On the nicest day of the new year this was just what I needed and precisely what I was looking for! A nice drink at an outdoor patio. The beer was perfect, or maybe the day was perfect and the beer helped. Food was fast and service excellent, even though they hadn't started wait service outside officially, the waitress/bartender stepped up. Had a Caesar salad and my partner had the Philly cheese w/fries. Thanks Keystone! You hit the spot!

Great food, perfect place to go after a movie. Had a very hard-working waitress making the rounds to cover everyone out on the patio and inside at the bar. Sure as hell hope her wages are higher than mine! Looking forward to coming back next time we head this way for a movie. :)

I have been here a few times, every time has been ok. It’s just close by and we were hungry and wanted a drink. First off when the server came up she asked what we wanted my husband was like we would like food, he wasn’t very loud but he was talking louder so she could here him over the tv’s. She was like I am right here you don’t have to yell, that was weird to me and not very nice. Then I ordered the five boneless wings with buffalo. I got popcorn chicken with a bit of buffalo sauce. They were 9 dollars I was not impressed with the sloppy plating and small portion. I told her I would just send them back I am good. She was like you can just keep them I will take them off rudely she seemed upset I was disappointed. She could have just said oh no problem. Anyway I spoke to the manager and said she could be nicer and gave him my wings. We left shortly after that I won’t be back.

We ordered the tacos on a quiet Monday afternoon. Sorry my picture doesn't do it justice but we ate 2 tacos before I remembered to take a picture. They were delicious. The 3 bean salad was oddly different but you can't stop eating it. I would go back for sure!

Drinks are good, but don't have too many, so you can tell when you've been overcharged. I added a person's drink that I was talking to, and he later paid cash for one of mine before we decided to leave, yet my bill reflected all of mine and the one for him, and didn't catch it until it went through on my cc days later, once the tip was added on, which I had been generous with based on the amount of drinks I thought I was paying for. So, open ye old eyes, get out your glasses, whatever. I don't regret going, but won't become a regular.

Had a few minutes to spare before our movie was playing. Decided to stop in for a drink. Outside patio was nice, didn't try any food but service wasn't great. Server wasn't very attentive, we probably had time for another drink but ended up having to go inside to even pay for the bill.

I write this post Covid with social distancing still being a factor. Keystone is not a place for you if you are under the age of 35. It’s got a very specific demographic of older regulars and while it has a patio there’s usually a LOT of cigarette smoke. The food is mediocre at best I got one of their “favorites “ the barnyard burger when last there and Have never had a more burned burger before in Ohio. It was charred beyond recognition and I couldn’t even finish it.

Beer was good. Food was fried and incredibly salty. Service was soso. The live music and Golden Tee is the reason I gave it a third star.

Great atmosphere. Waitress was lovely. Bathroom was clean. The food is good. The prices for some meals were very fair for what you get.But I thought the price of my salad was very high for what I got. And unfortunately the chicken was very dry. Other than that.. great place to hang out. I really like the outdoor patio.

First visit very disappointed. After ordering a drink, tried to order food and was told kitchen closed early tonight. Beautiful night on the patio was ruined with customers smoking tobacco cigarettes. Ulk! I do not recommend this restaurant.

The convenient location just outside of the movie theater is nice. You can grab a drink and some dinner before catching a flick. Food is your common, mediocre "bar food". Staff was very nice.

Absolutely one of the worst bars I've gone to. Never had a problem until today. Charged me over $50 for 3 drinks. I asked for a manager and he offered to take it off my bill after already being charged. I paid $16.50 per drink- in the smallest glass ever. Told me there were double In each drink when they definitely were not. Do not go to this bar unless you want to be ripped off on your drinks. Check our O'nellys instead!

Great atmosphere and the service was excellent despite what's transpired the past 2 years. My 1st time being out since the pandemic started and I really enjoyed myself. Kudos to the staff!

Don’t order the egg rolls. 2 for $12 ? Tiny egg rolls. Asked about the portion size and got attitude. Like he was tired of hearing about it. Ruben was sub par. Very dry. Nice atmosphere for drinks. Just not a fan of the food.

I really liked this place. The staff was great! You can tell they really like working there and like each other. It really shows. They were also so attentive to all the customers and their needs. I highly recommend this place if you need a place to go to unwind. This place has so much to offer. Pool, Keno, games, outside patio with a fire pit music and so much more! They offer so many different beers on tap too! You need to check this place out!!

Great local spot and cozy neighborhood atmosphere for food & drinks. I didn’t realize they have live music so I look forward to that and the warm weather so we can sit on the patio. Great specials and service. I love the tacos. Everything we ordered was tasty! Very welcoming and friendly! Ten thumbs up from this table. All five of us give Keystone Pub 5 stars!

