Very poor customer service. The girl at the counter has an attitude. And the managers attitude is worse. Don't know why anyone would want to do business there. The machine I dropped off was there for warranty work. No I didn't buy the machine there but it shouldn't matter. You are a dealer and should treat all customers the same. Found out the machine just had the string and the head coiled up wrong it was an easy fix took less than 5 minutes. And they wouldn't even look at the machine when I dropped it off for a 5-minute fix they tell me it's going to be 3 to 4 weeks. Will never stop in there again

We took our push mower to them in June to have warranty work done as the Smart Drive stopped working. We were initially told 10 days, however, after many calls to them (no calls to us) we kept being told the parts were on back order and there was no expected time frame of retrieval. Fast forward 5 weeks, we get a call that our mower is fixed and we can pick it up. 5 WEEKS LATER! I pick up the mower, nobody in the office except a nice, young girl, so thankfully she was kind enough to help me lift it into my car. No paperwork for me as this was a warranty repair, not even a list of what was done or no signature required that I picked it up, nothing. I get the mower home, husband unloaded it from the car, starts it up and the Smart Drive STILL did not work. We called and they were closed (it was after hours), so I emailed them asking what they did on the mower because it was just as bad as it was when we brought it in. I was told the parts that were replaced and that it was working fine in their shop. I was asked by the owner if we messed with it after we left the shop. I am shocked that it conveniently worked there but not 20 minutes later when I got it home. There is so much play in the cable that they replaced and the Smart Drive handle has no spring in it anymore, so it doesn't pop back into position, it literally flops around. We did NOT take it in this way. We called the warranty company and explained all of this to them, and they advised us to go elsewhere. Very displeased with the service, lack of communication from their end and the fact that after 5 weeks, the mower still doesn't work properly.

Fantastic service! They even did a pick up and drop off for a small additional fee. They fixed our lawn tractor very quickly and had it back the next day! We will be going to them from here on out with all our mower repairs, could not be happier with them.

I cannot speak on the service as a whole, but Ryan Adkins was at the counter when I walked in and addressed the issues with my mower. He came out and looked at something that had been busted for over a year, took it apart, and put it back together and got me running and back on my way. 10/10 for the honesty and for helping me. This sort of thing speaks volumes to me. Very appreciated and will seek this place again for any issues in the future.

Very prompt and friendly. Contacted in the morning and they got back with me 15 minutes later. Picked my mower up that day and had it back that same week. Fair price kept their word and honest.

Technician broke away from his lunch to talk to me about issue I had with my weedwacker. He walked me right thru what the manual and Craftsman support did not tell me ( or in part which was printed incorrectly). When I was done he made sure I test ran it myself. Everything worked well. I thanked him but he would not take any money. I will go back.
