to find out what happened said would be black to let us no and that didn’t happen either

I just experienced service with Heidi Blanton, Nurse Practitioner and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. She seems reluctant to provide care based on the current patients needs. Currently have COVID and am having some pretty bad symptoms however when I asked about COVID specific treatment I was just flat told no, that I don’t qualify. Which doesn’t make sense when looking at the CDC website. The government website mentions that I am in fact eligible. This NP refuses to actually speak with me regarding my concerns as whenever I request a call back, I receive a call from an LPN or receptionist. Really saddened by this experience. I only hope she doesn’t discriminate against other people. Not only do I believe she lacks the care needed to be a NP, I have a hunch that she holds prejudice against people that either do not look like her or that do not believe the same. So to anyone, please take my advice, STAY AWAY.
