Great experience shopping here recently. Store associate was knowledgeable but not pushy. I quickly transitioned from being hesitant to go inside to glad I did after walking inside. The prices were somewhat higher than what I had expected, but the quality of their products appears to be significantly better than the junk you can order from Amazon. The product I chose was checked for proper operation before I purchased it and they made sure that I knew how to clean it properly and which lubricants were best for my selection. I would feel comfortable returning to shop here and may even bring my timid wife with me the next time. Overall, a pleasant and professionally-handled shopping experience for me.

I'll start this with the lady who helped me was lovely. Super nice. Easy to talk to. Now the store policy is obscured. I wanted to buy some shoes. Though you aren't aloud to try them on due to "liability". I bought them any way thinking I can return them if they don't fit. $101 and some change. They're too big. So I called and asked about exchanging for a size smaller and there's nothing they can do. I would understand if it was a toy or lingerie... but shoes. Again the woman who helped me was so nice. It wasn't her fault it was the company policy.

Store is woman owned. It's very warm and inviting unlike other shops I've been to. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The store setup reminds me of a bookstore, in a sense. Ladies, definitely go here. Nobody bothers you and it doesn't feel creepy or embarrassing.

I'm a very nervous and shy person, but within a few minutes of entering the store felt very welcome and comfortable. Deneise was patient with me and was very professional. She made sure that I did not feel strange. The selection was good, and the prices were about what you would pay on Amazon.