Tried this spot for the first time tonight and had a great time. We actually just stopped in for food and we’re not disappointed! I ordered the calzone and it was huge ! Very very good. My boyfriend ordered the chicken wrap and hand cut fries. He said his was amazing too. We will definitely be back. They seem to have great drink specials too

A beautiful pub in the heart of Polaris with a great outdoor patio and a great selection of craft beers on tap. Service is notably friendly and attentive.

Sitting over 10 mins. None of the employees notice or made eye contact with me. Guess I’m not the type of person they serve here. Don’t be fooled by location certain ppl aren’t welcomed in Ohio.

Drinks are top notch.

My friends and I visited Saturday night and sat outside. We had a very poor experience with the waitress. I asked for a Black Russian and she said they don't make those and they only make White Russians. 😳. Such was the start of the evening. I had to explain what all went into the Black Russian btw. Took forever for drinks to show up and when I asked for water (3x) got none. However, she did visit our table multiple times and each time I asked for water but she always forgot to bring it. I don't know if she was having a bad day and I like to assume positive intent. However, this was NOT a positive experience. Leadership needs to address.

Stood inside the door for 5 minutes and nobody greeted us, said please wait, or even acknowledged that we existed. I finally tracked down a waitress and asked if we could just seat ourselves. She replied yes, so we made our way to the outdoor patio. It was a maze of chairs and dirty tables. We managed to find a half clean table and moved chairs from another table so we could have a place to sit. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. In the meantime, several waitresses brought drinks and food to surrounding tables. However, we never received a greeting, a drink order, or even a menu. We did receive eye contact from waitresses a couple times but that was it. After approximately 20 minutes of no service we decided to go across the street to Chilis where we received immediate service and great food. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Good atmosphere and good food. Servers seem miserable though. A little bit of faking it wouldn't hurt.

Watch your credit card. They try and cover abandoned tabs by double charging cards given for tabs. Then they don’t have management on site Monday or Tuesday to allow a dispute. Bartender should be fired and charged with theft. 2022.10.08

Got seated and ordered our drinks from a waitress that had ZERO enthusiasm. The cokes were completely flat. The three of us knew what wanted to order, but our waitress was just sitting at the bar doing nothing. Waited another 5 minutes before I walked up and told the cashier that we were leaving. Told him the cokes were flat and that we should have been able to order already.I said I would just pay for the Tea, but he said not to worry about it. The waitress just sat there and looked at me. Won't be going back

Been by this restaurant many times but decided to go there with a friend and try it out. Loved it! Great food and great atmosphere. Prices were decent and had a pool table and arcade games too, had a good time.

We love to sit in the Patio area and the food is always good. Reasonable drinks and overall nice chill spot

The people were nice and drink prices affordable, hover none of their heaters outside were working and staff did nothing to assist. As i am a cigar smoker meeying folks there yo use the heaters on thr covered patio it made for an uncomfortable night. May go elsewhere next time.

Visited first time and atmosphere is good and live music. Best place spend time with friends and family. Service is good 👍.

We love coming to Keystone, enjoying the live music or karaoke and the patio. This last visit we had to keep asking for our drinks and in the 4 hours we were there managed about 2 drinks each since our server kept disappearing and forgetting. Our fish and chops was overdone and had been sitting before it was brought out to us. I hope the next time is better, seems like everytime we come anymore it's declining more and more.

Place is a dive, but that is why I like it. Food won't get awards, but the beer is cold. Great novelty being able to see out a 1 way mirror at the urinal as you whiz. :)

Their Mac n Cheese is just Kraft sprinkled lightly with shredded cheese. Very lazy, should be taken off the menu. Servers and staff are good. They have a single pool table, one dart board, and a basketball game. Overall decent place to watch the games, food is subpar though,

I can’t pick a better spot to hangout on Thursdays. Their trivia is the best trivia I’ve been to. So interactive and so comical - such a great time! Huge shout out to the staff here every Thursday that. Woods, Keelie, Emma, Suzy... they’re all the best of the best! Also... if you’re interested in food, you can not go wrong with the Reuben. Both my kids love the wings and they are always so quick and thorough. We tend to make this our Monday night take out now with the COVID-19 stay at home order and they never disappoint. I don't usually take the time to review places, but felt I needed to to offset the negative review "Sam" left. But apparently sam is never happy with any place considering the only reviews he leaves for anyplace he goes is one star negative reviews. :)

Server seemed more interested with her co workers there drinking but drinks were good and food was delicious

Trendy, almost gastro-pub trying to pose as a dive bar. Drinks are pricier than other locations in the area, though Keystone is still great for larger groups.

Came here to watch some post season baseball and the bartenders were amazing. Suzy even put the game on sound for our group! Definitely try their unbreaded honey sriracha wings when you’re here! 10/10

By far my favorite bar in the Polaris area. It doesn’t get much better than live music with your favorite beer and friends on the keystone patio.

Broccoli cheddar bites are yummy! Cheap mimosas and bloody mary's on the weekends.
