    I could write a novel about the experience with getting the product I ordered from this business, but I will keep it short. First off, it took weeks to get the knife! Second, it broke in a week!! Customer service was on par with staying in contact and doing their best to resolve this problem. Third, replacement took almost two months to finally get. And to top it off, replacement broke out of the box!!!! To summarize, long shipping time, good customer service, bad cheap product.

    Company doesn't send updates except initial sales receipt and delivery isn't fast (2weeks for me). However I did get exactly what we ordered and am happy with the purchase.

    My grandson and me drove an hour to the store only to find out it is not a store. I did try to call several times and no answer. My grandson is only 8 years old and was wanting to find a katana at the store and he was very upset to see there is no store trying to explain this to an 8 year old my day went really well ugh.

    We ordered a multi-colored butterfly knife. Although it wasn't in-stock and we didn't receive it until a week after Christmas, they did send me messages to let me know that would happen and to let me know when it was back in-stock, and then when it was sent. The knife was even prettier in person, and my daughter is really happy with it. The selection is so large, that the wait was worth it. Also, they did reply within a day or so to my emails.

    I ordered a sword back in May and here I am in July still waiting. Last month I emailed to inquiry about my order. Got a response from the owner apologizing for the delay. He told me they were having issues with their ordering system and that they are having issues with their supplier. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I understand things like that happen and Im trying to be a reasonable person. But here we are almost 2 months later so I sent them another email asking either for a refund or something that is similar that they have in stock. Most people would just want a refund but I am offering to take something similar or at this point just email me back and let me know something. I hate leaving a negative review. It really looks like this company had a good reputation in the past but this is not how you should do your customers. Hopefully they get it together. I wish they would at least have the decency to email me back. Starting to feel like I just got robbed. 😞

    I'm not one to leave a negative review like this, but back in July I ordered two butterfly knives. About 2 weeks later they arrived. One had a cracked handle and another had a deep scrape on the blade. I sent them back and they were received by the company on August 16th. I've yet to receive a refund, and the one person I did talk to on the phone said she had to check with the warehouse on my order, but she would send me an email update. I still haven't gotten an update or a refund.

    This business is not customer centric at all. You all state 7-10 days to complete an order. It is day 10 and my order is still outstanding! I paid you all, and my order is still sitting. Please send me what i paid for or refund my money.

    ***Updated 11/8/2021*** I received an email from Mark-stating that the refund has been authorized and when I checked my account I had received a refund from them. Original review-My son picked out a knife that I purchased for him in 8/21/21 I received an email confirming my order but nothing else. After watching my son check the mail everyday for his knife to find nothing I emailed their customer service asking for an update on 9/7/21. I still had not received any communication by 9/10/21 so I sent another email asking to cancel my order and for a full refund. That same day I got an email with an excuse as to why I had received my order but was told a refund would be issued within a couple of days. Still today on 10/30/21 I have not received a refund. I will update this review if and when I get a refund. Buyers beware if you choose to purchase from Swords, Knives, and Daggers

    ***UPDATE: item was NOT received by Christmas. They took too long to respond to even let me know what was going on so couldn’t order from anywhere else in time either. Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. Communication stunk. If we would’ve gotten the communication we asked for after our first email we would’ve known it wouldn’t be here on time and would’ve ordered it from somewhere else to have in time for Christmas.*** My wife ordered an item from here and received order confirmation email on the 28th of November. Site says 7-10 business days to ship. We STILL haven’t received shipping notification and it’s been 3 weeks. My wife ordered as a Christmas gift and had no reason to think it wouldn’t get here on time even with a few days grace period for covid shipping delays and she’s obviously worried at this point. She emailed twice about it, got a response and was told she would receive an update the following morning and she didn’t get any update. Not impressed and will really be not impressed if this doesn’t arrive in time for Christmas.
