If I could give them a 0 I would. Healthcare at the Cleveland Clinic is a complete joke. I injured my elbow so I called to make an appointment with my primary care physician. They said sure, 11 weeks from now! So I called orthopedics. They said sure, 3 weeks from now. I said "That won't do". So they said go to the walkin sports medicine clinic in Garfield Heights. I asked if it was certain that they would see me today. They said "Absolutely!". I arrived at the sports medicine walking clinic at 4:15 PM, 15 minutes after they opened. When I got to the front desk I was told to go home because the clinic was "not seeing any more patients today"! Three whole people were in front of me. What a joke. There is no point having the best doct6ors in the world if you can never see them! I'll get my healthcare someplace else in the future.

Don't waste your time,staff is just hanging out passing time.Got here at 930,two people walking out,no one in the waiting room.30 minutes later they send me back for x-rays even though I told them I already had them done the day before.I get back in radiology and the tech needed to finish her personal call before she did my X-rays.There was no one in there so why it took 30 minutes was so the tech could finish her call.Back out to waiting room for 10 minutes then back to see a doctor who told me they wouldn't do a MRI on my knee even though she and I know there's a tear at the least in my MCL.She said they would have to get insurance approval before they would do the MRI.Gave me some high powered Aleve,no brace even though she said I needed one.Go to the VA,100% better care,these people care nothing about the patients,only about hanging out and charging people for things you don't need.SAD

What happened to world class care. Or even care at all. The Cleveland Clinic has become second rate throughout all of their care. They advertise all over how great their care is and this Ortho clinic says nowhere it's closed until you drive 30min to see this sign on the door. They should save some of their marketing budget to pay their staff and to retain staff since no one wants to work for them anymore. Too bad zero isn't a rating.

I went to the Avon location and had the absolute most disappointing experience. They gave me a coupon to go to a shoe doctor and told me there is nothing they can do to help me other than Gel inserts yet they want me to follow up in 2 weeks?. I asked how long the healing process would be, he laughed at me and said it is up to me and never gave me an answer... He said I am old I will have to deal with it and I am only 41.

Went on a Saturday morning and the place is full with sad injured high school athletes. Staff is super friendly. Send you for X-ray to start then see doctor. Doctor spent a lot of time with us. Afterwards, physical therapist talked to us. Scheduled us a follow up appointment right away. Having an actual ortho urgent care is just amazing. Our visit handled everything and without it would have been significant delay and in getting a diagnosis and treatment

Not listed anywhere online but went 10/17/23 and reportedly all ortho clinics are closed for the rest of the year for an unknown reason

So I'm gonna write a review on the correct sports clinic this one is the best the second time here and the best treatment. I live out of the way and drive here
