Happy with the staff, disappointed with the food. The restaurant was only half full, and the appetizer came out about 10 minutes after ordering, but the food came out 45 minutes after ordering, and it clearly was sitting because my wife's sweet potato fries were both overcooked and cold, and my tortilla bowl day so long it was soggy and they simply put it into another bowl (as the picture shows). The wings were the best part, and they salvaged a 2 star rating to a 3 star rating

Out of 4 supposedly different types of wings, only one set had any sauce on it. The rest were as plain as could be. Fries were pretty good. Not a very big cocktail menu.

HANNAH was our server. She was more concerned with her friends at the table behind us. She continually would bring them drinks and sit with them. They came in after us and got their food before us. She was very inattentive and never asked about refills. We waited over an hour for 2 orders of 10 wings and 3 chicken tenders. She brought the check and advised the manager gave us a discount due to the long wait. When we looked at the receipt it was a military discount for 10%. Well... Fun fact my husband is a veteran and never knew that was even offered. There were A LOT of servers working very hard and running around. We were in town for a baseball tournament and I made sure to warn all 14 families not to visit this restaurant due to the service we recieved. I understand staffing is an issue, but the other serves were not sitting with their friends and continually bringing them drinks from the bar. The food was okay. Nothing special and my food was warm not hot.

Some people don't understand that this is a local bar that has local band that plays trying to get a start. I do! Band wasn't loud at all, they were actually great! Food was awesome! Service was awesome! If you are staying at one of the hotels in the vicinity, this is a great place to have a great night!!! Walking distance!

It was my first time at Wild Wing Cafe and we had a terrible waitress. She was very rude. First, she got half the beers wrong that our table ordered. Then, we ordered our food and it took about 30-45 minutes to come out. When she brought it out, she didn't know who had which platter. It was loud in there and she was not talking loud enough for us to hear which platter she was trying to give. We tried our best to yell to the other side of our table but she got very mad at us because we couldn't hear her. She got half the platters wrong and had to be taken back. The manager didn't seem to help the situation. She told one of the girls at our table that that was what she ordered but it wasn't at all what she had ordered. She argued with her about it before taking it back. The ones who didn't get the right food had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get their right food. She was very rude and snappy at us. Then, she was re-writing our checks down.. yes re-writing because i guess the first ones she wrote she couldn't read. Which would make sense because I'm assuming the cooks couldn't understand her handwriting and that's why they made us different things than we ordered. She asked my boyfriend if he had 2 or 3 beers and he said 2 and she didn't believe him. I reassured her that he had 2 beers. That's ridiculous because she should have been keeping up with the amount of beers he had, and if she doesn't believe us then that's on her. Also, half the restaurant was empty so not sure why it took so long for everything to come out. Horrible service and the waitress was very snappy. Won't be coming back.

The New Home of the Auburn Basketball Club. We meet every game day to watch our # 1 ranked tigers. This Club is for everyone who loves Auburn Basketball but can’t ever seem to get a ticket. We actually have more fun. Cold Beer, Great Food and making new Friends. Check Auburn’s Schedule for Game times. BTW we love this place! Everyone was there to have a good time and good food and we got it. Staff was great!

It was good. The atmosphere was fun. I wasn't prepared for it to be as loud as it was for a Wednesday evening at 6pm but they had live music. The food was good. The service was great.

It's a good place to splurge on a meal. Good service and nice scenery. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays together here and left full and happy. Our waitress was a sweetheart and funny too. We've ate here quite a few times and never had an issue.

We enjoy Wild Wing Cafe; however, I would use caution if ordering the $15.99 (doesn't include drinks) wing bar. It seemed like a wise purchase with two teenage boys in tow; however, the bar was consistently short of wings and fries for our entire visit. There was plenty of salad. When I asked the manager, Yolanda, about this, she stated it takes at least seven minutes to cook the wings and when a table of workers come in, they can run out of wings quickly. While that is plausible, it wasn't the case for our visit. There was never more than one person at a time at the bar and that's because there was never enough food out. I recommend ordering from the menu instead.

This was my second time eating at Wild Wings Cafe. I loved it. I love the atmosphere and I love how the waitress waited on us. She was so polite and she had a good attitude. I would like to say thank you too her. We were there for my niece birthday on August 18th that night. I would recommend Wild Wings Cafe to others.

I was a traveling visitor to this location, and had never been before. The food, and our service, were excellent. We were handled adequately and our food arrived in a timely manner. I even respect our waitress, who didn't even want to interrupt our meal and conversation. I think the only real downsides to the experience were the prices, and the live music. The prices are a little high, yet this location is in a college town, so it can be expected. The atmosphere was lacking just a little, though. It may have been better at the bar, though I admit we sat at a table. The live music was...in my opinion a bit stale, but I've never been much for live music. Karaoke might have been better to me on a Friday night, however I admit a certain ignorance to the specific schedules of this location. Overall, I certainly recommend this place. Take yourself. Take your friends. Take your enemies; we all need a time to sit, eat excellent food, and talk.

We had a great night at a friend's surprise birthday party. Our server was fantastic. Flavored mojitos were so good! Watermelon was great, but blueberry may have been better!My hubs got wings, and I had a salad. Both were delicious! Fantastic atmosphere for a competitive restaurant market. Convenient to the interstate, easy to find, clean restrooms, spacious, efficient service, and live entertainment. We will come again when we are in this area!

For a new restaurant to the area it's been a good open and their menu goes beyond just wings. There has been love music every Friday we've been there and we eat early. If you are not a wings eater there are still plenty of things on the menu that are very good like their hamburgers and the Philly. The wings are standard wings, and I didn't care for the two sauces i chose but other wing eaters have liked them. The prices are a little high. There are a ton of TV's with every sport you could want shown all over the restaurant.

First time going to Wild Wing Cafe location Opelika, AL, entered the premises around 5:30p with loud country music playing. Once seated, another person in our party mentioned that they should take the volume down a notch. Although the performer sounded somewhat professional, he had the volume up too high for the cafe because of the building acoustics. Otherwise the cafe environment was nice with several HDTVS stationed throughout hosting different sporting events. The cafe was half full when we arrived and the server came right up and took our drink order. The wait time for our food to be served seemed longer than other restaurants. The wings were delicious. Definitely recommend trying out all wing flavors.
