The best Sandwich shop in the town. Always love the Vibes of Potbelly shops, this joint is great too with abundant of light and Vibe. Staff is always friendly and prepares the best subs for you. Milk Shakes are good too and are underated, not sure why, but I like them. Love to Visit again and again.

Went here for the very first time and was not disappointed at all! I did an online order and since this was my first time I was not aware of how the pick-up was. The gentleman working were very nice and respectful and showed me exactly where to pick up my food (by the door) 😂 the food was absolutely delicious and the sub looked just how it did online. my food was still hot on my 15 minute drive home! the resturant was very clean! and they helped me right away! the gentleman at the front counter was even talking to my toddler! it was very sweet! 10/10 recommend!

Firstly, the sandwiches are delicious. Secondly, the staff here is always super friendly and go out of their way to make us feel welcome. They nearly always ask us if they can take out trays when we're finished.

Very friendly staff, great food at a decent price, neat atmosphere. We got a chicken club, a chicken salad sandwich and one of each of the cookies. Everything was great. We’ll definitely be back!

My daughter had a really good sandwich. My husband and I had the same thing which was a gyro. I swear the meat on it was bad! I got sick within 20 minutes of eating mine and he did and hour later. The meat looked and smelled weird, not sure if it was good. The bread it was on was hard as a rock as well. Don’t order the Gyros front this place.

This location is always clean as a whistle and the food is reliable with a few vegetarian options. The daytime manager (I think) is a super nice guy. And they have Zapp's chips which are quantitatively the best.

WOW!! Fantastic service! Catering to 500+ people is no easy feat, but Justin and his team at the Dublin Potbelly hit it out of the park! Our company also serves people so I understand the headache that comes with customer satisfaction and a quality product so I was pleased that Potbelly was able to do both of those things for myself and my colleagues. Justin in particular was SO easy to work with and was willing to come in and deliver to our 3rd shift which is not something many restaurants are willing to do. The restaurant business and my own company has seen some trying times with COVID, so we were glad to support Dublin Potbelly and for us to have their food during Lab Week 2022! Thank you Justin/Dublin Potbelly we will do gladly do business in the future!

Always a great experience at this potbelly’s. The employees are kind and friendly and the food is delicious. Special shout out to Kaylyn who is always cheerful and a pleasure!

Friendly people The hot peppers are actually have heat instead of sour pickle peppers you get anywhere else, which is fantastic in my opinion.

I ordered the wreck sandwich and it was excellent. Restaurant was super clean. I would recommend and will definitely go back.

The bread is what makes the sandwich. Best sub shop in town. A must try.

both sandwiches ordered did not come with any specifications. one sandwich was ordered with no mushrooms and came with. this was extremely disappointing as i am allergic and at that point had to throw out my entire sandwich. have had poor service multiple times now, need to step it up. employees with airpods, having attitude for no reason when asking questions and this…not sure if i would recommend coming here!

An hour and a half later still waiting for delivery. Called and was told it’s not in them cause they have a partnership with door dash. So I’m out $40. Horrible. I’ll be doing a chargeback if I’m not refunded.

Okay, this is a 4th time ordering via DoorDash, my order has been missing items and/or received someone else’s order. Today I got a salad with half the portion of a full order, lettuce wilted and brown & missing extra$ items. Step it up Potbelly-Dublin!

This place has spoiled me. I no longer want to go to any other sub-sandwich shop. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is great, the staff is smiling and attentive to your needs. The place is very clean. The pricing is affordable and fair. If i could give them 6 stars I would. I can't say enough good things about the place. Absolutely bravo!!
