You'll be pressed hard to find a better made-to-order burger that rivals the taste and quality of Five Guys. The fries are served hot and crispy straight from the fryer and you get what you pay for, an overflowing bucket of fries. The burger is juicy and bursting with flavor. They need to hire more people or at least be better staffed for the evening I've been waiting for food for almost an hour.... and I'm not the only one. I'm pretty sure I would get my food faster at a sit down restaurant. I love five guys and their food but not sure if I'll come back to this location if it takes over an hour to get your food. Still waiting....

Stopped in for a quick take out, but I had to leave a review because of the friendly staff. I was immediately welcomed when I walked through the door, and helped with my order quickly. The GM of the store even stopped by to to hi. The fries were perfect, btw!

This restaurant is in my neighborhood. The employees are always extremely friendly and patient. The burgers and fries are delicious. Thank you Alfred, Nathan and Zachary!

I went to this Five Guys during lunch. I placed my order online. I get there and I had to wait for fries which I normally expect. I work in between 2 different locations but opted to drive to this one which from my job is a hassle to get to anyway. I get my food items drive back to work only to realize the team forgot my patty on my sandwich and gave me a medium fry instead of 2 small fries that I paid for. I tried calling the location and no one answered the phone so at this point I was aggravated as is. I threw the sandwich back in the bag and I thought about letting it go but I paid $28.46 for my order with a coworker. I then drive back another 2 miles to let the staff know... I showed the staff member my sandwich and I didn't get a " I am sorry about that" or any type of acknowledgement that they basically messed up my order and it was their fault!! I then waited another 15 minutes for my order to be remade. At this point I am cutting into work time. me thinking I would get compensated somehow maybe a refund or a free drink or something... I got nothing not even an apology. So, I wasted gas driving to this location twice and I also wasted my time. I will just opt to go to the Sawmill location at this point.

Sadly service has gone so downhill. Down, down, down. We ordered on the app and went to pick up our food tonight. We let them know we were there and began waiting and waiting and waiting. Our burgers were done and sitting and sitting and sitting. We let the person working know we saw them and that we knew they were done and he told us that we should not worry because it was a heating table. We didn’t want to stay and wait any longer and we wanted fresh burgers. Not burgers sitting on a heating table. What rude and unresponsive service for very very expensive… and cold hamburgers!!🤢. One burger was missing cheese and another burger was only 1/2 there. It looks like it broke and they just put it on the bun anyway. Shake Shake on Sawmill Road, just a few miles away, is a much better option.

The cleanest Five guys I’ve ever been to. Just shining all around! And staff are very nice!

Well- I’ve been here many times and to me this place is just meh. This time was just not even meh. Granted when we called they gave us a complimentary meal-but does it really make up for the inconvenience? I do not eat raw hamburger and I hope that they will use a temperature guide from now on -or cut the burger to check that it’s done.

Started a Daddy Daughter day at Five Guys for lunch. The food was perfection! The service was even better!! 10 out 10.

The food is always good and fresh. The staff is always kind. I like that the burgers are cooked to order also. I don't like the metal chairs but that is a personal thing.

Best $20 fast-food burger and fries out there, especially the fries when they are HOT, unbeatable! Arrive hungry, you will get FED!

It's a good burger 🍔 with good fries 🍟. Seems really expensive though. I know food and labor prices have gone up but I typically spend the same at a full service restaurant and get waited on. If the price point was lower it would be 5 stars.
