I am so sad by my multiple recent visits. The employees are extremely rude and short with customers. They made me feel like they were inconvenienced by me ordering food. I ordered three meals, one of them being the burnt kids grilled cheese that is pictured. I wish management was more attentive to the decrease in customer service and quality.

While the menu looks great and (very) occasionally an order is correct they find a way to screw up most of the time. They are consistently inconsistent. The kids working there act like you owe them a debt of gratitude for taking and making an order (deepest apologies for keeping your doors open and you having a job) and the management is completely disengaged and oblivious to the going ons. When they opened they were great but at this point it is garbage with a side of bad service.

I’m sorry Be Fit Cafe but noooo. I ordered the $10 Avocado Salad plus added Chicken in the drive through. I started driving away and opened up the salad and there was no avocado on it... and I looked and looked but nada. Just some pale lettuce, pale tomato slices and that kind of chicken you get in the frozen bag and it’s all grizzly and also a pale-ish pink gray color. So I called them and explained there was no avocado. Came back and they gave me the tinnniest lil cup of avocado chunks - like probably amounts to 1/8th of an avocado. Why did I spend $10 and 20 minutes in drive through for thissss?

Rung up my order wrong but when I got to the window it was corrected. Teenage boy slammed the drive through window closed after giving me the food. I was given wrong order. After notifying them they corrected the order. The hummus sandwich was good but it was missing ingredients. I do not care for the black bean quinoa salad. Will only be returning to use up the rest of the money on my gift card.

It's hard to sympathize with these businesses post-pandemic when they aren't really even trying anymore. This location doesn't open their dining room, or even let you walk-in to pickup your order so if you make an website/app order you still have to go through the drive thru and wait for the rest of the customers in-queue to pickup your order which is just a bad experience. That could have been forgiven if they had prepared my order correctly. It's just a lot of mediocrity for drive-through lunch that was $50 with tip (yeah, I tipped and did 100% of the work myself - what a fool!).

My daughter loves this place for the pizza and I have always enjoyed buffalo wrap In my wrap there was huge piece of black plastic and tomato which I asked for no tomatoes Tried to call back after I got home and no answer! The black piece is the plastic which could have broke a tooth

Employees seem annoyed when we tried ordering through the drive through. My wife tried going back two times after our initial experience. The 2nd time the employee scolded my wife for not pulling up the the appropriate windows and the 3rd time one of the employees parked their car in the drive through window lane, blocking anyone from coming in, and this was at 8:45 when they open at 7. If you enjoy attitude, 3/4 filled smoothies, horrible customer service, then this place is for you

I don’t know why all these Karen’s are so upset. I doordash here frequently and have been beyond pleased with my experience. The food is always super solid and it not being that calorically sense makes it worth it for me. Sounds like some of you would be better off at McDonald’s.

The only good thing here is the pizza and the smoothies, the wraps are absolutely horrible quality. The ham taste like kaka.

For my birthday they gave me a free medium smoothie! I highly recommend the Mango Berry Smoothie!

Several years ago, I had BeFit café several times and it was delicious. Now, their dining room is closed and, despite a flashing sign that says open, no one is working the drive-through. If you pull into the parking lot, you will waste your time and leave hungry.

My first time getting take out and I will never go back. My buckeye cheer breakfast wrap looked nothing like the photo, the proportion of filling to tortilla was laughable, it was missing spinach, barely had any red peppers or avocado, and the ingredients didn't look fresh. It came with a side of fruit in a container that was inflated with air meaning it was probably expired so I didn't eat that. And my smoothie tasted like chapstick and I didn't finish it. I ordered online and tipped before hand wishing I didn't.

They were out of certain foods. The southwest salad said it came with a citric vinegarette, but I could’ve sworn it was some fat free Italian from a bottle. The avocados are definitely not fresh. Very disappointed the two times I have come here.

Love this place - like a hidden gem! The Buckeye Smoothie is my go too but everything in their menu is so good and good for you. The egg wrap is one of my favorite breakfast wraps!

Why does the sign say open if no one is working the drive thru? You lost 4 customers just today. Just close of you cant staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff here are absolutely disgustingly rude. I’m a dasher and I come through here ALOT and they have never been nice nor respectful. When you pull up to the window, they act like the customer is an annoyance. They need a serious upgrade with their employees because I try and decline every order I get for this location just based of the customer interaction. If they are that rude to a Dasher where they’re only job is to hand them the food, I can’t imagine how they treat the customers that they have to actually take their order the food and pay for the food. It’s disgusting.

I have had 2 absolutely horrendous experiences here. Most recently was that I placed an order online at 8:15 for pickup when the restaurant closes at 9 (according to the sign on the door and online). I arrive and 2 young boys placed a cone in the drive through and locked the doors and ignored me. I pull back up my order and see they cancelled it because they clearly wanted to close 40 minutes early. my other experience, I ordered their pizza that comes with basil pesto (which I had ordered before). They ran out of pesto that day and just went to Kroger and bought jars of it. That pesto contained tree nuts, which I’m allergic too and I had a sever allergic reaction that night. When I called to complain I wasn’t even offered a refund on my order. I used to come all the time but I’m never coming back here.

The salads were very good. I had the chicken salad and my husband had the Thai salad. Both were delicious and large portions.
